We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. Also she was super efficient and kind ! Dasha for her super customer service and talking to us so warmly and kindly and for her superior customer service. Also Iona was super friendly , and last but not least Ines remembered all of our names and was so friendly and treated us like royalty ! The customer service was friendly and professional by all staff ! Please make sure the staff mentioned get recognized !

The hotel and staff were amazing. For some reason the main dining restaurant was never open meaning that there was only one option during our stay. Over the first weekend this option was fine, the food and the staff were great. On the second weekend the service in this restaurant went dramatically downhill! Food came out cold, undercooked, or not at all! It was hard to understand what happened, but it very disappointing and meant we had to travel in to Palma (not too far) to get a decent meal.

Lacking a snack cafe where you can have a light lunch or drink. Also lack of waiting staff around the swimming pools so we had to go and find someone to get a drink or an ice-cream. They need a less formal cafe around the pools.

This is a first class hotel, with outstanding service from professional staff across the board. Gorgeous hotel, location, and views. The outdoor dining facilites are first rate. The food was excellent at all times. The pool, spa, saunas, and massages were top notch. Rooms exceptionally clean and cleaning service excellent. We were pampered and treated by every employee as if they truly appreciated our choice to stay at their hotel. Great hotel with beautiful surroundings!

The straff were very friendly and the rooms comfortable. The surroundings are just beautiful and if you like golf, this is the place to go. The breakfast was 5 star, first time I have had Fresh carrot and ginger juice at a breakfast buffet.

Pick this one!

Wonderful hotel with super nice staff! Huge clean rooms and perfectly manicured grounds with multiple pools. Great breakfast buffet! Perfect for golfers or families looking for a quiet 5 star stay in Mallorca. It’s about a 10 minute drive by taxi to the downtown. Highly recommend this hotel!

Top class 5* hotel

We had a junior suite with garden view and double length balcony. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had half board-the food was excellent although the menu became a bit 'samey' after a few days. This is very much a hotel aimed at golfers so perhaps consider a different hotel if you don't play golf as there is no entertainment etc.

An amazing haven!

The hotel was nesstked in beautiful Arabella not too far from the city center. The service was impeccable from organizing our airport transfer to making dinner reservations as often as we needed. Facility was clean, welcoming and very serene. The golf course was breathtaking and enjoyable to play. My family and I plan on coming here again for a longer stay this time.

In a lovely quiet setting

This hotel is in a peaceful location away from traffic and noise. staff are friendly and helpful.

Spa is excellent the pool a good size. I travelled there in late September there were very few children there during my stay. I had stayed in their sister hotel near by so knew the area and wanted a relaxing stay so chose this hotel for this reason.

The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. 2 choice of restaurant food was excellent, and good service.
There is a good bus route into Palma a short walk from the hotel which was good and on time, or taxi takes 15 Mins

Good international golf hotel

We stayed in August which seems to be a quiet month for the hotel. As one of the other reviewers points out, this hotel seems to cater for the German golfer so few other children and teenagers...which may be a good thing. Our 11 and 13 yer were not bothered as this was a chill out trip and they read and swam.

The hotel is a 10 minute ride from the airport so unless you want to explore by car, you won't need a car.

The rooms are clean and modern with on demand tv and the type of international/business style one comes to expect at this level of accommodation. No baths, only showers in our rooms. Little capsule type coffee machine in the rooms and the coffee was topped up daily.

The gym is in another log cabin/pagoda type building.Fully air conditioned with 2 tread mills, 2 bikes, 2 steppers, one chest machine and a leg curl machine. Exercise mats and some dumb bells complete the set up in a reasonable gym. All the machines seemed to have ipod docks.

Palma and the hotel

Palma de Mallorca is a beautiful city, the buildings, the monuments, the sea port, the beaches, the cleanliness, the quiet but vibrant atmosphere is incredible, also the shops. The hotel is magnificent, so big with only 92 rooms. A little too far from downtown Palma, greetings

Peaceful and Luxurious hotel

This hotel was wonderful. The room, bathroom, views were all lovely. Swam in the outdoor pool which was very pleasant with comfortable lounge chairs in your choice of sun or shade. The golf course was scenic but a difficult one to play. The complementary buffet breakfast was elegant and delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel for a sumptuous, relaxing vacation.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Besonders für Golfer geeignet. Shuttlebus zu den Arabella Golfplätzen, ansonsten Mietwagen nötig oder Taxi. Köstlich vom Frühstück über Abendessen im La Bodegha del Green bis zum Ausklang in der Bar. SPA hat ein gutes Angebot mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenten MitarbeiternInnen, individuelle Lösungen sind kein Problem! Super Service!
Parkgarage gegen Aufpreis möglich, aber wenig Stellplätze.
Schade ist, dass es keine Mücken-/Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gibt. Durch die Lage in natürlicher Umgebung gibt es viele Insekten.

Amazing hotel. The hotel is overall really nice, but the service and staff is outstanding. Kind, friendly and very very polite.
The restaurant is good, and there’s enough options on the menu to explore. During the 5 days we stayed there, we tried different main courses each day - all tasty and delicious.

1. Macht: Wasser durch die Decke - Umzug ins neue Zimmer - viel kleiner und extrem hellhörig - man hörte den Nachbarn telefonieren (jedes Wort) und auch den Fernseher - er weigerte sich diesen leiser zu stellen, da er schon auf leisester Stufe sei und er das Fernsehduell Trump - Biden sehen wollte. Erneuter umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Diesmal mit lebendem Gecko überm Bett. Nachdem der eingefangen war endlich Schlaf (4:20 Uhr) bis die Putzfrauen am Morgen im Gang unterwegs waren und beim Nachbarn klopften und \"Housekeeping\" riefen - dann war die Nacht wieder rum. Extrem hellhörig, das habe ich noch in keinem 2 Sterne Bunker erlebt.
Der Service an der Bar mit Terrasse war übel. 20 Minuten warten, bis mal einer kommt (weil man auf sich aufmerksam gemacht hat) und dann hört man \"as soll ich mac hen, ich bin allein hier\" - bei 3!!! belgten Tischen....

Insgesamt schön. Frühstück toll. Abendessen entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Die Poolliegen etwas dreckig. Aber es gab ja Handtücher.Der Pool draussen sehr warm. Im Hochsommer leider keine Erfrischung. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit toller Gartenanlage.

Very nice stay, with comfortable and large room, although the interior is a bit dated, it doesn’t influence the overall comfort - only small minus was a constant “buzz” from the A/C.
Breakfast was nice and lunch options was very good and varied - service level at breakfast and lunch was a bit hectic at times, even when it wasn’t that busy, but always friendly.
Dinner at both restaurants were great, and we really enjoyed both the food, wine and very attentive service - actually so much, that we didn’t bother going out any of our 4 nights during our stay.
Pool area was nice, clean and very spacious, with plenty of available sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the day - we also liked the online menu and ordering option.
Additionally plus for the children’s pool with water slides and for the onsite golf course, making it easy to combine fun for all family members!

Overpriced and dated but nice location

The hotel standard is not on 5 Star lever, our room was dated, not renovated for 10 yrs, our deluxe room was overlooking a construction site and no price reduction , the breakfast is just average, the restaurant staff is great, the manager and reception staff is stiff and has no service feeling. For the price you pay I would recommend everyone to stay Hotel Splendido in Sorrel if you want to experience what Sheraton Arabella should be like.

Vijf sterren is iets teveel.

Vijf sterren is teveel voor dit hotel. Tafels 's avonds niet ingedekt, minibar leeg, geen animatie, handdoeken die liggen blijven aan zwembad. Het zijn de kleine dingen die de vijf sterren maken. Verder was alles prima.

Perfekt hotell för familj med barn! Fin byggnad och fantastisk omgivning. Vänlig personal! Nytt gym, stora pooler, trevlig kids club, god mat, bra frukost och bra barnmeny. Smidig och snabb transfer till flygplatsen. Det enda negativa är att rummen inte är något speciellt (dock skön säng) och att vi saknade närheten till havet. Vi var där i maj och temperaturen var perfekt men kan nog bli väldigt varmt på anläggningen under högsommaren. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!

Da das Hotel unmittelbar an den Golfplatz Son Vida grenzt ideale Voraussetzungen für uns als Golfer. Auch der Shuttle - Bus zu den anderen zwei Plätzen Son Muntaner und Son Quint super. Fairways und Greens in bestem Zustand. Auch muss man sich wegen den Clubs keine Sorgen machen.....werden vom Caddymaster gereinigt zum nächsten Spielort transportiert und stehen da bereit zum nächsten Spiel. Super-Service gegen ein kleines Trinkgeld!
