Higher end hotel in Boracay. Beautiful rooms and right in the center location of all the action. Breakfast has nice options. Romantic hotel. Suite has 2 bathrooms. Staff take extra effort to make you feel welcome.

Everything and everyone was excellent! The building is beautiful, the staff is so kind and efficient. Rooms were clean, food was delicious and had a great variety of food during the breakfast buffet. The location is also right in the middle of restaurants & shops. Everywhere we ate was also amazing! One thing I would mention is our plaza facing room did get noisy till about 10-11 pm. But our other family stayed in other parts of the hotel and didn't hear anything. We loved being right in the middle of so the excitement, so we didn't mind.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff, food, and service were all nothing short of excellent. We were beyond impressed by every detail and everything this hotel had to offer.

I had requested something special to celebrate my husband’s and my anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond—completely exceeding our expectations. It made our vacation feel incredibly personal and unforgettable.

Our room was beautiful, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, perfectly capturing the hotel’s aesthetic and overall theme. The staff who picked us up from and dropped us off at the jetty port were absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—they truly took care of everything.

This was a fantastic vacation and an experience we will cherish. I have already been bragging about this property and will continue to highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

Also don’t book airport transfers, we did and it was so unorganised and we waited around 40 minutes at the port for the fast speedboat and were placed on a slow boat with 1000 others even though we paid for a private transfer
We asked them to fix the safe (new battery) three times and eventually gave up
Also no hot water on last day so cold showers before the airport transfer

Room was nice, had a few issues with tv, wet floor from air con, phone not working, floor dirty at entry, everything in the room seemed moist/damp. People lovely when u can gain their attention. Pride themselves on bbq seafood… sad to say need a chef who doesn’t over cook it… 3 times not a charm. Great location.. amenities limited. Would I stay there again… too many options to hope it improves.

Only issue we had on this trip was the lead time on responses to questions we had. At some point it was almost a week and did not receive a response via email. I had to keep following up on my own.

Even though it’s right in the middle of the busy, chaotic food hub inside D’Mall, the place didn’t disappoint! The hotel is super well-kept and has such a nice aesthetic. The room and bathroom were both spotless and had that upscale vibe. Staff were really courteous and friendly too — can’t complain about the service at all. Definitely a solid stay!

The hotel is smack in the middle of station 2 and even though it is in that place and the area can be busy and loud but you have that tranquil and quiet atmosphere inside the hotel. The staff in the dining are the BEST in what they do. Thank you guys. They have one of the best choices of breakfast buffet. A must try is the grapefruit salad in the dining if given a chance during lunch or dinner. Patrick in the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are big and has all the amenities for your comfort. Too bad didn’t get to visit their pool and gym but my daughter says it was a good one. Feliz Hotel is our choice when we return to Boracay again .

Our family had a great and memorable stay at the Feliz Hotel Boracay. The transfer from airport to hotel and back was seamless. We had an amazing time in Boracay, a big part of it is because of the staff of Feliz hotel. Before we even got there our needs are already taken care of. From airport transfers to last minute celebratory requests, quick response to email/expedia website messaging. Excellent breakfast, the room is spotless and smells fresh . The hotel is like 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and in the D’mall so it’s easy to go around at night. Okay, this place is incredible. I kept on uttering that we struck gold! I tried to convince my wife to rearrange our travel plans to stay here a couple of more nights, the place is that awesome!! The pictures do not do this place justice!! The grounds are incredible, the safe are incredible (shout out to Angel, Dale, April, and Bert) you made this trip for us) the room was so clean and the overall service was exceptional. The hotel is located right in the action area but still quiet. It’s about a two minute walk to the beach. This hotel is truly a 5 star experience. Will certainly recommend!

We spent 10 days at Feliz. Hotel has a great location in the heart of Boracay with many options for dinning and just a few minutes from the beach. There were many activities nearby and easy to arrange. Hotel can also arrange everything for you to make it easier.
Staff were very friendly and nice, we really enjoyed our stay.
At night, due to the location, it was somewhat loud but we didnt mind, if you prefer to sleep early and in quiet, this may not be a great choice for you.
Thanks again for the hospitality, we will definitely visit again.

This place was everything! They are eco-friendly too, minimizing wasteful practices like only giving you towels you need, never in excess, which I appreciate. The staff are so accommodating and the free popcorn and kids area, shallow pools, were a huge bonus for us. Being in the heart of Dmall Boracay gave us a lot of shopping options and restaurants. But at the same time, the hotel provided quiet sanctuary!

I love everything about Feliz Hotel. The exterior, and interior designs reminds me of Spain or South America. But the best of all are the staff members. The service and the attentiveness they provided for me and my friends are above and beyond my expectations. Staff was ill-trained and ill mannered.
At around noon, I was sitting on the patio and I was asked to leave because they need to set up for a wedding at 5 pm.
I told the lady that asked me to leave that I was just waiting for my wife for a few minutes. Next thing, the guy was pulling the chairs around me without asking me first. I asked to talk to the Manager named Dan, no explanation nor apologies.
I will never go back to this hotel. Filipino tourist are treated like second class citizens, and we’re US citizens from California. Very rude.

Charming but facilities are not well maintained. The only window that the room had was facing a dirty wall. The property was right next to an abandoned, unclean lot used as disposal for surplus materials. The bathroom was not properly designed with moldy sinks and towel holders that kept on falling. I was so relieved to leave and move to another hotel around the area. It did not even smell clean. I mentioned my complaints including perhaps getting another room, but to no avail. Was looking forward to my stay bc of its high rating, but it was quite a dissappointment.
