The hotel is lovely, perfect for a small group. The pool and roof top is quite small with not many beds for sunbathing but it’s very nice if you can a space. The rooms were clean, stylish and quiet. I would stay again.

Great hotel to spend the night in Palma. The hotel staff were super and we were able to park in their sister hotel a couple of streets away. The hotel itself had a great contemporary Spanish feel with whitewashed walls, concrete/stone sink/ shower, loved the vibe. Highly recommended

it was dirty and grubby, the pool filthy. No tea and coffee in the room or comfortable seating at all any place in the hotel for older people, we are in our sixties and seventies. No place to relax at all so we had to go out all day. The hotel was full of hen night guests and no sun beds available at all. We feel this hotel should be no more than two stars due to lack of facilities. We sat on a very uncomfortable chair by the pool to look at dirty uncleared plates of food with fly's no attendant available. We complained at reception and they just said it was the city. We feel the hotel was well below standard our room was basic and very shabby. It was such an uncomfortable hotel no nice lobby or lounge to relax.

Lovely boutique hotel near city centre

Hotel was recommended by a friend and I particularly enjoyed the size of it. As it was out of season, the rooftop pool was empty and peaceful in the evenings. Single room was compact and comfortable. My only issue was the lack of air con, but I just kept the window ajar at night for a cooler room temperature.

Nicely decorated hotel in walkable distance to the city center.
I would give it 3 stars rather than 4 as advertised. Very small paddling pool (it can not be called swimming pool!), small and overcrowded roof terrace. Basic rooms.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely and clean. There was only a sheet so we had to ask for a blanket. The pool was tiny and the area is completely unserviced - to the point that all all table surface and parts of the floor were littered with bottles, empty glasses, etc… kinda like after a party…

Serene & trendy hotel near-ish central Palma

Second time at this hotel and my friend loved it and says he will go back too. It’s not too far from central Palma and close to some great tapas restaurants too. I loved the decor and design - always feels so calm and serene here. Will be back.

Wedid not want our towels to change so we hung them but they changed it anyway. Also we could not get much help interms of conciege service for the city. We had to search for everything for ourselves. But the staff were very nice and carried a happy face all the time.

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. However, the room was laid out funky where the shower and toilet were open to the bedroom. Difficult for non couples. Room was super loud at night, we had to use sound machines on loud. And most importantly, the area is funky. About a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main area and not a super nice walk.

Friendly staff, good location, up to 20-30 mins walking to majority of places of interest. The cleanest of the property is very high, so high that there is a smell of cleaning detergents everywhere (minor drawback). The swimming pool is tiny and it is better not to count on it. overall roof zone is pleasant.

Great Boutique Hotel

Hotel is in the best location for my work but it is also a great place to stay. Rooms are really well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Staff are really friendly, and as a bonus you get the drinks in your mini-bar for free. The only frustration I guess for someone on holiday is it is a bit of a walk to bars and restaurants versus other hotels but the quality of the hotel more than makes up for this.

All in all good value for money: 20 min walk from old town, stylish hotel. Don’t expect too many options from breakfast, but basics are covered. The personnel is helpful. The only trouble was very unpleasant smell in the room ( apparently coming from the bathroom tubes).

Amazing choice for a design-minded solo traveler

Amazing space, very tasteful decor, incredible spot for a solo traveler specifically as I had the single room. I am rather tall and was concerned about the twin bed but it was very comfortable ! The staff was helpful and the kind and the breakfast was fantastic ! Also a beautiful roof terrace and pool spot wth a quite a view! The reviews on cleanliness are nonsense- it was extremely clean- spotless! Definitely surpassed my expectations. It looks far from things but it is actually extremely close to everything - about a 15 minute walk to everywhere ! Definitely recommend !

Generally nice hotel in a good location.
Unfortunately the incompetent receptionist gave a key card for our room to another guest who came into our room at midnight giving us the shock of our lives and completely betrayed the trust which is needed for a hotel to function.
Our complaints were not handled well by the receptionist at the time, in the morning or by the hotel management over email.
We won't return to this hotel as they have lost our trust and clearly don't see this as an issue, admin mistakes that mean you can have a complete stranger come into your room in the middle of the night are not acceptable.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A good choice for breakfast. The only downside was the location as it is quite a way from the center and places of interest and restaurants and bars. There is a bus that does the historic route which is useful but it finishes quite early and doesn't run on Sundays. Taxis are easily available and not expensive.

All good mostly. Nice boutique hotel which was pleasant to go back to and spend time in. Staff fantastic, design lovely, location good - just 10 mins walk from town centre, good breakfast choices. Only niggle is bed was quite hard though I got used to it and felt better each morning than I do when I awake from my own bed at home; pillows weren’t of the best quality but did the job. That said, likely to stay again if I’m in Palma, which I just thought was amazing!

Breakfast arrangements slightly odd as not sitting at tables - sitting for the most part in the lounge area - but like eating on the sofa. No tissues in room. Very limited space for storing clothes. We were there for four days. If you’d been there for longer probably would have struggled with storage space. Parking was a nightmare.

Hotel is a 10 minutes walk from airport bus stop at Passeig Mallorca. Whilst it's a 20 minutes walk to central Palma, you benefit from a good night's sleep. Roof top terrace is nice for relaxing. Good choice for breakfast. Staff are friendly. Would choose again if needed to stay in Palma.

Nice hotel bit of a walk to city centre

The staff were friendly and informative, breakfast was good although the buffet was whipped away spot on 10:30. (Teenagers take note) That said staff were friendly and responded quickly to any requests omelette, soya milk etc. A lady named Sol was particularly helpful.

The room on the first floor was unusual...the décor, I assume was a nod to some ancient mallorcan architecture but the whole thing left me thinking Flintstones. Don't get me wrong, it was clean, had everything you would expect shower, safe, flat screen TV etc. but it was functional rather than comfortable the bed was not particularly comfortable and because the windows were small and we were on a lower level the room was rather dark not helped by the tree directly outside the windows and the main road outside was rather noisy.

I would stay at this hotel again it had a cool modern relaxed feel with a small rooftop terrace essential for a city hotel but I would pay a bit more and opt for an upgraded room on a higher floor on the opposite side of the property away from the main road.

Knowing Palma pretty well, I did not know this hotel, it is about a 5 minute walk to the centre. I am so pleased that I booked it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and the rooms modern and clean. Although the room faced the road, it was really quiet and spacious. It is a smaller hotel and they offer buffet breakfast in the morning, again this was always fully replenished and the quality very good, even the coffee was tasty! I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend it.

We went to Palma for a quick last minute holiday in April for a few days. As the weather wasn't super hot yet, we didn't want to stay in a hotel which was centred around a beach/pool and were more interested in visiting the city itself. This hotel was perfect for that as it was just a short walk away from the centre and so we were able to pop back and forth from the centre between outings.
We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the communal seating set-up had a nice friendly feel to it.
The decor of the hotel felt very clean and fresh, and was nice and cool after being in the heat of the sun.
Transport to and from the airport was also good with the bus stop being only a 5-10 minute walk away and a bus every 15 minutes or so.
We would love to stay here again if we were to visit in the future and would definitely recommend it!

Cute place, but....

Cute hotel but it's pretty far away from the center of Palma, practically on the edge of town: 20-30 minute walk to the center, depending on your specific destination. Very uncomfortable beds and I experienced quite a lot of noise from the road outside.. and I did request a quiet room. Rooftop deck is great but can only accommodate 4 chaises for sunning: not enough for a 40-50 room hotel.

Welcoming Hotel

The hotel is only 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Palma. Although in a residential area there is a supermarket round the corner and a Lidl roughly 10mins walk away. It was easy to get into the centre where there are loads of restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel room we stayed in was great. It had its own terrace which was great for relaxing. The inclusive breakfast was a great start to the day with a selection of fruit, cheese, meats, cereals and pastries to suit most tastes. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back.

Nice hotel, close to everything in the city

Stayed there for two nights and three days. The staffs were very kind, always smiling, the room was very clean and cosy. The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast is delicious, even though I think they should include more things. The hotel is close to restaurants, pharmacy and corner shops. If you've rented a car, like I did, then everything will be nearby. I visited three different beaches and the furthest one was approx 20 minutes away by car. However, the hotel does not offer any parking, so we had to look for parking on the road. On the last day me and my boyfriend spent around 1 hour 30 mins looking for a place to park and couldn't find any, so we had to look for a car park and walk to the hotel.

The hotel is very stylish, with a very nice breakfast/lounge area downstairs and an upstairs terrace. Our room was very comfortable, and the service from hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, impressed to see Cava on offer! The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the old town - we chose to stay here as parking is slightly easier (although still not easy!) than in the heart of town.

A gem of a hotel in a perfect location

Beautiful room with stylish facilities in keeping with main hotel areas. Did not use the roof pool/bar but it looked inviting with some glorious views of Palma City. Buffet breakfast was kept well supplied and provided a good choice. Location was on the outskirts of central Palma so it takes about a 20 mins brisk walk to promenade area, 10 mins to bus/train station.

Our stay was just for one night. The overall quality of service and the satndard of both the room and hotel was very good. The choice of breakfast options was pleasing and the food was both plentiful and very tasty. Stayed for three nights in April and, yes, the location was about a 15-20 minute walk from the port however there is a very good restaurant area about 10 minutes away. The walk is not an issue because Palma is small and if you going on a city break you expect to do a lot of walking. We had lovely weather so used the rooftop pool which was lovely but it becomes shaded from about 3pm onwards (I guess in the height of summer this will be later).
Room was bright, clean and funky. Breakfast was absolutely fine. Really good scrambled eggs! Yes, you do need to sit in the bar/lounge area to eat it but no big deal.

All in all a really nice hotel and would stay there again.

Lovely few days in Palma - beautifully stylish hotel. Breakfast was lovely and liked the social eating concept but with the option of sitting separately if you so wished. Roof terrace very chilled, music perhaps didn't need to be as loud as most people tend to listen to their own music but it gave a nice housey vibe.
Walking distance from the Centre of Palma so great location.
I had my flights cancelled coming back due to an air traffic control strike in France but staff were great - no problem at all in extending my stay and very kindly offered me a small discount which they didn't need to do.
Would highly recommend for long weekend

Everything about this hotel is spot on!

It is perfect in every way. We had the junior suite which for the extra 30 Euros per night was well worth it! Breakfast amazing, ambience so cool without a hint of pretentiousness. Would love to pick it up and take it home!

Contemporary and relaxing

Very impressed with the hotel. It is clean, contemporary and cool. Great level of details throughout creating a relaxing environment. Our spacious double bedrooms had desks, generous storage space, good quality bathroom facilities, TV, & many ambient light options.

Fantastic breakfast.

Suitable location for guests on foot - 30 minutes walk to the old city centre, closer to 15 minutes walk to bars / restaurants.

Comfortable, 10 minute walk to the Old town center

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful roof deck with lovely views of the city. A little far from the action, but only a 10 minute walk to the old town center. The included breakfast was delicious and a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

Clean and tidy hotel but rooms small

The hotel was well presented, clean and tidy. But the room, and particularly the bath room was very small, the wash basin being in the bedroom itself and the bathroom squeezing in a toilet and shower. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Having said that, breakfast was good and the staff helpful.
In terms of location, there were no restaurants close by and it was about 15min walk into the center of Palma.

Not quite a Hotel, more like a Hostel

On the first night I had the sound of running water above my head all night so less than 2 hours kip achieved. The staff kindly changed my room for the second night but the AC did not work so I had to sleep with the window open listening to the local yoofs and their Moped Grand Prix all night. The single room is more like an accommodation cubical with flat concrete walls, concrete furniture and a very small window with a 4 inch openable apature. The TV is at least 40\" diameter and sits right at the end of the bed so after watching for more than 10 minutes you feel as though your eyes have burnt through. The Wifi is very poor and could barely deal with emails. At no point are you any more than 2.5 meters from the toilet and the shower tray leaks onto the room floor making it super slippery (both rooms had this). No tea/coffee facilities and there is no restaurant/bar or anyway of grabbing something to eat after 1000am. The breakfast is a first come first serve, school dinners style table that only starts serving at 0730. But... that all bares into insignificants when compared to the parking situation outside. It took me over an hour the first night and then a further 45 minutes the second just to find somewhere to park the hire car. If I had been in a car larger than the Ford Fiesta I would not have been able to park at all. The Hotel description clearly says \"parking near by\". It should have continued with \"if your lucky\". Not a great, not cheap, not staying again.

Quirky hotel close to town

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. The room was fine although there was not much room for clothes storage - hanging space but no drawers or shelving. The breakfasts were fabulous with plenty of choice and lovely fresh fruit each day. The roof terrace is small and was enjoyable until someone lit a cigarette. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the town or sea front and the number 2 bus, which does a circular route, stops right outside the hotel.
