The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. Both restaurants were very good. Between the two restaurants, we were happy eating dinner at the hotel most nights. Palma is not far off you have a car. Gorgeous city but very crowded. There is a couple convenient stores & a liquor store on the same block as Nixe Palace so very convenient to grab drinks, snacks or beach essentials.

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Views of the ocean were spectacular! Ocean was beautiful, water was perfect! Outdoor pool was small. Dinning in the area was extremely limited, and not food was not good. Hotel breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and not much selection or value for the money. I would recommend and come back.

The staff are some of the most warm, professional and welcoming I’ve ever met in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay as a group of women to celebrate a special birthday. The hotel had a perfect balance of relaxing space with the ability to explore the local area and beyond.

Breakfast was good with a wide range of options, the food was fresh and tasty.

It’s a shame there is limited sun bed space and the beach charges are so high for sunbeds.

We just felt like we could’ve done better for the price. The hotel is literally right on the beach and that’s basically the only good thing about it. But of course, if you wanted to layout on the hotel’s beach, that was extra money. The pool was okay - at least that was included.The front desk and employees were pretty nice, but the wait staff for breakfast and around the pool/beach were pretty unfriendly. You can tell they were annoyed with the tourists. The hotel told us we had a free continental breakfast and then smacked us with a 60 euro bill - for some bread and fruit. We did pay for the most basic room with a beach view, and the view was great to be fair. But yeah, knowing what we know now we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

We recently stayed at the Nixe Palace Hotel in Mallorca as a family of three, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and warm smiles. The service was outstanding—staff were always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to gluten-free options, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The beach is just steps away, with crystal-clear waters and easy access from the hotel. We also loved how clean and well-maintained everything was, with housekeeping visiting multiple times a day.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—it was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. The valet service made it super easy to come and go without worrying about parking, and there are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance, perfect for evening strolls.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet family-friendly getaway in Mallorca!

The position of the hotel is superb and the view from our sea view room was fabulous. The balcony was slightly enclosed so I would have preferred a more open one but then this would have been more expensive and I felt that I had paid more than enough for bed and breakfast. It was a good job I didn’t want a sunbed as even though there is a notice saying they can’t be reserved, by nine o’clock there was towels on every one of them with hardly any people. A problem that must be difficult for a hotel of this size. The aircon in the room was the most efficient and quietest I have ever had in a hotel and much needed as the temperature outside was the hottest I have ever encountered in Palma.Breakfast was a delight with plenty of selection I would only suggest that the tables were numbered so that when an order for hot food was taken the waitress’s would know where to bring it. Overall we had a lovely holiday

It is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. There were a bunch of soccer fans crowding the hallways waiting to see a famous soccer player, and I would have felt less awkward if they had waited outside to see the player.
We made reservations at the spa for treatments and were scheduled to have the services at 5 pm. We scheduled to use the rest of the facilities at 4 pm. When we arrived at 4 pm, there were no attendants. Another family got scheduled for our time and I had to walk around to find someone upstairs to share the mix-up. We would have had a more private experience and not felt like we were intruding on the other family if we were not accidentally booked at 3:00 instead of 4:00. The services were not good. I was expecting more a foot massage with the reflexology treatment, but it was not that. My shin bones were getting massaged on my lower legs rather than my muscles, and this was absolutely not comfortable and not at all helpful or relaxing. The head massage involved a whole lot of \"hair pulling\" rather than actually massaging my head. That was very strange and painful rather than relaxing.
When there are very few patrons in the restaurant area, we should not have to wait for a server to come take our order when they are not visible. The bartender looked at us strangely when we ordered our drinks. This may not be your custom, but the servers were busy with a wedding party so it should be fine to order directly from him if servers are not available.

The hotels turns off the cooling function on all air conditioning units. Only heat function available. You have to sleep with the patio door open all night. Daytime is miserably hot in the south facing rooms even with patio door open.

At first glance this place wows, but off-season it's just fair. We were quite happy with the size of the room and private patio.
Our primary complaints relate to the lack of dining accommodations (one restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service with no menu variation) and unfriendly dining staff. Also, the kinderclub is only available July and August, so if you plan to be there the other 10 months of the year, bring that into account. The beach is public access, expect it to be crowded and to be hassled by locals trying to sell you their services. Unfortunately, you have no control over the lights on your room patio, at 6pm it turns on and doesn't seem to turn off until dawn. We asked the reception staff to turn it off, they said they could not but promised to remove the bulb. In five days they did not, so no chance of stargazing or a relaxing evening in the bright light. We were also told by staff that the location was only half-full, but when we asked for late checkout by 45 minutes we were told it wasn't possible, they could give us 20 minutes. It just seemed that overall the external picture presented wasn't matched by delivery of quality services/amenities which was a shame because it seemed so promising.

I will start with: I can’t wait to go back. We spent a few nights here as the start of a vacation traveling to Barcelona and Portugal. I haven’t been treated that well by a hotel staff in quite a while. They all were fabulous!
The facility is beautiful. The beach is right there and sandy! Pool bar has some great choices. We purchased breakfast as part of our package. They offer many choices. Well worth the price. The property has several restaurants nearby. A cab ride to the restaurants in Palma is around 11€. It is a quick and safe journey. The room was spacious and modern. The balcony was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. We were visiting a the end of October and were able to turn the ac off and sleep with the balcony door open. With the sound of the waves crashing on the beach it was easy to fall asleep. It was a great start to our vacation. We spent hours trying to find the right hotel, reading and researching. If you want a hotel with great service on a beach that is close to good restaurants look no further.

The hotel itself was nice, not great. It was a bit dated and some things looked a bit worn around the property. I would say the value for money was not great in that regard. The food was pretty good, but expensive. The included breakfast spread was very nice. The room was small but fine enough. The spa was a nice feature but the pool was dated and the showers didn’t work properly. The beach and views were spectacular.

Just a great time! We had just finished 10 days of exploring Spain with lots of walking. The property was perfect for a couple of days of rest and relaxation. We arrived at 530am after coming to the island on a ferry and thought we would probably have to wait most/all the morning for our room. Susanna greeted us and found a room to check in which was a lifesaver. The next two days were absolutely perfect with the beach, pool, room food and the room. Out 15th Anniversay was taken care of by staff and we are most appreciative. Thanks to all the staff who are friendly courteous and helpful. Looking forward to a return for a week long get away!

I have so many wonderful things. We arrived 6 hours later than anticipated due to flight delays and lost baggage on a Saturday night. Jorge was at front desk. He literally saved the day. Gave us toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other toiletries to hold us over until our bag arrived. Room was spotless with the most breathtaking sea view.
Rooms nice size too. Housekeeping was prompt everyday and I never had to ask to replenish anything!

Pool was clean and sun beds were plentiful.
Drinks at hotel bar were great and service was impeccable. I would give this place 10 stars if I could for their impeccable customer service and cleanliness! Would definitely return!

This resort is amazing.
