Always a very warm welcome at this hotel, we have stayed here many times. It’s particularly lovely at Christmas, it was a shame to see the restaurant empty however, we were going to eat there on a few occasions but it was always empty and there were no serving staff present, kitchen didn’t look like it was open- it lacked atmosphere I just guess it’s low season and not busy enough to warrant opening. This is just something to bear in mind when staying out of season/ December time.

Great place to stay in Palma! Some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a longtime. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Carried my luggage for me, parked my car, made dinner reservations. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while I went through my check in. Gorgeous hotel as well with a restaurant on the Michelin guide. If you’re staying in Palma and want experience luxury, stay here!

Amazing customer service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. Hotel is located very conveniently off a quiet square, less than a 10 minute walk from just about anywhere you'd want to go in Palma. Parking garage is very conveniently located just across the square.

After a lot of research, we booked this hotel because of the good reviews. We stayed in a Superior Room and were celebrating our honeymoon.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and the lounge areas are great. The staff are brilliant and we really valued all of their recommendations. However the rooms themselves are rather poorly finished and the fixtures / fittings feel cheap rather than luxurious. We were really disappointed with the rooftop pool which is tiny and the whole rooftop was pretty neglected.

Overall, the hotel is well located and fine for a short break, but doesn’t provide the luxury we expected for the price and reputation.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have done anymore for us. It was my wife’s 40th and they made her feel like a Queen.
Highly recommend this hotel for food, location, staff and quality. It was a super experience and is a 5* hotel.
Also, the airport collection is worth the money, makes the start of the holiday so much more relaxing and we got collected in a lovely car.

Stayed here with my family & we had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself if very charming and tasteful. However, what really stood out was how spectacular the staff and service was. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we never had a less then amazing interaction with the staff. They went as far as insisting on carrying our luggage to the parking garage 5 min away despite telling them it was not necessary. They gave us a 5 start experience in every way. If I’m ever in Palma again I’ll 100% be back.

Love, love, LOVE this amazing boutique hotel!

From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room.

We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with cava and a smooth, welcoming check-in process that immediately set the tone. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed, and the rooftop pool—though small—offered a beautiful Spanish vibe that made it feel special.

One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. My now-fiancé had secretly arranged a semi-private dining experience months in advance for our post-proposal meal, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our host, Joey, was fantastic—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. He recommended incredible dishes, especially the ceviche, which is the chef’s specialty and a must-try. We were so immersed in the food, wine, and the moment that we didn’t realize we had stayed well past closing. The staff never rushed us and even graciously offered to bring the remainder of our dessert back to our room, so we could continue celebrating our engagement in private.

This hotel exceeded every expectation—not just with the facilities, but with its heart. Their thoughtful service made our engagement day unforgettable, and we cannot recommend Posada Terra Santa enough.

A truly lovely boutique hotel, conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Palma’s city center. The property offers on site parking, a huge plus, as parking in Palma can be difficult to find. The staff were excellent throughout our stay: communicative, helpful, and always polite.

Property & Rooms
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with clean, stylish rooms. We stayed on the first floor in a room with its own terrace, which was a great addition to our experience.

Amenities
The wellness area includes a sauna and indoor pool, designed for private use and available 24 hours a day with a simple reservation, a very thoughtful feature. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, which we unfortunately only discovered on our last day, so be sure not to miss it!

Dining
The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee, but given Palma’s incredible food scene, we decided to skip it and instead explore the many fantastic nearby cafés and restaurants.

Overall
We loved our stay so much that we rebooked this hotel for the last night of our trip. A gem in Palma that combines convenience, comfort, and thoughtful details.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have to walk with a stick so being on the flat is important.
The only thing I need to mention is if you want to access the rooftop bar the lift only goes to the 3rd floor you then have to go up 2 flights of stairs without the lift . The rooftop bar does have some steps.

This little hotel is a hidden gem- quiet and tranquil yet so close to the centre (a 10 minute walk to the marina). It is so clean and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast is delicious. It is very quiet, perhaps a little too quiet in the evenings. It would be nice to be able to sit and have a drink in the bar area or library after coming back from evening meal but it was closed and so we had to take our drink back to our room.

We had a fantastic stay from booking to leaving. We appreciated welcome emails before our visit that provided information about the hotel and things to enhance our stay. We arrived early because of our flight time and were greeted by smiling, helpful reception staff who provided us with complimentary drinks and pastries while we checked in. They looked after our luggage while our room was made ready early and we were offered use of their facilities while we waited. Another bonus was that our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite, with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The hotel is situated on a quiet tiny side road in the heart of Palma (*taxis have to drop guests at the end of the road - about 20 metres away) and is in easy walking distance to restaurants and places to visit. The interior is beautifully decorated with use made of stunning exposed brickwork. There is a lovely roof terrace with a small swimming pool and two quiet reading rooms. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection, supplemented with a hot food menu to order. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with an outstanding staff team - especially the reception staff, who even carried our luggage out to our taxi at the end of the road - which was much appreciated.

Best boutique hotel EVER

This is the most amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are amazing as is the hotel which is 900 years old. It has the original stone building with gorgeous renovations making it the most charming hotel. To top it off the breakfast is fantastic with gorgeous coffees and fruit and eggs to order.
In addition the staff is helpful and goes over the top to make your stay pleasant.
Would 1,000 times recommend it!

There is literally nothing not to like about this hotel. The service, from the moment you step through the door, is impeccable. They will go to any length to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautiful, as is the entire property. Its location to central Palma is ideal - close, but quiet. Great places to eat close by. We didn’t have dinner at the restaurant, but it’s a very intimate scenario. We tried breakfast, and that may be the only place they could improve a bit. It’s fairly average. I’m really stretching to find something to be critical about since they are about as perfect a 5 star experience as could be. I would definitely stay at Posada Terra Santa if I return to Palma- and the couple we traveled with felt similarly. Truly wonderful experience.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were amazing. However, I was given incorrect driving directions in an email from the hotel, which made reaching the hotel very stressful. The reception later confirmed the directions were wrong, causing me to waste a lot of time. I’m sharing this so the hotel can avoid this mistake in the future.

Absolutely love this hotel. Room got nice and cool at night. Beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff. 24 hours someone was at the desk if you ever needed anything they absolutely had someone there to help you. As well if you needed anything booked or anything? The front desk would make sure they did it for you. We needed a rental car. They helped us get it. We needed taxis for the next day. They got them the night before and insured. We had them there the next morning.

Lovely tucked away boutique hotel.
Only thing we would say is our room was close to the lift so there was fair amount of footfall outside our door and a creaky floor made it a bit frustrating at 7am when staff getting around. The plunge pool is a lovley addition. A seperate snug bar would be nice albeit there were quiet places to sit. All in all a lovely quiet retreat nestled central to the old town

Fantastic hotel, Palma old town, highly recommend

Stayed for a long weekend. The initial greeting, despite being gone midnight, was friendly whilst efficient. The rooms wowed us even more than expected from the hotel photos. Nice and spacious, immaculately clean and kept with effective air con. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Throughout staff greeted us each morning with a smile. Staff provided a lovely touch with happy birthday balloons waiting for us. A lovely touch.

The roof top pool was warm from the sun and pleasant with a phone to contact the bar for drinks to be brought up for you. The drinks were well priced for a top end hotel. We used the spa once. This is booking only with 1 hour slots and exclusive use for your room, hence the need to book. There is a sauna and a small pool with relaxing music and a great ambiance.

Location wise was in the old time with lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. The sea front is also only a 10-12 minute walk.

Would definitely recommend and would love to return again.
