Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!

Very ordinary for the price they charge.buffet is horrible too where u do not have a choice of eggs how u would like to have.just boiled or scrambled.bedsheet was torn.location is good but considering the price there are better options.room is too compact which makes it almost impossible to move around once bags have been kept and no locks in the bathroom too.
And mind u this was the biggest room which i booked(family room)
Lobby is appealing and the staff is friendly.

Great service, great location, wonderful stay

I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma.

Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area.

One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain)

Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails.

There's also an included breakfast served downstairs near the lobby. The breakfast was traditional European and was both tasty and healthy. I looked forward to our morning breakfast. (and I miss it now that I'm home)

There's a pool and deck area up on the top floor. The pool was small - but the views from the deck area were quite nice.

Service -- hands down, the service was amazing. Every single member of the staff that I interacted with handled everything impeccably. I felt like I had 5-star service every minute of this trip. From check-in, to the bar, to breakfast to house-keeping - everything was spot on.

The hotel is in a superb location which made it easy to walk around during the day, get to masses of restaurants and easy access to public transport, an airport bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away.
Great views from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful.
The room was huge and also very clean.

Fabulous hotel

The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed and the location was right in the old town. The roof terrace is small but perfect for an evening drink watching the sunset. Could not fault this hotel.

Beautiful quirky apartment over 3 floors in a perfect location within walking distance to old town, local restaurants, shops and bakeries. We walked everywhere during our stay and even to the local bus station where you can take trips to Sóller for 5 euro and to Polenca. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and has everything you need - we made breakfast and packed lunch in our room to make our stay more affordable. As many clean towels as you need and lots of toiletries which is helpful especially if you are only travelling with hand luggage.
My only slight grumble would be the pool looked like it was a little dirty but I only dipped my feet in to cool down anyway so it wasn’t a big deal.

I spent two weeks at Palma Suite wish my 14 and 11 years old kids in a standard suite with a sofabed. We had a car and found the parking in a nearby underground garage that charged 10 euro a day very convenient. The daily breakfast was sumptuous, if you want something simple can only resort to making something in the room or nearby pastry shops. The kitchen is functional and is fully equipped with oven, dish washer and a toaster, which I used daily - the supermarket is within a 3 minutes walk. Used the gym frequently and took advantage of the 7-8 pm happy hour at the lobby. The panoramic view from the roof deck is amazing, the pool is very small only suitable for dipping. Wahsher and dryer situated on the second floor is very handy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is within the boundary of old town with lots of eating and drinking options within 10 minutes off walk. Highly recommend Palma Suite for long stay especially if you need a kitchen..

A great stay - highly recommended.

My family had two apartments for one week each. Friendly greeting and welcome drink upon check in. Apartments were well equipped, very well maintained and comfortable to live in. Daily service of fresh towels and bin emptying. An excellent clean mid stay.
We took advantage of the low priced drinks at the daily happy hour in the lovely bar and seating area. We also had a hire car from the airport for the week for day trips around Mallorca. Palma Suites arranged reasonable rates at a clean and secure underground parking garage that was an easy 3 minutes walk away.
Palma Suites feels very 'high end' but the staff remain friendly. I highly recommend Palma Suites.

Palma Suites is a wonderful, cozy, classy and welcoming hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and with each passing day realized how perfectly located it was with easy access to transportation and a wide variety of incredible dining/shopping options. It's easy to get delightfully \"lost\" in Old Palma - it's part of the charm, and finding our way back to Palma Suites at the end of each day always felt like we were returning to our cozy home.

A Wee Gem

From the moment we walked into hotel we were made to feel welcome. Glass of fizz on arrival and then shown to our beautiful suite which was immaculate and so well equipped. This aparthotel room was well appointed. Initially there was a problem with the coffee machine, but that was soon sorted by the maintenance team. The plunge pool on the roof is welcome in hot weather but is no more than a plunge pool. The hotel is very well situated for exploring the old town. Staff are friendly and always eager to please. Coffee and tea et cetera is refilled every day. They also supply dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Very accommodating and clean. Appreciated the modern and sleek rooms. Maybe have more English channels for the rainy days, everything was dutch not even Spanish. A bathroom matt for when people step out. Better air-conditioning I'm some of the rooms.

Some staff were incredible, but there was this one lady who needs to brush up on her people skills.

The location was perfect, amazing for families especially since there are kitchen and living room space in each room. Would definitely come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palma Suites! As first timers travelling to Mallorca, we were renting a car. I did contact through Expedia twice and directly to the hotel regarding pre-booking parking at a discounted rate and received a reply to late as we were an hour away. Our check-in was a little bit complicated, but the parking wasn’t necessarily straightforward on behalf of the hotel, so we worked it out on our own terms which I highly recommend. There are not really multiple staff. There is a person working the front desk at all times and cleaning staff. The cleaning staff visit your room on a daily basis to freshen up your towels and remove your garbage! They did a lovely job! The roof top is absolutely lovely. The first day we arrived it was 38°. We intended on using the pool, but it was quite murky. However the rest of our stay it looked like it had been shocked or cleaned, so was very swimmable. The rooms are like being at home, they have everything you need. We ended up booking a premium suite and did ask to be relocated based on the room we were provided which was over the main entrance bar on lobby and beside the gym. on your room category. There are no balconies, from what we saw on the main floor and we booked our hotel about eight months in advance and requested a higher level floor and still ended up with the first floor. Basically, the rooms are great no matter what I feel like all of the rooms will be equally as lovely!

issues with the AirCon where the room felt very humid and stuffy at night, it was only on the 3rd night of our stay that it seems the unit was finally properly working. The unit definitely could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Palma suites, and would not hesitate to go back. It’s a great location in central Palma, can be a little noisy at night, but that is city living! The suites are spacious, clean and comfortable and it’s great having your own kitchen for preparing breakfast or snacks. The roof terrace is beautiful, and a lovely place to sit and read over a glass of something cold in the Spanish sunshine. Highly recommend.

Clean modern place. Amazing roof top. Close old town so access to lot of restaurants. Staff was friendly and able to resolve any issues. Beach and cathedral was about 30 minutes walk. Room was cleaned everyday so that was big plus. Minor issue was smell in the apartment at night if AC is turned off which maybe due to location. Also bar across street gets loud at night so if you are sound sleeper bring ear plugs.

Wow! What an amazing hotel. I honestly cannot fault thing. If I came back to Palma again, I wouldn’t even think about looking anywhere else. The hotel is immaculate. Staff are all so friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are lovely with Molten Brown toiletries and the kitchen is well equipped for everything you’d need. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk that has all the essentials so you can bring food and drink back to your apartment. You have all the amenities of a self catering room but with all the facilities of a hotel. The staff helped us to hire a car around the island for the day and also helped us with a taxi back to the airport. We always finished our night with drinks at the hotel bar. Great cocktails and very reasonably priced. Very glad we chose this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palma Suites. We originally booked a premium deluxe split-level room since it was the only category left. It was a huge room, but unfortunately on the bottom floors and right next to lobby & housekeeping closet. It was very loud, esp. in the morning, so we asked if they could move us to a higher floor. The hotel was very full, but they were able to offer us a “downgraded” standard suite on the 4th floor. It really didn’t feel like a downgrade. It was still a very large suite with separate living room & bedroom. The room was pretty quiet, except for some minimal noise from the bars on Friday night.
There kitchenette was well stocked and clean. We had slippers and a large safe. The bathroom had a lighted makeup mirror and even conditioner, which is rare in Europe. There is no daily housekeeping, but that suited us just fine. It’s really ok to use the same towel or sheets multiple times!
The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a spacious parking garage a 3-minute walk from the property, on the outskirt of old town so we didn’t have to contend with the microscopic roads and could easily get out of town. All major sites and fantastic restaurants were within a ten-minute walk.
One of the best parts of the hotel was the staff. Everyone we talked to was so nice and sincerely helpful. They really did everything to make our stay perfect. We really enjoyed chatting with them about all the local restaurants and getting cocktails at happy hour.

The location of this property is second to none and you are less than 7-8min walk away from absolutely anything in Old Town.

We stayed one week and it was absolutely fabulous - plenty of room for one couple with a heap of luggage (love the storage available underneath the bed and wardrobe!)

We were gifted a bottle of wine on checking in and communication from the property was excellent (reception is manned 24/7 and we checked in at 4am).

Rooftop is gorgeous. Amazing views and space. The one evening we went, however, there were no lights. Not sure if this was a one off but certainly suggest lights if not installed
One piece of feedback - we had a VERY noisy room with our window right above a street where scooters, garbage trucks, horse and carriages (!) went by at all hours. On the first night, we thought the noise was a one off, however realised this wasn't the case on the second night. We were given the option to change rooms on the third night, however, as we had unpacked absolutely everything, we thought best not to. I suggest that the noise level be noted next to the room when booking so it's clear and known in advance.

Nice boutique apart hotel!

Great stay! Katja was so welcoming! Location is perfect sorrounded by many Nara and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. The junior suite was very nice and complete. At the rooftop you have a deck and a very small pool just for refreshing. They provide you with towels. Gym was very small with only cardio stuff but ok, we were there for relaxation. WiFi worked perfect. Staff very kind! I would recommend this place and would like to come back.

Perfect place in Palma

Perfect location right in the heart of the Old city with everything within walking distance. Suite had all we would need and more for our 5 night stay and the staff were all friendly and welcoming offering assistance and recommendations for restaurants etc. Roof top pool was a great escape, even in December, with great views of the city and ideal to watch the sun setting with a glass of wine. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will not look to stay anywhere else when next in Palma.

Great apartment hotel in the old town of Palma. Near to all the main sight seeing attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. 10 min walk to train/bus station. Lovely rooms, very clean, nice bathroom, good wi-fi & very comfortable bed.
The only negative comment I'd make is that duplex & triplex apartments have quite steep stairs, so take note of the apartment type, when booking.

Nice Hotel for self catering and located where we needed to be as visiting family. Situated in a run down area which is being developed so quite a bit of building going on although ceased around 5pm till next day. This hotel had one next door but as not spending all day this was no problem. Bit noisy at night from a bar close by but room had a divider that shut out noise. Staff were very pleasant and spoke English. Room was cleaned everyday even though it states it isn't. View is not great but again ok if not staying there all day. Markets close by and also good shopping areas within close walking distance.

I had a fabulous time; already planning next trip.

Fantastic, friendly, super-helpful multilingual service from Michaela on the front desk. Beautifully appointed hotel at a very good price compared to similar in the vicinity. Gorgeous room with all the amenities of a 1-bedroom apartment, stylishly arranged in a small space. Sofa was the most comfortable I have ever sat on and I wish their purple merino wool blankets were available for sale as I would have paid any price to take one home with me.
