Such a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Quiet area and the hotel has a really nice pool and pool bar. The rooms have balconies and the beds are super comfy. Great location too, just a 5 minute walk from the beach!

We really liked our stay at Eurostars, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was in a great location close to several bus stops if you are heading into Palma. Breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of everything you’d need. Cleaning service in room was great and always spotless.

Slight downsides were that we found the swimming pool opening time a bit limiting, it would have been nice to be open a bit earlier for a morning swim.

The bar area at the pool could be utilised better (happy hour or a functioning bar in evenings to encourage guests to socialise in communal areas).

Otherwise, we had a great stay!

We had a fine stay here. Because the photo showed an ocean view that’s why I expected. But we were really only there to sleep so the pool view was fine. Did not try any food or ammenities but can say that it is not a 4* hotel based on the condition. It’s not bad just not 4*. I had friends staying down the hill at a 5* resort and you could certainly see the major difference. They also paid more than 2x what I did so glad I got a good value especially not being there much.

Friendly staff, clean, cold AC, very good shower, fantastic breakfast a lot of options, clean pool even tho I didn’t go in much, close to public transportation, A1 then bus 4 and you will be at the hotel from the airport very easy, five minutes from the beach Cala major, a lot of bars and restaurants around,
The only one thing I didn’t like is parking charge it’s €15 per day and rent car is €20 so that did not encourage me to rent a car otherwise it would be prefect because all the nice beach’s are hour to hours and half away from Palma.
Thank you again and will return one day.

We asked for a tour and a car to the reception and they just reply 90 minutes later they didn’t look for it, it looks was not important for them but for us was something we need to look ourselves, a lot noise from other room that they didn’t try to control, the bar was closed and there was not option to order food only the expensive breakfast… apart from that the best was the lifeguard very kind and helpful her name was Hillary…

The rooms are very small, barely any room to move. We constantly wanted to get out and only be back when it was time to sleep. The bathroom door in my room was broken and made it very uncomfortable for us as I was staying with my teenage son. Bathroom was so time, we would squeeze ourselves maneuvering around moving door to get to the toilet area (and we are not heavy built)! Customer service at the front desk was very disappointing and unpleasant.

On arrival we had been allocated a tiny room not big enough to even stow luggage. The double bed was presumably to allow it to be misleadingly ccall it a double room.
Shower seal also leaked .

I had a great stay here. The room itself was minimalist but clean and nice. The lobby area, pool, and overall amenities were clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and even lent me an outlet converter when I told them I forgot mine. The location is quiet but not too far from the city center. I would stay here again.

Small gesture makes a difference

Location - perfect. It’s not in the centre of Palma, just slightly outside, well connected with buses. Public car park is an issue, as with anywhere in Palma. Hotel provides €12/day parking space. We stayed for 3 nights and we managed to park on the side road where there was no lines (ie free). Very clean. Minimalistic decor (which we prefer) and quiet. Rooms are on a small side, compared to other hotels. No tea and coffee facility in the room. We did not get the breakfast. It’s €11/pp. There are plenty of restaurant and bars for meals though. We spend most of our time sightseeing and hiking so we normally eat outside anyway. Our departure flight was not till 11pm. We managed to continue our adventure as we knew that we can take a shower at the gym, even when we have already checked out. This small gesture makes a huge difference and we hope many other hotel should do this. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We will definitely come back to stay here in our next visit to Mallorca

Beautiful and spacious room. Wonderful and inexpensive breakfast. Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Only negatives were that the pool didnt open until 1100 and closed at 2000, and the bathroom design (hard to open the door and squeeze in. You essentially had to walk into the shower to get to the toilet.

Cannot fault the hotel at all. The staff could not be more helpful and so willing to help. Pool is lovely and the bar is also top notch with really nice food. In the room, we had one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in! Unfortunately for me, the local area let it down - there really isn't a lot nearby (apart from Pelicano Beach which is lovely) but if you're looking for nightlife and decent bars, you would really need to go into Palma itself, which is around 30 mins on the bus - luckily there is a stop nearby to the hotel).
Verdict: great for a couple of days of relaxation, but if you're looking for nightlife/local atmosphere, I'd suggest another area.

Hotel outside of the city center in a good area

The hotel is good, it is clean and newly renovated. A double room was fairly small, with no chairs on the balcony and no kettle in the room, which is a big drawback from my perspective. During my 4-days stay, I was given only one soap by the cleaning lady. Since I was using it under the shower, I had no soap at the sink left and I hoped that it will be placed there after cleaning, but it was not, in none of the 4 nights. Other than that, I have no complaints regarding the room.

The hotel service was ok. The swimming pool is nice. The hotel is located next to the beach, many restaurants and facilities with services (I managed to get a manicure done close to the hotel). It is also close to the botanical garden and a Miro' museum. It takes around 30-50 minutes by bus from the hotel to get to the city center.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel if you are in no rush to get to the city center.

Suzana was extremely warm made the hotel seem nice. I hated the fact that they don't have kettle for tea in the rooms one staff put air conditioner I froze the whole night. There is no restaurant so can't rate their food. It's an ok hotel to stay in terms of location

Decorated beautiful. Super friendly staff. Biggest bed I have ever slept in. Pool was really quiet and it had great facilities. Lots of food places and shops near by, also there is a bus stop just around the corner so getting into palma was super easy. Definitely recommend.

Poolområdet var rent och välskött. Många solstolar och badlakan ingick.
Bar att handla från under dagtid.
Hotellet låg bra till mellan stränder och Palma. Bra kommunikationer i närheten.

En lille stjerne på Palma de Mallorca

Eurostar Marivent er helt klart et ophold være, hvis man lægger vejen forbi Palma de Mallorca. Personalet er venlig og yder en god service. De har en indbydende morgenmadsbuffet, der hele tiden bliver fyldt op igen. Lige fra pålæg til frugt. Gode bade og omklædningsfaciliteter, hvis man ønsker en dukkert i poolen. Hyggelig poolbar, med mulighed for lidt at spise.

Wahrscheinlich auch ein Hinterhofzimmer bekommen da nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt

Wir waren August 2023 da. Es war super.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sauber und sehr Modern. Der Pool super schön mit Restaurant und Bar zu bestimmten Zeiten. Das Frühstück war top. Alles was man braucht und super frisch. Der Strand war gute 600m entfernt. Aber schnell zu erreichen. Die kleine Stadt war nur ein paar Straßen runter. Palma mit dem Rad ca. 20min.Mit Taxi 15 min/ 11€. Ich kann das Hotel und den Ort sehr weiter empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Tolle Menschen, leckere Lokale. Schöner Strand.

Très bon séjour dans l'hôtel 4 étoiles, propre, calme, superbe vue sur la mer avec le coucher de soleil le soir, accessible à pied, les équipements sont de bonnes qualité et la chambre est très agréable.
Seul bémol, le stationnement, compliqué de trouver une place dans le coin si on ne veut pas payer la parking.
