Lovely hotel. Room was small for a 5 star. The staff immediately changed our room for one with daylight. Great location and facilities. The public area in front of the hotel is being worked on but did not disturb us during our stay.

Every person on the team was exceptional—warm, attentive, and eager to help us discover the island’s hidden beauty while handling our taxis and restaurant bookings flawlessly. The property itself was pristine, crafted with exquisite attention to detail. The décor, lighting, and overall design looked like it belonged in a curated gallery.

Our room was deeply comfortable, and housekeeping went above and beyond, generously replenishing our water and toiletries each day. We genuinely felt cared for, and after five nights, it was hard to imagine having stayed anywhere better.

A special thank-you to George and Toby for their wonderful guidance and the effortless check-in they created for us—they set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

We cut our stay short and moved hotels as the swimming pool had a constant stream of birds pooping in it and I stood in this in the pool. There is no effort being made to control the birds. A real health hazard!

The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was great as well. Location was perfect for staying in Palma!! The hotel has an app that you can download where you can order pillows, bedding, towels, etc along with other services like taxis and concierge. It was about a 15 minute ride to the airport too so it was very easy to get around!

I loved the service, the aesthetic and location. It was walking distance to downtown Palma and was very convenient. Although I didn’t get to spend time in the spa/wellness area, the pool and Rooftop bar was awesome. My only concern was an ant issue in our room. The staff did their best to rectify the situation and I appreciate their attentiveness. Despite their effort, the issue persisted for most of our stay. All that said, this is an amazing property that I would recommend, just hope they can address the issue.

The staff were truly so helpful and accommodating. I hadn’t booked anything before arriving and they scheduled a catamaran cruise for me in addition to some dinner reservations. They had anything and everything you could possibly need or ask for. I even requested a massage at 11pm for the following morning and it was confirmed within 10 minutes. Loved my stay! Location was great too! I was alone and always felt safe walking around.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

El Llorenç truly understands the art of providing exceptional, personalized service. The attention we received throughout our stay surpassed anything we could have imagined. it was, without a doubt, the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Alesso, to enjoying a rooftop welcome drink with Sophia. who greeted us each morning with a big
smile, every detail felt thoughtful and genuine. A special mention to Soja, who made the best cappuccino we’ve ever had—truly unforgettable.

These are just a few of the touches that make this hotel outstanding.

We especially loved our relaxing afternoon swims, followed by time unwinding in the spa’s jacuzzi and pool. While the hotel is tucked away from the busy streets, it’s just a short walk to town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We will absolutely return!

We stayed in the El Llorenc Parc de la Mar for four nights in July 2025 and from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food is excellent and ambience from the rooftop bar was perfect in the warm Mallorcan sunshine.

The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. This hotel has everything, rooftop pool overlooking the sea and a wellness centre with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (and a gym too).

Ideally located near to Palma Cathedral and Palacio Real de La Almudaina, it is only a short walk into the heart of Palma itself.

Perfect, we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Hotel El Llorenç was outstanding. The service was impeccable, especially from the concierge team who made everything effortless from start to finish. The spa facilities were stunning, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and little touches like Le Labo products in the bathrooms added a real sense of luxury. The entire property was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were constantly offered water and small comforts that made us feel truly cared for. The pool cocktails could have been better and the customer service at managerial end regarding me being locked in their bathroom was unnecessarily convoluted and involved far too much back and forth than I was prepared for on my holidays. However, the setting, location, decor, comfort, all exceeded expectations and I'd recommend, but with a suggestion that management have some extra training.

The place was meticulously managed, down to the last detail, and the staff wore smart uniforms, providing thorough established service. It is a hotel where you can relax to your heart's content. Also, located in the old downtown, there are plenty of enjoyable shops within the charming old town, so you can have a great time just around the hotel. The El Lorenc has been described as best hotel, with best old town pool, in Palma Mallorca for good reason. A boutique luxe hideaway, across from the water, nestled into surrounding old town Moorish architecture, sets you up for daily magical walks past the palace and cathedral to return to this retreat. Relaxed perfection, between the beautiful well appointed rooms, serenity of the lovely spa including indoor pool, sauna and steam, full stocked bathroom amenities, forever memorable rooftop drinks by highly skilled bartenders, surprise little touches like chocolates at night, and top notch highly accountable service. I could and should name all concierge for their constant advice and assistance but will flag Johana (which I’m hopefully spelling correctly) for reading my mind and knowing exactly the sort of full day step by step itinerary to recommend for magical outdoor exploration of caves, coves and mountain towns tailored to my personal needs. To be clear all concierge were great, professional, pleasant, responsive and accountable. It came to feel like home and I would recommend with no hesitation to travelers with taste.

Nice cafe on rooftop, food was delicious. Breakfast was equally appealing. Location next to Cathedral, great base for walking into Old Town or easy to walk to Portixol along the coast (a fishing village which has some lovely sea front cafes). Would definitely stay at El Llorenc again.

Lovely hotel but the staff make it special.

The trip was a birthday surprise for myself and the hotel couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks. Overall the service was excellent will definitely return.

Our room wasn’t ready so we went to the beautiful roof top patio for a drink and a bite to eat. We also ate at Dins which was outstanding. Lovely stay, the hotel is to a high standard both in terms of decoration and service. Nice touches such as providing fresh water and little snacks daily were appreciated.

El Llorenc is a fantastic small boutique hotel ideal for long weekend stays. It has a great style and theme throughout with a premium feel to everything they do. The staff were very friendly and made the stay even better. The location is very close to the Cathedral but will suit those who like a slightly more leisurely pace as it is not in the city centre - which is a good thing - but everything you need is no more than a 10-15 minute walk away.

The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the \"terrace\" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth the money. It's s nice hotel but not super convenient. The rooftop was probably what saved it from a lower grade. Also I was charged 35 euro each for breakfast, that was far too high. Other staff, rooftop, breakfast and cleaning were excellent.

I stayed here with my friend for my 40th birthday celebration and so glad we did! We loved it and felt spoilt whilst there, it was first class. Staff were all friendly and attentive and the hotel staff made my birthday special for me 😊 it was very quiet and relaxing with Moorish design and Balearic beats. Very clean and flawless design inside with a great roof terrace for enjoying the sun and evenings food / drinks. Breakfast was yum. We ate in Dins restaurant on my birthday and it was a lovely way to spend the evening having a tour of Majorca by the dishes served. The chef was also very accommodating to my vegetarian needs and my quirk of not wanting to eat eggs I can see (don’t ask). I felt this was such good service to have this catered to. Taxis were quick to the hotel to venture out or it felt very safe having a wonder outside in the evenings. Easy to go to and from the airport quickly. I’d love to stay again.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Brilliant staff, brilliant hotel, brilliant location. Will definitely return. My wife and I came here for a birthday celebration and our experience was above and beyond our expectations.
The staff when checking in and the staff serving breakfast are so professional and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.

Exquisite attention to detail in their rooms and through out the property. Spa area and indoor pool was amazing, private and very clean. After staying here the bar has been set so high for hotel rooms it will be difficult staying at other hotels. A few suggestions I noticed were: Urba rooftop dining felt closed in and a bit cheap of an atmosphere in comparison to prices they are charging. Unable to see any view from the table unless you stand up. Also, if someone asks for a juice or cup of coffee upon departure due to leaving very early in the morning for a flight, at a hotel with this stature I didn’t expect to be charged 7 Euros for each item especially when I didn’t have milk in my room to use the provided Nespresso machine. That was very petty and distasteful just as I was checking out. The woman actually waited for a server to ring in a bill for my coffee before she proceeded with my checkout, as if they could afford a complimentary coffee to a guest that stayed 2 nights, ate on premise, paid 35 euros to park a car for 7 hours and was hardly on premises (that left a bad impression).
