Room is in need of major repair. Carpet way too old and worn out. Mold in shower and bathroom. Lack of proper towels. It was Annoying to have to reconfigure key card every time we left.

The room was fairly clean, but there was a stain on the wall and on the carpet by the bed. The staff is attentive and responds quickly to customer requests. The breakfast is quite good with a nice selection of hot foods, beverages, and fruits. I recommend adding more food items without onion and garlic, and offering more gluten free options.

Pretty bad property. I realise this was a Holiday Inn EXPRESS but still it was quite pathetic. Bath leaked and water leaked through the door and went inside the room. Room was very small and bed barely fit.
Ended up leaving the room after couple of hrs of checking in and found room at another hotel.

All in all, not bad

A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories. Nice choice of food at breakfast and also ala cart during the day.

Dear Team Holiday Inn express,

I would like to highlight certain point's which bothered me during my stay, washroom was not clean, it was just wiped, small flies and insects where there near drain hole in bathroom.

I was there for 2 nights, but on second day of my stay, post was room was cleaned, when I was out for work, on returning I found that same towel was placed in my room, instead of providing fresh once.

Also, when your room service or any staff walks in room they come with their shoes on, which is extremely unhygenic, atleast they should use some in footwears specifically for working in hotel.

Thanks overall to rate my stay i won't say it was too bad, it was not that good as well.

Worst place to stay.

Firstly worst place to stay at.
Mainly for two reasons.
Toooo small rooms. Hardly place to even move.
Secondly (which is the worst of all) - The toilets and bathrooms are TRANSPERENT. They have this semi blur stickers like in Corporate doors. But the bottom of the door (entire 2 ft below) is TRANSPERENT.
When asked why such doors. We were told its the policy. Dont knw what the policy is to keep the toilet doors transparent

Imagine taking a dump and bottom two ft of door is TRANSPERENT and your entire family can watch you.

Rooms are to small, Space management need to be relooked. We are Indians.Need to be looked from Indian customer perspective, who frequently stay in this hotel .Concept of Wash basin next to bed is really a bad thought. Breakfast need to be with more options.

Very small rooms. No space to put luggage. They didn’t have double beds as reserved. We realized it after walking in the rooms. While struggled with the front desk staff, first they argued my reservation was for one king only for each room. They didn’t believe me till I pulled up the email.
Finally we had to settle on one room with 2 beds and one with a king. No apology or compensation offered for the misdeed.
The breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and new but very small. There were two of us, and we were constantly in each other’s way. If one person is up, the other is up because one light can illuminate the entire room. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. It’s ok if you’re traveling light, with a backpack or carryon, but no room for a larger suitcase.

Hotel's rooms are very small. There is no space at all except for a bag. No cup-board for clothes. No space in bathroom to keep towel or undergarment.
During 4 night stay 3 nights rooms AC was getting shut off no air and we were perspiring. Pillows were getting wet and stinking due to same. One side of bed was sagging and uncomfortable to sleep.
Kitchen they serve dinner based on ready to eat food so it is costly and not of our taste. Breakfast spread was good but not of our liking. I would have appreciated if they had micro to cook oat cereal.
Seems it is good for one night if room is used for single occupancy.
I will not stay again
