This boutique hotel is a Jewel in Palma. Our room was comfy and very clean , It was as a bit small but very beautiful . Excellent location.
The highlight was helping staff. All the reception staff were very helpful. unfortunately I can’t remember their name. They went out of their way to help us with every demand.

We had such a great stay at Ca n’Alexandre in Mallorca. The location was perfect, everything was close by, so we ended up walking everywhere. The staff were genuinely kind and super helpful, which made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely come back!!!!

The fact that is was so quiet, and in a good location, easy walking distance to the Plaza Mayor, bus station with a very good supermarket.
The staff were extremely helpful - very impressed of the umbrellas when it was raining.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is in proximity of central bus/train station, and at the edge of the old town. All the main tourist attractions in the old town are in walking distance. For going to other towns outside of Palma, within 5-7 minutes of walk, we can reach to the TIB buses at the central bus/train station.
We also liked the private outdoor sitting space of our room.

Place was nice and clean. Rooms were a bit small but had everything I needed. Hotel doesn’t offer any extras as in gym or massage but does offer breakfast for an additional fee. Beds were not so comfortable but do have amazing terraces. Also Hotel is located very close to many different shops, bars, and restaurants.

Nous avons adoré le personnel de l'hôtel très gentil et toujours disponible. Nous avons moins aimé le lit et les oreillers (trop durs), mais c'est un choix personnel. Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hôtel car il est situé proche de la gare routière et du transport vers l'aéroport, mais aussi à quelques rues du centre-ville de Palma, des magasins, des restaurants et de tous les attraits touristiques de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement bien garni.

Good stay

It was a good stay. Nothing special though sadly. Room and bathroom were nicely decorated but a bit small. There was air conditioning unit but instruction was asking not to change any settings (it was set to heating 20 degrees and for me that is way too warm to sleep comfortably). Shower was looking lovely but sadly was not practical at all as water was running out from the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor and flooding everything. We have reported this to the reception staff but sadly nothing could be done during our stay so we had to have very short and cautious showers with towels on the bathroom floor to soak up the water. Bed was large and comfortable but walls are very thin so any noise in the adjoining room or corridor were disturbing our sleep. Plus there was a mechanical noise throughout the evening/night (from the lift and from somewhere else-possibly outside). Location was very convenient as close to the bus station, shopping and dining. In general we had a good stay, but I don’t think we would book again when staying in Palma in the future

I just recently stayed at this hotel as part of my recent 3 weeks honeymoon. We went to 8 different cities throughout Greece and Spain and this was our worst experience in terms of service at any hotel we had stayed. It being our honeymoon, we had great service experiences the hotels we stayed at with them often pulling out a map and giving us recommendations. My husband had an ankle injury so we often had to ask for a bucket of ice in the AM or PM (or both!) which was never a problem. In most places we received a bottle of wine (or even an upgrade) since it was our honeymoon - even though we did not expect this.

Check-in at this hotel with the man was awkward and even uncomfortable. At one point in our stay we asked for a bucket of ice and we were made to feel guilty about it. When we did finally get some from the front desk, we were given four ice cubes and a bucket of water. The main reason behind my review though is this misinformation this hotel provided to us, making us miss our ferry (costing us $550 CAD) and $700 CAD in new flights. On the eve of our 8am ferry we asked the man at the front desk if he could arrange a taxi and when he would recommend we call it for an 8am ferry. We looked to him for advice since no where on our ticket did it tell us and in Greece it was 30min prior. He recommended 7:30, though we decided 7:15 and when we got there the gates were closed. How would a premium hotel not tell its guests the rules around it's countries ferry terminal?

Really great hotel to stay at. Beautiful modern style that kept the old stone touches from the original building. Location was perfect 15 minutes to Palma beach, 5 minutes to shopping 15 minutes to the basilica. Shower bathroom beds everything was super clean. Only thing was that the walls seemed a little thin as you could hear others staying at the hotel at times but nothing you couldn’t deal with. Excellent stay!

Week in Palma

We loved our stay at Ca N’Alexandre! We had a wedding in Palma and decided to turn the trip into a holiday and stay for the week. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. We liked getting a coffee from the hotel cafe in the morning and there was a delicious bakery on the corner across the street. The location was also great, everywhere was walkable and we enjoyed exploring the streets of Palma. Would happily return!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean, as were all the communal areas. The location of the hotel is one of its best attributes as it was right in the centre, with plenty of restaurant options and shops, as well as being fairly near to the beach. However, despite being so near the centre, the hotel itself was lovely and quiet, meaning that a good night sleep was also had. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay here!

The hotel has a very good location in palma if you are not interested in the beach. The basic problem for us was the extremely small size of the room. We had to put our suitcase on a chair that blocked the closet. Everytime i tried to get to the closet i hit my head on the tv. When i tried to access the safe i could barely open the closet door to get to it and had to use a flashlight and get on the floor. If you have no luggage and are young it might be ok because the location is good for exploring the city

Excellent hotel , very clean , friendly staff and positioned in a great area for bars restaurants and shops. Also very close to the rail and bus links for exploring the island. The bus from the airport drops just around the corner in front of el Corte Ingles.

The hotel was nice along with the staff members however there were some aspects that could be improved. The bed was very hard and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way based upon the design. Also, the shower had a half door and the water from the shower flooded into the floor every time.

Lastly, the pool area has limited hours (10am-6pm) and limited spots so you have to get there early in order to enjoy it.

I did appreciate the closeness to the beach and the kindness of the staff.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. My room wasn't completely clean though, and it is quite noisy as there is not much buffer between the hallways and the rooms with no carpets. In general though, a lovely stay and a really good location.

Very close to Plaza Espana and other thing in centre of Palma. Nice hotel, but sleep a bit disturbed by noice from other rooms. We had breakfast and it was very good.

Great, centrally-located hotel

A really nice hotel tucked away in the very center of Palma. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the expected facilities. We had a room with a terrace which although didn't have much of a view, was still a nice place to relax on in the evening. Staff was very nice and helped us a lot to choose the restaurant for the evening (which turned out amazing so their recommendations are great)! Overall, definitely recommend for a stay.
