This is a charming 13 room boutique hotel on the edge of the historic city center. I arrived quite early and the receptionist prioritized my room with housekeeping and texted me less than an hour later the room is ready. The room was well appointed, clean, spacious and featured high windows looking out into an inner courtyard shared with adjacent buildings..

One disappointment: housekeeping did not refresh my room after my first night’s stay. A big disappointment given the price of the room. I told the front desk and the staff said they were sorry but housekeeping “must have forgotten”. Incredible, this is only a 13 room hotel so how could housekeeping forget? I never did get an adequate explanation.

The hotel was clean and spacious. We liked the interior and historical theme. The location was perfect as it was accessible to everything within walking distance. The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences.
The room temperature remained too warm despite the thermostat adjustment. Would be a pleasure to return here.

had a wonderful stay at AH Art Hotel in Palma. The location is superb – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore on foot and with excellent transport links nearby. Despite being central, the hotel is quiet and feels very safe. The townhouse-style building has a relaxed charm, blending comfort with character. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything felt convenient. Overall, an ideal choice for a peaceful yet central stay in Palma.

Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice inc fresh cooked to order omelettes and cava! Great location, next to car park and close to restaurants, shops and tourist sights. Comfy bed, well equipped bathroom. Complimentary tea & coffee with cakes in small lounge. Would def stay again and recommend. Car park is €2 per hour and capped at €24 for 24 hrs. Hotel rate is €25 from noon to noon. As we arrived at 5pm and leaving at 4pm the next day they advised us to pay the car parks rates as cheaper.

This was THE perfect choice for our first visit to Palma. The AH is right at the edge of the old center of Palma so walking distance to everything. Very close to the amazing Market L'Oliver, historical sights and such good shopping. We received the best service from the front desk staff. Really above and beyond from Julieta and Maria. The breakfast is incredible and Melania prepared a delightful spread each morning. Cannot recommend this sweet little spot enough. STAY HERE!!!

Love this little place. Perfectly situated in old town and right next to Placa Major and a couple of blocks from Mercat de l’Olivar. So many excellent tapas bars nearby. Excellent breakfast plus the little things that make a stay more enjoyable like the full-body shower jets, quality toilet paper and coffee/tea always available in the room or lobby. WiFi can be a little spotty in the room but easily overlooked because you’re on vacation, right?

This is a TINY hotel with tiny room with almost no staff. Difficult to find. Inaccessible by car. Climbed many stairs with heavy suitcase to access. EXTREMELY indifferent, incompetent and blasé staff! Room air conditioner broken so necessary to open windows to NOISY street with skateboarders, busses…. Do not recommend unless you are physically fit, traveling light and can sleep through anything.

Great staff If you are driving in the last half mile to get to the parking is confusing We finally parked and walked in Then figured out how to get the car to the very close parking garage Apple Maps was not our friend! A good night's sleep

We had an enjoyable stay for one night. The room we stayed in was clean and fresh. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. Before we left we asked if they would store our luggage for a couple of hours, this was no problem. The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of The Rambla, close to the shops and restaurants, five minute walk to Paseo del Born, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Quiet area. We will stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Hotel near Historic Palma

We had a great stay at this hotel recently. The Hotel is located close to all the sights and right next to the old town of Palma. The Hotel itself is small but has loads of character. The rooms are all spacious, well equipped and full of bespoke furniture and paintings. Breakfast was very good too. All the staff we met were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Julieta who gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat in Plama. She was also a lot of fun and always had a smile for us whatever the time of day! A great credit to the hotel!.

What a 'Gem'. Highly recommended.

We came across this little Gem by accident, and we are so glad we did!
As we arrived, I had my wallet stolen just outside the hotel. We walked into Reception, and received a super friendly and then sympathetic greeting from Maria.
Shortly after going up to our room, there was a knock at the door. Upon opening it I found Maria standing there with my wallet in her hand. She had been out in the street searching, and had my wallet, complete with cards. ABOVE & BEYOND!
The hotel has only 13 rooms, is beautifully appointed, and is in a terrific location close to the Placa Mayor & Ramblas.
Everything about the AH Art Hotel is great. From comfy rooms, to lovely breakfast, to tea/coffee and pastries in the lounge. Our room was at the front, but we heard no noise. But best of all are the staff. Maria is a delightful lady, with a lovely friendly personality, as previously stated went beyond expectations, for which I'm so grateful. Her two colleagues were also really nice, and they all made us feel really at home.

Great location if you are touring Palma. I didn’t have a vehicle but I imagine parking might be an issue although there is a large parking garage a few hundred meters away. For walkers visiting Old Palma it’s right by everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed staying at Art Hotel Palma. The staff were amazing and if we could, we would give 6 out of 5 stars! We needed help booking a taxi in the morning and because we had to go before morning breakfast, they made a breakfast and brought it to us the night before so we could still have breakfast before we left. The hotel breakfast was the best one of our vacation, and they have a chef working who can make you an omelette and who also serves freshly squeezed juice. We were amazed by the kindness of the chef as much as the desk staff. It is pretty easy to walk to where ever you need to go in the center of Palma. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Please stay here!

Facilities in room ideal for our couple of night stopover in Palma for a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a little disappointing with some items not restocked as used, pastries appeared a little dried out, uncovered fruit attracting a lot of bugs; but that said, for a breakfast included in the room price, it set us up for the day. I would certainly return if looking for a short stay in Palma.

Friendly welcome on our arrival. Great location for exploring Palma. Spacious room, comfy bed, complimentary water in fridge. Breakfast wasn’t expected for our booking but was included. Good choice of continental options, while the lady on the kitchen was constantly baking delicious pastries.
As others have mentioned, a room at the rear of the property would avoid the early morning road noise. Sadly we have very noisy neighbours above who were rowdy until the early hours. Not the hotels fault just our bad luck.

The Art Hotel is well located in Central Palma, making it convenient to walk to everything, including the transport center. The staff, both Juliaetta and Maria were fantastically helpful. They made the stay a joy, with giving ideas for sightseeing, arranging a taxi to get to the airport when had an early flight and provided a morning snack for the trip as left before 6 AM. The room is spacious, clean, great bed and quiet compared to the beach area. Breakfast was very convenient. Really enjoyed the stay and appreciate the service. Palma and Mallorca are worth traveling too and this stay made it enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel with a lot of character. Great location and easy to get to the train and bus station. Also only 15 min walk to the ocean and the cathedral. Nice local restaurant at reasonable prices in the area. Maria at the front desk was just amazing sharing information and suggestions.

Fab welcome, excellent location

Julieta gave us the warmest welcome on our arrival. Really professional and lovely human being. The hotel is soooooo well located right on the edge of the old town and only 8 minutes to the bus station. Great breakfast too.
