Hotel in a lovely location and was spotless.Our balcony over pool room was spacous enough, it had the morning sun with comfy bed.coffee and kettle with fridge.and good AC...(no English on TV. )
All the Staff are lovely and friendly.Breakfast quality was really good just not much choice. But it was out of Season so maybe that's why. Dog friendly hotel so dogs everywhere around hotel.
Must be very fit as there is a lot of hill walking to be done to get to anywhere in that area of Sitges. Bus and train not near hotel with only one taxi company in town.
Restaurant at hotel serves delicious quality food with good ambience, love that its by the sea.We had a lovely memorable three night stay and didn't want to leave.Thank you all.

On our arival the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Great location for accessing beaches, restaurants, and nught life. Yet far enough away to be peaceful.

The only things that could be improved were the showers, which let water escape the glass partitions. The breakfast buffet was good, however could use more frequent fillings of the items. Especially if you don't get there early.

When you pay you get to choose either in euro or aud. They we're trying tomover charge me to thenpoint my bank put a hold on the payment. I than did a bank transfer and it was $200 aud less than if I paid with my card. Theynwere trying to scam me.

On our first visit to Sitges many years ago, we stayed in one of the half a dozen rooms at the front of this lovely hotel that faces the sea directly. We were very happy to return to one of those rooms and had high expectations, which were entirely met. Every night, we fell asleep with the door to the balcony thrown open to the fabulous sound of the unending surf, just as we had remembered.

Great breakfasts and all the fine restaurants we visited were 10-12 minutes away on foot. Balmins Beach was just one beach along to the left, over the headland. There were always staff around when you wanted one and they were all friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!

The worst thing about the hotel was that they limit the air conditioning to a minimum of 27 degrees celsius! So it's practically useless.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic beach location with a very nice restaurant and a quiet pool for when the beach gets too hectic. And many nice restaurants only steps away. All rooms have an attractive balcony just big enough for two to sit on.

very good location, the beach is so close and lovely, easy to walk to the centre, the pool is really nice but no drinks or food service by the pool.
the room was large with a huge bed and the shower was amazing.
there is no English Chanel TV, and the room telephone wasn't working from day 1 and never got fixed. we had a side sea view room on the 3rd floor, very happy with our choice. the Aircon was good and working well.
the restaurant is reasonably good but can be very slow service and sometimes the food was not hot, especially for breakfast, there is definitely room for improvement for the restaurant.
I would return to the hotel but not sure about using the restaurant again, which is a shame as it has a great view and the location is perfect.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms were nice, there were complimentary robes and slippers to wear and the pool area was lovely. They also had complimentary Netflix. The staff were so considerate, although they did appear to suffer with staff shortages, so waiting a while for food and drink was normal.

They have beach chairs and umbrellas to use when you ask them at the desk which is great for going to the beach right next to the hotel. Save your money, stay elsewhere. We’ve been staying in stitches for nearly 20 years but this is the first time at this hotel. This is not what I expect from a four star property. Room 216 had clearly not had a proper deep clean in some considerable time as everything you touched was dusty or dirty. The shower enclosure suffered from a considerable amount of black mould around the edges and on the tile work, and the toilet was faulty, constantly running. We had paid for breakfast as part of our deal. What a disappointment this was. Poor quality, limited choice, staff who were engaged in restocking the restaurant, and cleaning and vacuuming being carried out whilst you were eating your breakfast. There was also a lack of choice with the available offerings being very limited, and getting less as the week went on. Whilst the pool area is nice, this was about the most positive thing about the hotel, other than the friendliness of the reception staff. After checking out on the last day, I went to the toilet in the reception area close the door behind me, only to discover there was no handle to open to get back out. I had to be released by staff who managed to get the door open the solution to this problem was to simply take the door away, so no privacy if you needed to use the toilet. If I pay for four star, I expect a certain level of service and quality. At 200+ euros a night, spend your money in a different hotel. It will cost you less and you will get so much more.

Fantastic stay here for 2 nights, we loved the close location to the beach water front with a sea view too from our room. The hotel is clean and the bed is a dream, felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is lovely, nice restaurant space and great selection! Ivan at the front desk is awesome! Definitely will come back :) thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property staff were excellent! They were warm, friendly, attentive, and showed Care upon my arrival. The hotel, although not large was very nice, clean and comfortable.

However, The chair in the room makes a loud noise when moving it across the floor. My biggest complaint was, I could hear my neighbor moving their chairs in the next room. They were doing this late at night and throughout the night making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.


Because of this, I will never stay at this hotel again.

This property was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping! It was very clean, and a fantastic view if booking the sea view rooms. I highly recommend the sea suite- top floor overlooking the Mediterranean and boardwalk/beach area. The pool was closed/drained, but it was too chilly to swim anyway while here in March! Highly recommend if staying in sitges!

Love staying at this hotel, this time we had a partial sea view in a superior room. It’s located in a very central position easily walkable from the train and bus stop. The receptionists are very knowledgable in tourist information and timetables. The hotel is very clean, spacious and friendly.

Perfect location. Clean and spacious.

I booked this hotel last minute as my travel plans were super fluid and I didn’t know what city I would be in for the night until around 1500.

I didn’t have time to research at all but I liked the location and it had high stars and good reviews.

I will add another good review.

The front desk was super friendly both at check in and check out.

My room was clean and spacious and had modern finishes.

The bed was comfortable. The location allowed me to go for a nice walk before going to bed early due to severe jet lag. The hotel is right on the promenade with restaurants, bars and even a pharmacy within a stone’s throw distance.

I would highly recommend this hotel and if I were to return to Sitges I would love to stay here again.

This hotel is away from the downtown noise but within a few hundred meters of being in the thick of things. Staff is amazing. Provide towels and umbrellas for the beach. Say hi and bye whenever they see you.

Ocean view room balcony made for a great photos and the room was lovely. Staff scheduled the taxi shuttle to the airport. At night we loved that a street performer was singing and playing guitar at the eatery below. I haven’t explored other parts of Barcelona, but this was a great experience.

Loved our stay here. The location is amazing — right next to the sea and in the quieter side of town. You can walk to the busier side in about 8 minutes. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend. Gracias!

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. SUPER CLOSE to the beach. Sitges is a great town and you are within short walking distance of all the sights. My only complaint was that the hotel was a little noisy - delivery trucks on the street outside and room doors slamming as people came and went. Otherwise a terrific place to stay.
