We had a really great stay for a week here. The staff were so helpful, and very friendly.
It’s walking distance from the cathedral and all the good shopping, and the suite was really lovely. Massive bathroom and very comfortable bed.
The only thing to know is that if you’re going to stay for a while the parking is very expensive. The underground car park round the corner costs about 25 euros a day and there are no free parking options. But that seems par for the course in Palma.
We would stay again.

The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card” which allows you to select various sized samples of wines from about 30 selections. Of course, you must pay the tab accumulated on the magic card at the end of the night, but the experience was fun and the cost, very reasonable.
I highly recommend this hotel, Nico, and the entire staff. We will return.

A little gem of a place
What a find tucked away in the historic back water of Palma. A converted 1760 palace which has been very tastefully renovated. Very friendly, helpful staff who are always on hand to help with all your needs. I stayed in the Azure suite which was very large, very quite and everything you could wish for even BBC tv channels. The roof area overlooks the magnificent cathedral which is a great place for a bevie or just a sit in the sun. I had a wonderful stay there and I hope to go back next year.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room we had was huge, beautifully decorated, bright and extremely comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and did everything in their capacity to make sure we had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel was exceptional, we were able to walk almost everywhere.

Maybe i an being a bit harsh with my rating, especially staff friendliness. On the whole the staff were extremely pleasant. The main thing that let our stay down was service at breakfast on the 2nd morning of our stay. We waited over half an hour and eventually had to seek the waitress out and ask if we could order some eggs. When they eventually arrived they were cold and undercooked. But our main complaint is that the waitress was very offhand to the point of rudeness. Maybe this coloured my impression of the hotel too much but it really was an unpleasant experience.
Overall the hotel is in a lovely building and well located. Very clean and beautifully furnished but I expected better views and facilities. A few shortcomings so I think overpriced for what you get .

Beautiful Hotel with Issues
Your surroundings at this hotel will be exquisite. The complimentary breakfast in the garden was a highlight for us. We received a warm welcome with cava when we arrived and However, we soon discovered the air conditioning in our room did not work. The temperature in our room was in the 80s and our window was right above a busy street with a row of bars and restaurants so keeping it open meant noise all hours of the night. We called the first night at 2am and they moved us to a new suite and told us they would fix it or move us to a new suite in the morning. The following day maintenance came and we went out on a day trip. When we returned we asked about the air conditioning and was told it was fixed. We went to our room and the window was open. The room was still quite hot. When we left for dinner at 9:30 we stopped at the desk and they turned down the temperature for us. When we returned back to our room at 11:30pm the room was 80 degrees. We called and the desk told us they would turn it down again. When we told them they had already done that they told us they would call us back. At 12:30am we finally got a new room for the night. When we checked out the following morning I said something to the person at the desk about my disappointment in how this situation was handled and was told they had fixed it but must have switched it so the thermostat blew hot air instead of cold. Overall level of service did not match price.

PCM er et dejligt sted, en lille oase midt i Palma, og ja, beliggenheden og værelserne er 5 stjernet. Der er ikke meget man kan sætte en finger på, dog er der o ting som man burde vide inden man booker og så kan man selv vurdere om det er noget man kan leve med eller ej, for ellers er der andre optioner i byen. 1. Morgenmad, det må siges at den er under al kritik, en meget lille buffet uden det store udvalg og anrettet som du finder på hotellet der blot har 1- 2 stjerner, der bliver pointeret flere gange at man KUN må vælge en af de yderligere få varme retter på menukortet; med priser på +400 EUR per nat er det fuldstændigt uacceptabelt. Meget ærgerligt at morgenmaden er så ringe da man ellers har de perfekte omgivelser med en lille oase i midten af PCM 2. Spa, det skal siges at SPAen ikke ligger på matriklen men 2 min på gåben i en anden bygning- der er 1 sauna og et dampbad i kælderen af denne bygning, jeg ville ikke kalde det spa faciliteter, og gåturen gør det mere besværligt end det man får ud af det.
Facit: Top-karakterer på stedet og service, men hvis man er glad for morgenmad og spa-faciliteter så er PCM bestemt ikke stedet. For os betyder det at vi ikke ville vende tilbage til PCM næste gang vi er i Palma.
