Being a city hotel on main road during a festival it was very noisy. Difficult to get a good night's sleep at the front.

Warm welcome upon arrival. We knew we were early so had a glass of cava on the roof top overlooking Palma and shortly received a WhatsApp message to say room was ready.

Spacious room with complimentary water in the mini-bar, which was replenished daily. Great shower. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice of options.

We were given a key card to access the luggage storage and restroom/lounge area, since we arrived before check in time and had a train trip to Soller that day. Very well placed for visiting the museums and other attractions in the city. We had a view over the rooftops to the cathedral and palace. For a hotel with a generally modern feel, the elevators were a bit slow, and we were on the 8th floor. Breakfast had a good range of food and drink and was efficiently run. We would stay there again if we returned to Palma.

This was the perfect location for all our adventures in Mallorca. It’s close to tour bus stops, walkable to the city centre, where there are tons of shops, cafes, restaurants, landmarks and bus stops! We found we could walk to all different places within 15 minutes of the hotel, which was super convenient to us. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Tren De Soller, which takes you to Soller, Deia, and Valledemossa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned so nicely, everytime we asked. They also have laundry service which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The Sky Bar was awesome too!! Incredible views of the entire city and port.

Modernized and clean hotel in an excellent location. Only issue was noise from the street which kept us awake a lot. Also, bar shuts at twelve, grumpy barman shut it at 11.50pm!! Recommend for location, cleanliness and room size etc.

The rooftop bar is the biggest attraction, with a ninth-floor open view across the city including the harbour, basilica, cathedral, and many other landmarks, but many other aspects were also great. The staff were all excellent and most helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the room was clean, well-equipped and pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable, particularly the hefty memory-foam-like pillows.
We really enjoyed our short stay and loved the stylish cocktails admiring the city from above by night.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location. Easy book in and check out with friendly staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch. The roof top bar has amazing views and lovely place to relax.
We booked two rooms and both seemed to have issues with the air con but we didn’t mention it to the hotel.

Location is fantastic - walking distance to everything. Also has a rooftop bar with the best view in Palma. Has a great storage area for your luggage if you arrive early. Room had a wonderful little balcony with doors that open for fresh air. Wish we could have stayed another night.

Absolutely amazing! Stunning hotel and perfect service! My only niggle is that we booked 2 rooms and paid the same price for both however rooms were on different floors. One of level 5 with a beautiful view, could even see the cathedral however the other was on level 4 with a view of only a wall. Which was disappointing but did not affect our trip. Would definitely return

This property is idealy situated in the heart of old town. Easily walkable to many historic sites. The hoyel was super clean and rooms were cleaned daily

This is a beautiful hotel in a great central location, and we had a lovely stay for two nights. My only caution is that the hotel itself and the street it’s on are very loud. The hotel rooms are tile and you can hear a lot of commotion in the hallways starting around 8 am, and the street noise is significant.

Upon arrival at 12pm we were met by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist who happily told us our room was ready and we were able to check in early which was very welcome after a 4am start. Our room was in the 7th floor, was very quiet and had a lovely balcony facing out to the cathedral and the sea beyond. The bedroom was large and well kitted out and had been recently renovated so we were very happy with it. Had drinks in the bar in the evening and the service was fine and we found breakfast the next morning to be good and the waitress was friendly and helpful so all in all a great stay and would happily stay there again when we go to Palma.

Gem of a hotel in the heart of Palma

My stay at Hotel Almudaina was short but sweet. The hotel is centrally located right on a strip full of shopping. It's walking distance to everything you'd likely want to visit in Palma (Cathedral, all the shopping districts, Contemporary Art Gallery, main strip of restaurants).

We were on the top floor right below their restaurant and it was quite quiet. The restaurant has the most incredible views of Palma... I would recommend making a reservation if you're looking to get a great seat. There is both indoor (air conditioned) and outdoor space. Food was fairly priced for the type of views you get.

The room was very spacious and incredibly clean upon arrival. We were able to check in an hour early because our room was ready for us.

Buffet isn't included, I believe it's 15 euros per person but I felt it was worth the money. There was a good variety of food/drink.

Staff was very helpful and kind.

My only slight complaint was on one of the mornings the elevator was out of service and we were on the top floor (7). It wasn't an issue for me or anybody I was with, but I could imagine if you were older, impaired or simply checking out with all your luggage this would be a big problem to some. It might have only been a one off case and in that case just unlucky!

Other than that, our stay was wonderful and I would certainly be back.
