This finca is located in the Majorcan municipality of Esporles, only 10 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and right in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which have been declared a biosphere reserve. The centre of Esporles is just 500 m from the country house and Son Sant Joan Airport is approximately 30 km away.
This magnificent Majorcan country house dates back to the 18th century and was delightfully renovated in 2009, conserving its air of nobility. The spacious areas filled with natural daylight are a key element to the establishment, creating the perfect environment for those who seek silence and tranquillity.
Guests can also go for long relaxing strolls through its orchards and gardens. The finca offers 12 guest rooms in total.
The rooms are fully equipped and all have views of the leafy Esporles valley. Each room features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning, and a private balcony or terrace.
Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, Internet access and a safe. Guests may take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and relax using the sun loungers provided.

Beautiful agroturismo hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, continental breakfast was good, amazing views from your room and anywhere on the property grounds, and pool was really nice with panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding lush greenery. Loved the old style look of the main hotel, very traditional. We stayed in their superior room with a terrace that had a lovely view, feel, very spacious, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with decent shower. Room had a mini fridge which was needed for any drinks or snacks, since there is no restaurant or food available at the hotel, would advise to bring some food if planning on staying all day at the hotel. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets are roughly 10 to 15mins walk away. There is a bar selling drinks and snacks such as crisps, but nothing more. Bus stop is a 4 min walk from hotel which takes you to main town of Palma, about a 30mins ride and is scheduled to arrive every 30mins to 1.5hrs depending on time of day. Same bus takes you to the beautiful beach and local town in Banyalbufar which is so picturesque with breathtaking views, the bus ride itself has such amazing views, no need to hire any tour buses, just jump on local bus instead for £4 return. The hotel is quite remote so having a car would be advised if comfortable driving on narrow winding roads and looking to explore more of the island. Would certainly recommended if you are looking for a nice peaceful and relaxing stay in an old spanish luxury hotel

Tranquil location with beautiful views of the Serra Tramuntana. Perfect location for cyclists, walkers or a lazy few days in the sun. Lovely outdoor area for breakfast, gorgeous infinity pool and plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our garden view room was large, exceptionally clean with a very spacious bathroom. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The big let down was the staff. They all appeared rather grumpy, and put out by anything you asked. I stay in a lot of hotels, and I have to say this was a disappointment.
The room was fine, and location good. Breakfast did the job with plenty of choice, although we weren’t offered an egg menu until after we had chosen from the buffet.
There is no restaurant at the hotel, but a few places in the small town.

We had booked a superior twin bedded room for myself and my granddaughter with an extra bed for the first night only for my daughter. When we arrived the receptionist showed us into a double bedded room with no extra bed. She showed us the booking form she had had from Expedia which made no mention of twin beds or an extra bed, completely contradicting the booking form I had from Expedia. Very fortunately, with much juggling of bookings, the nice receptionist was able to book my granddaughter and myself into a standard twin room, and my daughter, at considerable extra expense, into a single room for the one night. We spent much time out of our holiday on the phone complaining to Expedia of their mistake who have now refunded the difference in the cost of the superior room to my account and have, apparently credited me with £50 though I have no evidence of this towards my next holiday with them, should I wish to risk booking with them again. The breakfast verandah was a beautiful ambience, but unfortunately the breakfast experience was spoilt by a curt and rude waiter who made us feel that we were a bit of a nuisance!

Relax in complete isolation!
Really gorgeous authentic agriturismo serving fresh food for breakfast (making your scrambled eggs as you want it!) tucked away in a small Spanish village. The staff were very accommodating to any special requests for example giving us plates and cutlery to enjoy a take away dinner on our private terrace. Easy to get to the village of Esporles for dinner and of course a pool with amazing views of the mountains.

Really lovely little hotel with a stunning infinity pool and beautiful grounds, lovely terraced area for breakfast with plants growing over the trellis. The rooms have wonderful huge terraces and balconies but are a little dated.

We loved the Son Galcerán – the hotel, the grounds and the pool were all wonderful. We had a big room with a private terrace (table and two loungers!) looking to the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and one of the perks of the hotel, plus the free oranges and lemons from the trees out our window. The staff were friendly and very helpful in planning our hike to Banybanfor. The villages was nice and a short walk away. You could take a bus if you wanted but we drove to the near by towns. Soller and Palma were only 20 minutes away. We loved it and would stay there again for sure! Enjoy!

Quiet and Peaceful Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room and balcony were very spacious with a four poster bed (very comfortable) and a large bathroom all with marble tiling. There was always enough food for breakfast with a choice of egg and bacon, omelette or boiled egg. Lots of fruit, pastries, cheeses and ham and so on. Staff always pleasant and polite.

Good value, quality hotel in rural surroundings.
I used the hotel as a base for a walking and sight seeing holiday at the end of November. The hotel is based on the edge of Esplores with views of the mountains and is in a nice quiet location. The rough dirt track to the property belies the quality and taste of the main building. Staff were friendly, rooms comfortable and a good range of food available for breakfast (cold buffet and cooked). At the time of my stay, the room was good value for money.

Die Zimmer der Nebengebäude entsprechen nicht den Fotos der Homepage.
Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit in eines der Zimmer zu ziehen, mit denen geworben wurde, da die Zimmer gemäß Auskunft des Hotels ausgebucht waren, so dass wir wohl oder übel bleiben mussten.

We didn’t stay at the hotel more than two hours.
After checking us in they showed us the room - which to our surprise was nothing like the pictures shown for the superior room. We told them that we didn’t want to stay there but the manager didn’t care.
One of their employees confirmed that he too would have been disappointed.
We have offered to pay for the first night out of the three nights but they didn’t want to do that either.

This place is a little paradise in the forest. I was honored to stay here. The tranquility and natural beauty surrounding the hotel made it a perfect getaway. Trevligt och bra hotell
Väldigt trevligt och prisvärt hotell. Ligger väldigt vackert, fina rum, fin pool och trevlig personal. Nära till vandringsleder och en fin liten by med enkla men bra restauranger. Om man skulle önska något så hade det varit en bar eller möjlighet att få ett glas vin och något lätt att äta på kvällen. Men mycket trevlig vistelse.

Mein DZ zur Alleinnutzung kann von der Größe und Ausstattung her nicht wirklich an 2 Personen vergeben werden. Das Bad war Mini, hatte unzureichende Ablagen, keine Beleuchtung am Spiegel und eine nicht funktionierende Duschsäule.

Første det rigtigt positive, morgenmaden er fantastisk, værelserne store og sengene komfortable. Hotellet ligger dejligt placeret i en appelsinlund trukket tilbage fra vejen. Men, desværre falder hotellet igennem på andre områder. Håndklæderne er papirtynde og stive, tre el-pærer på værelset virkede ikke og døren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes. Hotellet reklamerer med at der er bar som har åbent 16 til 20, men den dag vi ankom var der ingen barservice i dette tidsrum.

Die Nebengebäude sind in der kalten Jahreszeit komplett ausgekühlt. Einzige Heizmöglichkeit die Klima, ein Mitsubishi Konvektor Klimagerät, Max. Einstellbare Temperatur 31•, Um den Raum einigermaßen erträglich zu temperieren muss das Teil 72 Stunden durchlaufen. Das heißt drei Tage Eiseskälte.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig und dennoch Ortsnah. Perfektes Frühstück, freundlicher Service,- alles prima. Einziges Manko für uns: wir können in einem Doppelbett mit nur einer Matraze ( sehr hart )und nur einer Decke einfach nicht schlafen..... Dafür tagsüber am Pool oder an einem der vielen Strände!

Absolutely wonderful place. Fantastic and quiet location in the mountains but still close to Palma. Lovely room (superior) and breakfast. The infinity pool is amazing and the view gorgeous. Nice staff. Highly recommended!

Leider entspricht das Hotel nicht den im Internet versprochen Erwartung, z.B. wurde das Restaurant nicht betrieben. Auf dem Zimmer fehlte die Toilettenbürste. Der Oberkellner beim Frühstück wirkt unmotiviert und unfreundlich, man kommt sich unwillkommen bei ihm vor.

Underbar avkoppling. Finns 5 rum i huvudbyggnaden från 1850. Polerad marmortrappa leder upp till rummen. Stora rum med stor balkong med solstolar. Frukosten är mycket bra. Äggmeny som man beställer och får serverad vid bordet. Juicen är fantastisk. Apelsin och citron från egen odling. Finns ytterligare 7 rum i en nyare sido byggnad. Poolen är typ infinitypool mot bergen. Lugnt och tyst. Tar 15 min att gå in till Esporles. Finns några bra restauranger på torget. Bil är ett måste. Tar bara 15 min in till Palma. Bada i Puerto Portals eller Illetes. 20 min med bil.
