I was in town for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Stayed in a single king room which had plenty of storage and modern, comfortable furniture.

The room was modern, in great condition and clean! We were by the elevator but didn’t hear any hallway noise overnight, the bed was comfy too. The staff were friendly and professional. Perfect location for a quick walk to shows at the paramount theater, with lots of other shopping, fun, restaurants and the link station in walking distance!

This is our second stay at The Paramount Hotel and we'll keep coming back. I love the location, very close to the light rail, monorail and Pike Place Market. The room was really clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff are always incredibly helpful too. We'll be back again!

Great quick stay. Came for the Mariners game. The front desk had a great suggestion that we take the link to the stadium. Saved some $$ on an uber there and back. Very helpful. Perfect location.
Easy walk down to the water front. Lovely room. The only thing was that there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room. I did have to go down into the restaurant/cafe. Which is fine. But I’d hope that if you were a guest staying at the hotel that they’d offer complimentary coffee. For your first round at least. First world problems I know. Just something to be aware of, if coffee in the morning first thing is important to you. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Great location, large and comfortable room. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A few restaurants are in the surrounding blocks and a slightly longer walk brings you to a lot more food and coffee options. The area and hotel felt safe at night and early morning hours.

Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel.

Starting with check, quick process and very polite, professional staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open the evening we were there. However, there are many restaurants and bars in an easy walking distance. We attended the Paramount Theater which was literally a 2 minute walk! Very convenient.
Our room was quite spacious. Nice amenities and excellent bed.

There was only one working elevator, and it almost always took a while to get to the floor and then it was too full to accommodate more people. There was not a staircase to use otherwise that wouldn’t set off the alarm system. Parking across the street was a hassle because the lot is small and the spaces are not very big. The hotel’s parking is only for valet. There is also not a coffee pot in the room. I realize this is a small thing, but when there’s no continental breakfast either, it feels like a scheme to make you go down to their restaurant just for a cup of coffee.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, and the location is great if you’re going to a show at the Paramount Theatre or Pike Place Market.

They have eliminated the in-room coffee - tea makers and mugs. They offer “complementary” coffee in the lobby only from 4AM to 7 AM! That’s when the restaurant opens so you can BUY to-go coffee or tea. Ridiculous!

Wonderful! The desk staff were friendly, and the room was perfect. It was bigger than other downtown rooms we have stayed and the design is very up to date. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and everything was SUPER clean. It was just a few steps to several good eating options (Having tried others on prior trips we opted for their in-house restaurant Chan) Chan was so good! Fresh ingredients, Korean flavors. Everything was great. Location to convention centers were the most ideal. Staff was great. At the time of our stay, one of the elevators was out of service which was at times inconvenient. But that is my only complaint. It would not prevent me from staying there again because everything else was perfect.

I enjoyed the hotel room itself but I had to park my own car (Paid for valet parking) after attending a concert because the hotel employee working at the time did not know how to drive a manual. The hotel also did not have any complementary coffee and one of the two elevators was not working during my overnight stay.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean.
There is no coffee makers in the rooms and the safes are a joke.
It is in a noisy location due to both traffic and transit, but quiets down around midnight.
They have a dining room and a cafe, but neither one is opened all day.

Excellent location especially if you’re going to a concert at the Paramount theater across the street! It’s an older hotel but it’s very nice clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I got a great deal on it through Hotels.com, but it was on a Wednesday night in early spring. The person I was with was disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the room, but that was not a big deal to me.

It was fine for the most part, perfectly serviceable hotel. The problem is that it costs WAY too much for what you get. Both the hotel itself and the cafe in the hotel were mediocre product for luxury prices. Also, one of their elevators was out of order for the entirety of a convention weekend, so there was a ton of waiting to get back to the lobby from higher floors. When you know you are gonna have a high traffic weekend, you NEED to prioritize that repair beforehand. I would only stay again if they cut the prices by a lot.

L'hôtel a beaucoup perdu de sa qualité. Pendant mon séjour, seul 1 ascenseur fonctionnait sur le 2. Et j'ai eu le sentiment que la situation semblait normale. Pas exceptionnelle. Sauf que ça oblige à être patient à certaines heures.
J'avais booké cet hôtel car je le connaissais déjà et j'en avais un excellent souvenir. Je devais donner une formation et je pensais pouvoir utiliser le Wi-Fi de l'hôtel. Un cauchemar. La qualité était tellement mauvaise que j'ai perdu mon temps et mon client a demandé à annuler la formation via Teams tellement la qualité du réseau etait mauvaise. On est à Seattle!!! La ville du cloud! C'est inacceptable.
Sinon, la chambre est bien mais rien d'exceptionnel. J'etais dans la 614.
Avantage, ils ont quand même mis ma voiture en recharge pendant la nuit mais bon... à 66$ le stationnement, je crois qu'ils peuvent.
Pas de café dans la chambre... Rien! Et le restaurant dans le lobby facture 5$ le café. C'est un détail mais je crois que ça en dit long sur la baisse de la qualité de cet hotel. C'est dommage. Je l'aimais bien. Mais au prix du centre ville de Seattle, il existe beaucoup d'autres options.

The primary reason to stay here is the location: easy walkability, especially to the convention center, Pike Place, food, movie theaters, and the light rail stations. We stayed for 7 nights, and unfortunately, the TV streaming service only worked for 2 of those nights, even after tech support was called and troubleshooting was done in the room for close to an hour; at least 1 elevator was out of service every day as well.

Great location and accessible to all things downtown Seattle. Valet parking was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one elevator was workind during our stay, so that was a bit difficult trying to wait when there were a lot of us needing it, but it was manageable. Street noise can be a little much on the weekends; even late at night. But overall a great stay!

The only complaints I have is that it costs 66.00 to park in the parking lot (they only offer valet parking, there is no free parking) and the shower is one of those walk in showers with no splash guard, so water gets on the bathroom floor. Everything else was great. I like the 12pm check out time.

Staff were very friendly however, they were under staffed. They apparently removed all the coffee machines from the rooms and only offer free coffee from 4am to 7am and they removed it right at 7. So then you try to get a cup in the restaurant but there is only one person working and they are overwhelmed. Also I know it’s the city and parking is not cheap but I found $66.00 a night to be excessive. Having said that the location was great the room were comfortable and clean.

I stayed in this hotel years ago, and the lobby was alright and the room was giving motel vibes. I had a morning meeting and needed a hotel nearby my office and I saw that Expedia was offering a great deal with this hotel so I booked it. I usually stay at the Fairmont Olympic when I have meetings in Seattle, but I was so glad that I booked the Paramount hotel instead I was so impressed by the newly renovated lobby, and when I checked in early and went to my room, the room was gorgeous and well decorated. They did a great job renovating the hotel. I was very impressed that I shared my comments with the concierge. The room that I was checked in was very spacious, clean and I was so impressed how soft the bedsheets were that I had to take a picture of the tag of who made it. The view was all right. The bathroom was clean. There was a little bit of disconnect in the design aesthetic finishing with the bathroom and the main room. The lobby and the hallway aesthetic was all cohesive and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for business, leisure and for families. The location was near shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.
