Room was spacious and clean. Apart from the bathroom which felt quite cramped. Staff friendly on reception and helped us book taxis when we needed it. Only lost a star as felt like the location wasn’t great…felt a bit far from the centre and was a bit of a walk. Rooftop little pool was nice with the lounges and saw a few sunsets/sunrise from there which was nice. Also having one inside with a sauna. Felt a bit noisy in terms of traffic outside in a built up area but when in the room it was not a problem

Bra läge. Fräscht rum o skön säng o kuddar. Fönstren var inte tillräckligt ljudisolerade mot gatan utanför. Städningen gjordes väldigt sent på dagen vilket är en nackdel när man kommer till rummet och vill ta en siesta. Trevlig hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Skönt att kunna hänga vid poolen på taket.

Almost everything about this hotel was excellent. Dining facilities was very welcoming and great menu options for breakfast and for an evening meal. Rooftop pool and loungers were an added bonus, especially after walking around the harbour and old town all day.
And without being too picky, just a couple of things that caused us issues. We booked a double room, but on arrival late in the evening it was set up as a twin, with beds pushed together. That night, having turned over in bed, I crashed through the middle of the beds as they separated, my knee banged off the floor, bedside table went flying, with lamp, glass, phone and everything else thrown across the room! Not what you want at 3 in the morning! My knee ended up troubling me all week with all the walking we had to do.
I reported it befor breakfast the next day, and was told they would address it straight away.
We had breakfast, then out for a full day, returning around 3:30 in the afternoon, only to find nothing had changed and again I had to report it down. Stairs at reception, to which they informed me it was in the house keepers jobs todo.
It just felt a little lack of priority and no acknowledgement that I was hurt through this. It was addressed after reporting it twice, but it could have all been avoided.

Great place and location for what we wanted. The rooms are very nice but nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom. There wasn’t enough room to put my clothes and only one small luggage seat so my husband had his on the floor. Other than that it was great

The hotel is in quiet neighborhood, plenty of breakfast places all around.

Very good location to the sites. 20 min on foot. Plenty of restaurants 20 min walk.

Just came back from this hotel, honestly one of the best hotel to stay at, the staff were super friendly and helpful and provided a really great service. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Palmer where all the shops are and walking distance to loads of great bars and restaurants. The roof pool is just incredible not a massive pool but plenty big enough for a gentle swim to cool off and you get a stunning view as you do, would absolutely love to come back to this hotel.

We loved staying here - it was convenient to the ateas we wanted to visit, and the staff was super helpful. It’s on a plaza with a playground so if you want to go to bed early best to get a room in the back since the kids play until dark. The bathroom had a faint cigarette smell, so good not to keep the doors closed. The food in the little cafe/bar was nice. I was able to get a massage to help my leg pain from walking all day, with just a half- hour notice. They even fixed the broken wheel on my suitcase. Note - in all of Palma there is a lot of smoking at restaurants, outdoors.

Family city break to Palma

Great short break in Palma. JS Palma Plaza was a perfect stay for us. The rooftop pool was lovely and very chilled. The hotel was spotless, the decor stylish and price of food and drinks was very reasonable. Staff were amazing. I can’t fault the hotel at all. 10 out of 10. 👌

Loved my stay, receptionist was so nice. The indoor pool is little and cold but the steam room was perfect, nice and relaxing environment. Slept so well, woke up nice and refreshed for the next day. One bus to and from the airport which is a 6 min walk from the bus stop. (A1 bus)

Well located boutique with services

Altough our room was very very small it had a balcony which was an upgrade paid for. A room preferable for a single. The heat/ac was not fonctionning well in december and all the rooms were at 24 degrees, too warm. The price, the absolutely great breakfast included, the sauna, the good King bed, the location compensated for the small inconveniences.

Things that could improve would be a door into the toilet and an instrction how to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very cold in the room and we had problems to change it. The cleaninglady didnt know how to change it.

A great little find, centrally located and within close walking distance of the city centre. A well decorated and maintained hotel with a luxury feel. Staff are fantastic, especially Irene and Simone - super friendly and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience - nothing was ever too much trouble! Vi hade ett rum med balkong ett av 5 rum som erbjöd det. Vi uppskattade det verkligen. Rummet var dock aningens för litet. Svårt att hitta plats för resväskorna när man hade packat upp.

The hotel was walkable to all the main sights. The rooms were small but had everything you needed including beautiful Rituals products. The fridge was stocked with a small selection of free drinks, nice touch! A free eay to use safe gave peace of mind. The hotel was spotless, had everything you could need and food was good too.

Good facilities

The hotel is modern and functional with very good, well maintained facilities. The location is around a mile from many of the main points of interest rather than in the middle of them. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area can be quite manic, but the staff are super efficient and the food is enjoyable - excellent poached eggs. Pricing of food and drinks is very reasonable for an hotel

Family Holiday

Two rooms booked for my husband & I and elderly parents. The hotel is superb with lovely rooms…we had balcony rooms…& friendly staff who recommended places to go taking into consideration my parents can only walk so far.
We did use the pool & sun-lounge area which wasn’t too busy & very well furnished. The cherry on the top would be a roof-top bar.
Breakfast was slow when it was busy & has a few teething problems. Not enough staff. Although it’s nice to get waiter/ress service it might help if fruit/cereals etc were buffet service

The hotel was in a great location and was good overall but the breakfast was handled by a 3rd party Cafe bar located in the hotel and they didn't understand English or were just mixing up orders on purpose. Don't pay the money on breakfast, just search around for a nice place to have breakfast. If you rent a car you should know the hotel doesn't provide parking and it is hard to find a parking spot near the hotel as it is quite a busy area.

Very new but great

The hotel had only been open for about a month when we stayed there, and initially there were (understandably) some kinks that still needed to be worked out. However, the staff was consistently fantastic, and the issues were sorted out with compensation in the form of some extra perks. The hotel itself is very clean, bright and within perfect walking distance of almost everything in Palma. The breakfast was well worth the price, and the rooftop pool is a big bonus.

In sum, a great place to stay - and once they've figured out all the small challenges that are inevitable for a new hotel, it will be excellent.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was very clean, modern, good lighting, great location and good price. The bathroom was small but it had a really good shower with rituals products with an orange scent which was a nice touch. There was a really nice window seat in our room too. The bed was very comfortable, even though it was two single beds pushed together it was still comfortable. In the reception they had fresh water mixed with citrus fruits which was really refreshing after a long day out!
Our air conditioning was not working. However, once we raised this issue they were very quick in moving us to another room.
All the staff were welcoming and friendly, but we’d to say a special thank you to Deli. She made us feel very special and welcomed and she would always make sure we were happy with everything.

The location is excellent for getting around Palma and for public transport connections. The rooms were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous each morning.
