The service here is unbeatable. We feel so comfortable and relaxed here and the staff cater to every need, always so friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are great, with gorgeous views and brilliantly equipped with everything you need.

The restaurant in the hotel is also wonderful and the breakfast has the best and widest selection of foods I have ever experienced. All in all, our experience here is always a 10/10. Joseba and his team always make the trip feel special, and we will definitely be back again soon. Amy.

In general our stay was really good there. The staff when we arrived was amazing. The check-out was slightly less friendly but can’t complain (they were busy with check-ins & checkouts). !
They were very helpful when we asked about bus and how to get to different places. The staff on the rooftop restaurant was amazing too !!!

The only thing that would have made it batter was a microwave in the room and perhaps a little more room in the refrigerator as ‘mini bar’ items dominated space

This is a beautiful Hotel located at the heart of Palma. Everything was exquisite! The facilities, the service was superb, the bed was very confortable and the room had a very nice view of the Ocean. Highly recommended. Note: Just look out for a crazy \"neighbor\" that will honk the horn of his tiny vehicle at you if you are in his \"way\". As soon as you arrive make sure someone at the reception takes your car away. If arriving by taxi be ready to exit in a hurry if this guys is around. He is NOT patient and he's not nice! #idiotalert

Strong 3* or decent 4* hotel.

This being labeled as a 5* is a big stretch. Starting with the check-in process it just felt off. We had to get our bags from the rental car and unless everything as the bellman was busy. Reception was slammed, which is fine, however it took a while to get the room. Service was just ok across the board. We all have bad days but it shouldn’t be abundantly clear to the guests…restaurant service was super slow, 20 minutes + to get a drink order in. The list goes on. The room was decent, nothing special. It’s super strange to not have a peephole in the rooms though, so if someone knocks you need to open the door to see who it is. I’m glad I looked at the bill prior to checkout, we asked to use a euro outlet converter and they had it on the bill as a €50 charge. We went back to the room and turned it in, but €50 is just nuts. It’s not terrible but it’s not great.

Shower was reported 4 times in 4 days stay that it is broken, not closing! and every time the plumber comes in and doesn’t fix it, does a temp solution and reception person came up himself and saw the issue but still didn’t resolve or offer another room! TV kept hanging and I had to disconnect power 3 times to get it to work!

A decent 4* but not 5*

The hotel has a lot of new inexperienced staff, and you can feel the effects of them not having settled in for the season.

The rooms are straight forward, but maintenance is required for example the shower tap cuts your fingers when turning it, second the AC even when off stays on blowing cold air.

Breakfast is pretty basic, but sufficient for filling up ahead of the day.

The rooftop pool is at best a “tank” which some guests may not like and also closes at 8pm which feels a little early.

If you’re looking for a spa treatment they hire in as it’s required which means limited availability.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted on arrival as friends and this never changed. The staff were superb and always had a smile and a greeting. It was great that they all leanred our names and made sure all was going well. Our rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy!
Breakfast was a delight as was the service! Having our car parked and then brought out was such a great feeling! Definite felt very spoilt!
The rooftop bar, pool and restaurant enhanced the experience! An absolute treat!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the time I reluctantly checked out, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations.
The staff at Es Princep were nothing short of brilliant. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The level of professionalism displayed by every team member, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was exceptional especially Pau. They were attentive, accommodating, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.
What truly stood out was how they made my birthday celebration an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail was remarkable – from a personalised birthday note waiting for me in the room to a surprise birthday cake and bubbles. The staff took the time to make my day special, and their genuine efforts made me feel truly appreciated.
The accommodation was great our spacious room provided all the comforts one could ask for. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was impeccable.
Es Princep's amenities, including the restaurant with its delicious dishes, rooftop pool and spa, added an extra layer of indulgence to the overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at Es Princep was nothing short of amazing.

I took my wife for an anniversary vacation and the hotel was perfect. Very nice accommodations and the service was top-notch. They knew who we were and were always happy to help us with any requests, including renting bikes and ordering a taxi. The location was great too.

The only downside I would say is the spa was pretty limited and half of the things (sauna, shower) seemed to not be working. The first day one sauna was out of order and the second day I went in both saunas were not working. The \"Turkish bath\" is just a regular room-temperature pool in the basement. Not that pleasant for me or my wife but maybe it is for others.

That said, spa was included and the rest of the stay was fantastic. I would definitely return.

What a wonderful hotel, ideally situated on the sea front and only about 10 minutes walk from the main city centre. The hotel is immaculate and modern with crisp, clean rooms, excellent service and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooftop bar and pool area have great views of the sea front and harbour and we spent sometime there each day soaking up the sun. The rooftop area is a real bonus for a hotel so close to the city. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of all the choices you could want. Also, there is an a la carte menu for hot food which always arrived perfectly cooked. All the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive and seemed very happy to be on hand to help. In particular, Flora and Wing looked after us so well in breakfast but of particular note, the Hotel Manager Joseba was was on hand every day to greet us at breakfast and to spend a few moments checking that everything was going well for us. He knew our names, and was outstanding, even organising a cake and Cava for my wife at breakfast as it was her birthday. Later that day, we returned to our room to find a bottle of Cava cooling on ice and a handwritten birthday message from Joseba himself. We were very touched by this level of personal attention as we hadn't even declared that it was my wife's birthday. Outstanding service from kind and caring staff, thank you. We are well seasoned travellers but this hotel remains in our minds as an exceptional hotel, with excellent staf

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check in was swift, friendly and courteous.

My room was on the first floor facing the front of the hotel. It was noisy at times from people talking right outside but the room itself was as expected.

On my first night, I was extremely disappointed when getting into bed to find a soiled comforter and bed that had a sour smell and stench. I was so disturbed given the room was supposed to be clean and this was a 5* establishment. The evening front desk staff was swift to help me find another room to sleep in while we waited until the morning to sort it out with management. I didn't sleep all night from the disruption. I later got into contact with management and was offered the upgraded room that I had slept in the night before which I appreciated. I was a bit annoyed to have to start my vacation this way and that no other compensation was offered for a lack of sleep on my first night.

Aside from the disruption, the rest of my stay was incredible. The new was room was clean, orderly and toiletries were great. Turn down service with the bottled water was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, especially when the weather was extremely hot and the spa was a major bonus. I highly encourage use of the spa after a long day. The location was great, away from the hustle of the core and just a short walk to everything including a a nice beach.

overall, despite the first night challenge, I loved my stay and would return!

Location is great, in a quiet part of Old Town and a 10-15 minute walk from Passeig Del Born. Staff and service at the hotel was outstanding, and the rooftop bar and pool is incredible. Absolutely amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and willing to do anything to make the stay fantastic. Rodrigo was the best - got us a rental car, gave recommendations, and got us dinner reservations. The location was a 15 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to main center of town. Rooftop pool was great, but if you get to the rooftop in the afternoon, most chairs would already be taken. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Only minor complaint was on the shower as it would leak water on to the bathroom floor, but we used the towels to soak up once done showering.

10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back!

The Hotel room didn\"t feel like 4/5 stars.

The cheap sugar coloured turn down lollies were suitable for children not adults - I wouldn't even feed the cheap lollies to children because they're so toxic.

No water available in the room until turn-down service.

The room size was pretty ordinary.

The spa pool was awesome. Nice views, staff were friendly, Sergio had a bit of attitude.

We ordered crepes and the traditional baked beans on the breakfast menu and received pancakes and tinned baked beans - 2 star cooking, definitely not 5 star.

No explanation provided about how to drive into the hotel car parking through the restricted laneways or access the Hotel lane when we paid hotel 35.00 per night for 2 nights of parking.

No explanation provided about the spa access.

Toiletries provided including shower gel were excellent.

I was advised that breakfast would be 25 euro per day or 20 euro per day if taken for entire stay. My invoice showed a charge of 29.50, not 25.00 as advised.

This is a very special hotel. It has the professional side that is a well defined hotel with integrity to customer service yet somehow maintains a feel at home sejour location . Homemade cookies at the door .. a 6 euro cab ride to born street

Es Priceps was the perfect hotel. Great position near the cathedral with everything within walking distance.The staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and ours had a small balcony overlooking the street below. The only thing to make future customers aware of is the open plan arrangement of the toilet and shower. Both of these open directly into the room and ,although, partly divided from the rest of the room by washbasins, it may not be suitable for people who do not know each other very well! The spa and rooftop terrace were perfect and some days we were the only people in the spa and indoors pool. We had a perfect stay. Special mention for Jorge at reception :-)

A taste of luxury in Palma !

The hotel is lovely, clean with very spacious rooms. It is located 10 mins walk from the cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants. It has a delightful rooftop area comprising of a bar/ restaurant and a very spacious sun terrace which overlooks the sea. The staff on reception deserve a special mention for their attentiveness and willingness to go that extra mile. Excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Palma.

This is a very special hotel. It has a lovely roof top bar/restaurant/pool with a clear view of the bay. At night you can dine and see the moon. The hotel staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is special. The location is perfect because you can walk to all parts of the old city and to a nearby beach. At the bus stop nearby you can access bus lines that take you to further places. The beds are large and comfortable and have high quality linens. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Palma.

Cold water by the door is offered to you every time you go in and out. Rooms have all the right features and very good beds. Spa and sauna are great, and easy to access, and very clean.

The princep hotel was awesome! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, and the rooms were modern, beautiful and very clean. It was also really well located and made it easy to see the city on foot. I would go back here in a heartbeat if I could.

Perfect setting from sea and city. Beautiful buildings. Staff so helpful. Love the rooftop.
The shower in our room didn’t get hot enough. But that is the only complaint.
