We booked a room for 3 people. There was a king bed and a queen pull out sofa but there was no bedside lighting in the room with the sofa bed and absolutely no where to hang towels or bathrobes. Pool services were also suspended because it was October!

Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay. Plus, checkout time was noon, and they let us stay until 5 pm for 10 euros an hour (we were catching the evening ferry). Palma de Mallorca was an incredible place to visit, and we are definitely coming back here in the future for a longer holiday, and DEFINITELY staying at this hotel! Our room was 1101 and we will try to stay in the same room too.

Our experience at Innside by Melia - Palma Bosque

Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier. The only thing we were unhappy about was the balcony. We paid for a balcony view, however we only had a brick wall as opposed to a glass pane.

This property is nicely located in Palma and close to shops. The breakfast was convenient and good. I like that they had parking (cause the other hotel we stayed at in Mallorca did not) but it is off site at their other property.

The hotel was a little further from the marina than we’d hoped but the staff were very nice. Would have been nice to know the work ongoing on the front which put a dampener on it a little as could no longer walk along promenade. That is no reflection on hotel though merely info up front would have been nice to know

We were really shocked that they charged us €50 for having a pet one night. The cost of the room was only €60 so it was almost as if we had to pay double! It’s a shame as we go to Palma a lot and won’t be staying here again

Clean property, very good breakfast, attentive staff. The dog fee is pretty steep for Europe but it comes with a dog bed and a doggie care package. Gloria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good walkable location with lots of restaurants around it. Try La Pergola which is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel and Humo Cocina de Brasa which is probably only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Love our stay there! It was close to a lot of things and great location. The hotel was super clean, had a great vibe and good food. It was a bit hard to find parking around the area but we managed. Highly recommended!!

Don't know how this is 4 star? We had to change rooms due to sewage smell in room. Then we had to wait as the safe did not work. Rooms are ok, if a little tired and worn. Breakfast is ok, yet hot food was always cold, and not worth £21 per person.

Pool area is nice although pools are not heated.

Sould not stay here again.

Great modern hotel for easy access into Palma

The hotel was amazing, very modern and clean, we loved our room which had a balcony and overlooked the pool, the walk in waterfall shower was fabulous, the bed was huge, lots of storage and the free mini bar for drinks was a huge bonus ! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly and helpful receptionist, the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent. The pool looks amazing even though I did not use it. The breakfast, I was told by my friends that it was delicious as I did not eat breakfast. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable and the best part, we were offered an upgrade to our room. I was very pleased with my stay.

Nice, good service, but somewhat breakfast

Our room was as advertised and fine for our needs. Service from all staff was vey good and the hotel was generally clean and well maintained except for one elevator that vibrated loudly!
Breakfast was ok but the food that was supposed to be hot (eggs, beans, mushrooms) was lukewarm at best.

What shall I begin with? It took us 25 minutes to check in due to only 3 groups of guests in front of us; the room is run down and dirty; there were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor. The shower door cannot close all the way, resulting in water leaking out onto the floor. The shower area was extra slippery; anyone may have a fall if not careful. There’s only one functional lift that can accommodate 4 slim people, you have to wait forever or take the stairs to save time. The hotel is 19 min bus drive to the city center, making it inconvenient if you’re into the bustling city tourism.

The rooms are modern, smart, comfortable and functional. Balconies and seating very pleasant.

Front desk staff were impressive whoever was on duty. Special mention to Annie who had exceptional attention to detail and ultra willing to go one step further.

The breakfast buffet was well organised and the layout relaxing. Staff in the lobby bar were friendly, professional, always prompt and attentive.

Would certainly recommend the hotel for a weekend break or longer stay.

Had an excellent experience at Innside by Meliá Palma Bosque. Hardly any complaints. The outside pool area could be slightly a bit bigger as it does get busy during peak season however overall the property met my expectations. There was one nice tapas bar in the area apart from that you have to take a taxi (7-10€) into Cala D’or for some great spots.

After a very long travel day, we were happy to arrive at the Melia Bosque. The location is wonderful and quiet yet so close to the waterfront.

The property was beautiful and the ammenities top rated (pools, spa, etc.). We highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Delicious local foods and a great dinning area.

The INNSIDE Melia is our top choice every where we go.

Great property, with great amenities. Staff is super friendly, very helpful and welcoming. A bit outside the city centre of Palma, but a very nice east walk into the city.
We rented a car to explore the island a bit, and found easy street parking in front of the hotel (note that hotel doesn’t have their own parking).

Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

We had made an error when we reserved our room. We wanted a room with a balcony overlooking the pool but managed to mess up the reservation on a hotel app. The staff went over and beyond to fix our error. The hotel was very busy but they found us a room with its own balcony and terrace for a very small increase in the price. The room and terrace was fabulous. The room comes with a free stocked mini bar that was replenished during our stay. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room were the perfect end to days of exploring Palma. The location near the Castle Bellver was perfect. Walking through the woods was a great stress reliever. Also the ease to walk to the water in 5 minutes could not be beat. Finally lots of fun restaurants near the hotel. We really had the best stay thanks to the staff!

Unfortunately not the Melia experience I have had before. The room was extremely hot, they told us they couldn’t switch off the Aircon so we had to put up with the hot air. They brought us a fan but it didn’t help much. Furthermore, during breakfast the music was blasting and it was primarily electronic/ club music (so not much of a relaxing meal). The temperature at the indoor pool space should be around 40 degrees.. we almost couldn’t breathe

Hotel had a chemical ”air freshener” let into every room in hotel. People with asthma, chemical sensitivity, allergy suffer. 6 days had terrace door open 24 h. Was freezing. Floors were washed w/strong chemicals.was told all rooms had same chemical air. Will never go to a large hotel again. Worst experience ever. Caused headache, eye&throat irritation,coughing, runny nose.poor sleep and fatique.

The room was comfortable and clean. The view was excellent. The only downside were the swimming pools. They were far too cold to swim in. The indoor pool was listed as heated. It wasn’t heated and was freezing. We had to go the aqua park to be able to swim.

Nice hotel, lovely pool area and helpful staff. It's a good 20min walk outside of Palma though and taxis were ~£7 (some also tried to ripe us off several times.) You're not far from a hard rock cafe and there's a lovely local restaurant nearby, but apart from that you do need to make the trip into Palma for a nice meal. But don't get me wrong, the hotel was good.

This hotel was perfect for the chilled holiday we were after! A real calming atmosphere, super clean and a great location. Drinks were fantastic, staff were friendly and the whole holiday went swimmingly.
Only tiny thing was the pool doesn’t open until 10am and the pool bar at 11am. But other than that, I cannot fault the hotel!

The family rooms were perfect for young children (ours were aged 7 and 10), the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly! The pool is great too. Location wise, there are lots of restaurants within easy reach and a taxi rank right outside. There was a great selection at breakfast, but I think they should have asked people to book slots as it was far too busy late morning and people didn’t respect social distancing. I would also add that although there were some families most of the guests were couples and I was conscious my children jumping in the pool and making noise wasn’t that well received by some of the other guests! That said we had a great time and would def stay again!

A hidden gem

We haven’t been back to Mallorca since 2019. Normally we stay in Cala Major but this time we decided to stay in Palma. This little hidden gem was perfect for us. It was close enough to the paseo and so many great places to eat. Street parking made renting a car easy and so worth it. Loved the hotel, the breakfast was delicious and the steps that the hotel was taking in these Covid times was commendable. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable with the precautions they instituted. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Hello can you please ask someone to contact me. The wrong Melis was booked - we arrived at this one ans the chap on reception was superb abs called the Mekia which was located near the Marina. We then booked a stay for the same night. The chap said they are happy to cancel my booking and not charge .. I thought the service was excellent.. The hotel looked superb and was very modern but unfortunately not near the Marina which is why was required. Before arriving I received a generic email asking for special requests and if we wanted a transfer, but after requesting details of an airport transfer, there was no reply. So we organised a taxi instead. Apart from that the service was good on the whole. We were upgraded and were very happy with the rooms. Very pleasant pool area. Room service couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in an arty, modern hotel.

Amazing breakfast, best I've had in a hotel in a long time, varied, everything been thought of, done with love and care :). Alternatives for those with allergies.
