I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma.

There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator which I didn’t note when booking. Because we were on a longer trip and had many bags, it was difficult and inconvenient to lug them up and down the stairs. For a 3 star hotel, Zhero Hotel was fine. The AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to dry things we had washed. This being said, we aren’t likely to stay here again.

The coolest Hotel in mallorca

This place is super cool. Really relaxed vibe around the pool with nice music playing all day. Staff are really friendly and relaxed. Feels more like staying with friends than in a hotel. Will definitely be rebooking when I go back to Mallorca.. 1 tiny complaint is that the WiFi is a bit slow..

Stayed with a friend for a few days & this was the perfect hotel for a few relaxing days in Mallorca!

It is a 10 minute bus ride to Illeates beach & 15 minutes to Palma.

Will definitely stay again if I return to Mallorca!

Short stay in poolside suite

We had a lovely four days staying in the pool suite which is huge! Bathrooms were excellent with lovely products. The only downside to pool suite is lack of privacy so unable to draw the curtains as people on sun beds right outside. Also, window in room lets a lot of light in at night - really needs a blind. Not a great deal of hanging space but adequate for our short trip. Breakfast delicious and staff v v helpful and friendly.

Great service. Will stay again.

I booked my room 2 mins before I arrive at 12:30am due to another cancellation from lastminute.com. They cancelled my hire car too. Apparently this is what they do now if your flight is delayed so they can relet. Nice hey when you’ve already been inconvenienced. Anyway. Because of the time they only had night security on so had to call the manager out to sort the booking. The manager Lisa was excellent. She got me straight to my room and gave me excellent customer service throughout my stay. She knew I was tired and didn’t make me do passport and forms and trusted me to sort out following day. Finally some common sense left in this world.

Great boutique hotel. Ideal if you are looking for somewhere small and not over crowded. Never had an issue finding sun loungers by pool. Room was very comfortable.
Could use curtains on balcony door if you don’t want to be up with the sun though.

Lovely pool area, nice breakfast, great drinks in the bar. Cool decor! Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Room does not have enough plug sockets, coat hangers, storage space and general surface space. There is no kettle or coffee machine or lift. The bathroom floor gets super slippy and there is not really enough space for toiletries.
With some relatively minor changes this hotel could be really great!

Nice and clean small hotel close to Palma

The hotel was clean and close to Palma. The swimming pool is surrounded by a nice terrace with lounge chairs and beds, ideal to chill out. We got a welcome drink which is great. However nobody helped us to carry our luggages to the room nor showing us the amenities.

Loveed it here!

I have just left Zhero after a 3 day/2 night stay and I really can't fault this place. They allowed me an early check-in and late check-out. I am a solo traveller and the staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly the bar staff around the pool. Thee room was spacious and modern overlooking the pool. I slept so well both nights. Breakfast was a nice variety of continental. The interior design of the place is so cool and the music in the pool area and reception adds to the chilled atmosphere and is at a perfect volume. I worked on my laptop over breakfast in the lounge area and relaxed by the pool all day long. I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the perfect break!!

Hotel is very modern but cheaply done so, everything breaks e.g shower was awful and handle fell off the door. Mostly business guests so no atmosphere, breakfast very basic and over priced - €14.95 for crossaints and melon. pool not heated so too cold to go in, one or two good staff on the bar but reception staff barely smile, they do not make you feel welcomed at all. Not in a great area - 10 min walk from beach and 2 min walk to harbour so good for doing activities but not many restaurants or nightlife nearby. We mostly got taxis into palma centre or puerto portals marina as much nicer areas.

Love stay jut a couple issues

Great entrance and lovely welcome from man at receiption. other man on reception not so helpful. Had an issue with towl delivery so I asked for any kind of towl as we would like to use the pool. He said to go get the ones from my room... Don't think so ! Made him get me towels, I'm not using a pool towl to then clean my self after my shower later that night. Cleaners 3 mornings in a row started hoovering at 8:30/845am wouldn't mind normaly however lights on balcony and music down stairs does not go off until midnight. On holiday I like more than 8:30 hour sleep really. But after telling staff last 3 days went without and disturbance. Clean modern great location. Zhero beachouse and beach club also great. Breakfast expensive €14 each for a very average spread. Also don't order taxi from hotel it's always considerable more expensive. also don't remember reading anywhere about some tax pp for staying in Mallorca on room bill so just watch out for that. Hotel good for couples I would say.

Cool glorified Hostel sadly in need of repair

This hotel initially looks good. Trendy cool uber design. However it is very shabby and seriously lacks maintenance. The outside decking is In serious need of repair, particularly on the steps from car park. No lift, no help with luggage. We pass a bedroom door that is smashed in as we climb the stairs. The room is a good size and clean but again lots of repair issues. The microcement floor is badly cracked near the bathroom and could easily injure bare feet. Safe not working, only 2 pillows. The shower is appalling constantly changing from hot to cold. Towels are grubby, tiny thin and very very old. Furniture tired and stained. No one on reception after 12 MN until 8am. Good English TV channels though.

Me and my partner enjoyed a really nice stay here in June 2016. Room was spacious and really clean. The hotel its self was amazing. Close to local beaches and a few minute walk from local restaurants. Local shops to buy food on your doorstep and free parking at the back of the hotel all you can ask for in a short stay. We didn't eat at the hotel but the food we saw served looked lovely although menu for food and drink did seem pricey. We only stayed for 3 nights but wished it was longer!

You'll either love it or hate it

Friendly, helpful staff from arrival to checkout. Didn't see too much of the local area as I arrived there about 9pm but it's safe and the location itself, 20 mins from the airport and 5 mins drive from both Palma and Portals Nous, was perfect for me. I really liked the hotel decor (a boutique hotel feel: see the photos from the website - only the bare walls of the bedroom let it down a little) and the way that most, if not all rooms, overlook the pool area. There's house music of one sort or another playing in the public areas 24/7 from what I could tell. I stayed one night, had a late breakfast of fruit, pastries, juice and coffee, and relaxed by the pool until checkout at midday. Would I stay there again? Yep, but it's definitely a marmite job: You'll either love it or hate it.

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to get a welcome drink on the house. Despite one night without air conditioning which made it difficult for my girlfriend to sleep, the room was clean and relaxing, with a great view onto the pool. The pool is good with sufficient sun lounges to relax on as well as a raised terrace where you can have a look at the sea.

Stayed midweek for 3 nights. It was a very good price so wasn't expecting much but the bed was comfortable, aircon worked and we had a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. It was very basic but clean. Would recommend they put tea and coffee facilities in the room though. Location was ok. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk and within about a 10 minute walk from a lovely little beach with a bar.

Close to palma and within traditional Spanish bars

We really enjoyed our stay , as it was our second time to stay here. We love the quietness around the pool area, yet just outside the door there are a few bars and restaurants ,, and you have a bus stop across the road with buses going to palma city centre.. Hotel was perfect for us , as we like to chill out during the day and head out in the evening time. Also it's nice to be in a town where there are local bars and restaurants with Spanish people and not the usual irish and British bars.

Immaculate hotel with wonderful staff.

My second visit to Hotel Zhero and I will happily make a 3rd! Great spot for a long weekend. Hotel is immaculate, very clean and stylish. Delicious breakfast and delightfully helpful staff. Only tiny grumble was the water pressure in the shower (feeble)and could have done with a few extra towels in the bathroom. I will certainly be gong back again!

Het is een heel mooi hotel. Kleinschalig en heel stijlvol. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan echt rusten en genieten. Het ontbijt is heel vers en uitgebreid. Je kan dagelijks badlakens vragen van het hotel. Deze mag je gebruiken voor het zwembad en het strand. Dat vind ik super handig. Ik vind het een aanrader wanneer je in de buurt van de stad Palma wil verblijven. Je kan met de huurauto (je kan gratis parkeren op de parking van het hotel) naar de stad maar je kan ook gemakkelijk de bus nemen. Er zijn 2 mooie stranden in de buurt op wandelafstand. Het zwembad en terras zijn heel esthetic. De kamers zijn licht en comfortabel met een eigen balkon. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen.

Myror och översvämning.

Frukosten, Maten och servicen var jättebra! Men vi hade myror i hela hotellrummet. Vi fick myror i sängen, duschen, blandkläderna i garderoben. Så fort man duscha så blev det översvämning i hela badrummet + att det rann ut mot sängen. Blev fruktansvärt halt då allt var målat med vitblankfärg, väggar, tak, golv allt. Var för litet underlakan till sängen så fort man satte sig så lossnade det och man vakna utan underlakan.

A Mixed Experience

The hotel itself was beautiful, with fresh, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard.

Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the pool area being completely taken over by a big family with 10 + kids. It was often very noisy with screaming, running kids, and toys being thrown around, which made it hard to relax. They had absolutely no respect for the rest of us who were there. They completely took over the whole pool area — kids and adults alike — as if no one else existed. And the staff just stood by and watched, even though it was clear they were just as disturbed by it as we were.” It felt like adult guests without children didn’t really have a place by the pool, which was a shame since it could have been a lovely part of the holiday.

Overall, it’s a great hotel with a lot to offer, but we would mainly recommend it for families with children rather than couples or adults looking for peace and quiet.
I won’t be coming back until it’s adults only.

The hotel is nice if you want a quiet getaway, location is great not too far from Palma and walking distance to a nice beach.
Rooms are extremely small although nice, Pool was closed one of two days during my stay, which of course is not ok. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, I would come back again if the price is right. there is no elevator , so you have to carry your lugage around, but all in all a cute little hotel, the sunbeds ( Cabanas) next to pool is very comfortable and facilities in general are fine .

Helt greit hotell for et par netter. Ålreite senger. Både Palma by og strendene er veldig tilgjengelig med buss utenfor hotellet. Opplevde også området som relativt rolig. Bassengområdet var lite innbydende, og virket som om flere venner av hotellets ledelse oppholdt seg der store deler av dagen. Vi hadde også en hendelse hvor vaskedamen tok solkremen vår. De lå i en plastikkpose på gulvet. Om det ble mistolket som søppel eller ei vet jeg ikke. Men noen kompensasjon fikk vi ikke. Plankene i dusjen var ekle. Det var sølvkre på badet som følge av trolig fukt i anlegget.

Mysig hotell men störande med mycket småbarn

Mysig hotell med bra läge, 100m från en mysig liten strand, nära busshållplats som går både till Palma och Illeta samt promenad avstånd till Cala Major med massor av restauranger. Jättebra service av hotelpersonalen.

Det som drog ner var att det bodde en annan familj på hotellet med 7 ungar mellan 2 och 9 år. Föräldrarna brydde sig överhuvudtaget inte om barnen och betedde sig som de ägde hotellet, barnen sprang runt överallt i korridorerna, poolen etc och störde alla andra gäster utan att föräldrarna hade någon koll eller brydde sig. Vi och andra gäster klagade till hotellet att det var störande men de sa inget till dem. Familjen har bokat 1 månad på hotellet och kommer dit varje år. Av den anledningen kommer vi inte åka tillbaka till hotellet om de inte ändrar reglerna och tex sätter 13-års åldersgräns.

Fint hotell, god beliggenhet og hyggelig personell. Det som trekker ned var at en familie med 7 barn som åpenbart var venner av hotellets ledelse tok over hele bassenget og området rundt da de sjekket inn. For andre gjester føltes det som man var i et privathus der man ikke var velkommen til å benytte fascilitetene.

Väldigt trevligt o fräscht Hotel, inte så stort vilket ger det mer personlig charm. Mycket sköna sängar o en trevlig pool som hela tiden hålls ren. Hjälpsam personal. God frukost med bra utbud. Det enda negativa var den mycket enformiga musiken som spelades ganska högt vid poolen. Hade varit trevligare med en mer ”soft” musik när man ligger o ska slappna av. Nära till en liten hamn med två bra testauranger.

En vecka på Mallorca

Rent och fräscht, god frukost med allt man önskar, snabb incheckning, fick rummet redan kl 10. nära till bad, gångavstånd till Buganbilia stranden 4minuter, Illetas stranden 15-20 minuter. Fint poolområde med lounge musik, Trevlig Personal ( förutom en, skadar inte att dra på smilbanden ibland...) Tyst på nätterna och bra med parkering på hotellet. Kan rekommenderas och vi kommer gärna igen.

We had a lovely time at Zhero hotel. Nadine at the reception was wonderful and very helpful.
Wishes for improvement is mallorcan cheese and fresh marmelade for brekakfast, and real orangejuice.

Vi var fornøyd med hotellets beliggenhet, med kort vei til noen mindre og større strender. Gode muligheter for buss til Palma (og andre nærliggende steder), og nesten alltid en taxi tilgjengelig i løpet av kort tid. Restaurantutvalget i nærområdet var tilfredsstillende, selv om det var en del ymse å velge i.

Fint basseng med gode balinesisk senger og solstoler - men vi opplevde flere dager at samtlige av disse ble tidlig tatt av hotellets øvrige gjester. Ikke proporsjonert for antall gjester hotellet hadde. Hotellet hadde forøvrig badehåndklær tilgjengelig for bruk både her og til å ta med på stranden. OK service/servering ved bassenget og forøvrig, noen av de ansatte var mer oppmerksomme og vennlige enn andre. Greit utvalg med lunsjretter. Frokosten var også helt OK, ingenting spesielt men trolig noe for enhver smak (egg, noe ost- og kjøttpålegg, yoghurt, frukt og bakst).

Vi gikk for det rimeligste rommet, men var fornøyd med dét. Litt lite bad, med noen rare løsninger (som planker på gulvet i dusjen) og fukt som også gjorde det umulig å lukke døren til badet (trolig pga. utvidelser av treverket). Rengjøringen var derimot god - de byttet sengetøy og vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag, men tidvis litt slumsete med vask av gulv (som kan bli litt uheldig etter en dag på stranden).

Alt i alt tilfreds med oppholdet vårt ved hotellet, med tanke på prisen vi betalte da vi var så sent ute (booket dagen før ankomst). Men det finnes nok bedre valg der ute, ved bedre planlegging.

Wir befinden uns gerade in unserem lang ersehnten Urlaub auf Mallorca und sind mehr als begeistert. Das Zhero Hotel hat eine super stylische Anlage im weiß beigen Stil mit toller Pool Area, mega lieben und aufmerksamen Personal und tollem Essen und Drinks. Bereits seit unserer Ankunft fühlen wir uns richtig wohl und ist perfekt für jeden, der sich eine gemütliche Auszeit wünscht. Das Highlight für uns ist definitiv der Pool mit seinen Chillmöglichkeiten und der angenehmen Musik. Auch Palma erreicht man schnell mit dem Bus, da das Hotel in einer super Lage ist.
Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! :)
