The Room we had was very big and the pesonal bathtub was awsome. A little disappointing was that the booking website still showed massages in the Wellness optiones. And when we booked including Wellness, we were expecting massages. Unfortunately no massages were available at all. This should be on the Website and taken from booking options. Also the Rooms and Hotel was very cold. It was not possible to fill the bathtub with hot water (according to personal taste). The private bathtub, big room and Wellness, was the very reason why we have chosen this Hotel. And sadly these were the things that we were not fully happy about. But besides that the Hotel is very nice, clean and kind staff. Also not so far from Prag center and therefor good price.

I enjoyed my stay here staff were very friendly and was a very nice atmosphere. The property is older but that is displayed on the pictures. The buffet break fast had a lot of options and was very good. It also felt very clean through out the hotel.

Leider war am Abend kein Restaurant im Hotel geöffnet.sonst war alles gut.Sehr ausgiebiges Frühstück und grosse Zimmer.Preis Leistung sehr gut. gute Verbindung mit U-Bahn nach Prag.

I booked an available room with Expedia, I payed it, got email confirmation, everything apeared to be ok. After 30 min I called them to ask details about the parking place. I had to try for many times, they didn't answer. When I finally cought a line with the reception, they found my reservation but didn't have the room I payed, \"the hotel is full , try to go somewhere else, not my problem\"... after some hours and more than 90 minutes of music played on the phone by Expedia ( roaming fees), Expedia's relocation team found us another hotel to sleep. Thanks to Expedia that we didn't sleep in the car, but in a nice hotel ( Best Western Amedia).

nice hotel - terrible staff

For the price you're paying here, I think the hotel is very good.

Pros:
location is quiet, big rooms, clean

cons:
terrible staff attitude absolute horrible, asking them anything is like opening a can of worms! this includes, front office, bars, breakfast areas. just don't ask them anything and you'll be fine!

room refrigerators dont really work and you're not suppose to ask
My flight was delayed so I requested 2 hour delayed checkout after 4 day stay but the answer was NO, thats it :)

I don't believe this hotel is safe for families and kids because its like a ghetto area, a lot of people are standing at the door all the time, fighting and joking, god forbid if you say something you're in for a fight as well. There's no hotel security so If wouldnt suggest this hotel if you're bringing your kids for holidays. but if you're alone, just want to stay for the night and leave early mornings. Its not so bad!

half a star might be too much

Not good at all.I booked a room with a King bed and upon check-in there was only twin beds available. Check in was painfully slow with three or more front desk people working to serve one or fewer guests at a time. The hotel is not very close to anything but seems to only serve large groups that don't mind dirty eating areas at breakfast.

Stayed for a conference. Building & furnishing rather ' tired' and typical of E European hotels from former times. Mattress v uncomfortable - unsprung & c 10cm deep. Breakfast poor & akin to university canteen.

From the service to the room, to the location...nothing works, hidden costs....
DO NOT BELIEVE the photos....
We were booked for 3 nights stayed 1 and checked out...
Creepy, dodgy feeling here would NOT recommend to any one, even a back packers would be better....
Worst place I have EVER stayed at in the whole world...

not very pleasent, too dark, and not bright enough, it is not 4 stars quality at all. . breakfast area, hall way, is not clean enough either. No AC. nice garden, right infront of bus stop, no water kettle inside the room, no coffee or tea inside the room. only coffe in the resturant. sutomer service is ok, but just not clean and the hotel has out dated TV. Room is small, bed is small. no internet in the room, extra fee, free wifi in the lobby, but it will cut out every 25 minutes. you have to reboot and wait for a long time.

not a 4-star but a shelter

The hotel was advertised as a 4-star, which was why we chose it despite location inconvenient for tourists. At first sight, when you just enter the main lobby, it strikes with pompous luxury. It turned out that the hotel has several blocks (towers), and ours, with its own reception desk, was not any close to the promise. In late May the weather was rainy and chilly. The heat in the room was off. The room was so cold that we couldn't do anything in the room but to cuddle up under the blankets; requested extra blankets but never got them (stayed for 3 nights!). Taking shower was extremely uncomfortable because of the cold. No bed change. The breakfast was decent but we had to walk from our tower to the main block in the rain. One day both elevators were broken and we had to use stairs to the sixth floor. The bus stop in front of the hotel had no roof. Overall we remember the place as a basic shelter, though private. A partial consolation is the memory of a nice garden outside. Things which were not so important for us but can be of interest for other travellers: there were no TV, phone, and Internet in the room. (There is wi-fi in the lobby of the main building.)

Deceitful advertising as 5 star hotel

I am very angry about this experience. I booked this hotel via Expedia 'secret Hotel' - 5 star Congress & Conference Centre. Swimming pool, gym, Internet access, tv in toons etc etc etc. Map showed it as abutting district one (old city). Took me two hours on public transport from airport . It was in a housing estate//technological park. Was consoling myself with the thought that al least I had luxury accommodation...but no.
Arrived to be told I was in Hotel Garni an annexe about 250 metres outside the main hotel, no connection via undercover - it was pouring when I arrived. No Internet, one mirror only in bathroom, no tea making facilities no Internet access no phone no tv, very shabby. The tiniest towel I have ever had to use on my travels. Breakfast was in main hotel, so if raining needed coats umbrella etc. Loud banging one night woke me at 2 am, no lift in morning because 2 male guests had fought and broken lift, which remained out of action for thr remainder of stay. 6 flights walking up and down each time I wanted to return to room. It was quite deceitful on the hotel's part to advertise this as a luxury hotel and then house guests in this type of accommodation. Expedia should remove it from their list.

unacceptable hotel with poor management

This hotel is poorly managed and is not ethical. Despite having prepaid through hotels.com they insisted that I did not pay for the room and would not let me leave upon check out. i had several other problems while there, including their not letting me check in, them checking me out several days in a row insisting my reservation was over, and several days without wifi (which only works in the lobby, despite them gladly letting you pay for it in your room, knowing they do not have room access).

Clean and convienent

Tis is a very well run hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, the room well appointed and clean. Also rather spacious by European standards. Close to old part of the city, easy walking distance. Very satisfied. Only caution, if driving, street parking is not readily available and hotel parking surcharge is not inexpensive.

Avoid this one

For sure the worst hotel I have ever been in. Rooms are old and smelly. Paint is comming off the walls in the bathroom and ceilings. Location is far from everything. There is no service. This is a one star hotel.

If you are thinking one second to go to this hotel, DON'T!

Nothing in this hotel works. The elevators are broken and never fixed. We were on the 4th floor, that's painful! The stairways lights are broken. At night this is dangerous and scary. But there is no other choice to go down. The room air conditioner is broken.
The cigarette smoke in this hotel is a nightmare. People smoke everywhere. After 2 days , we could not breathe, with smoke coming into our non smoking room. We got zero help from the hotel as far as changing room.
The restaurants food is mediocre, all of them.
In the morning, the breakfast room opens aboutone half hour late and employees block the entrance door about one hour before closing time!
Our mattress had a big blood spot. It had been turned over but could not hide the awful smell. It took a lengthy discussion with front desk to have the mattress replaced by a smaller one.
We wanted to leave before the end of our stay. If our son had not been part of a baseball team staying there we would have left to a better hotel downtown. We had a \"superior suite\". There was no furniture in the living room, except for a desk with a small TV on it which we had to watch though the doorway from the bedroom. The TV had only one channel - a russian version of Headline News.
Employees are not helpful. We noticed that none of them smiled. Nobody cares!

The first room was dirty. Floors have not been vacuumed and there was mold in the bathroom. Elevators were in poor condition. Only two towels in the room (size of hand towels). No wifi reception in our room

The only good thing about the hotel was that the room was big. The furniture needs updating, the mattress on the bed was as hard as a rock. There was no toilet paper, no shower gel, no soap and only two towels. The tv was so small and had a few channels with static. The air conditioner did not work, and we had to open windows. If you are traveling by car, the address was mispelled and almost impossible to find with a GPS.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Man ist aber auch mit dem Prager Stadtverkehr (MHD) gut unterwegs. Man steigt an der Bushaltestelle Městský Archiv /Chodovec direkt vor dem Hotel in die Linie 115 ein und fährt zur Metrostation Chodov und von hier mit der roten Linie C zum Vyšehrad, Múzeum oder Hl nádraží /Hauptbahnhof. Das 24h Stunden Ticket kostet derzeit noch 120 kč und soll ab Januar 2026 150 kč kosten. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Die Stockwerke sind über Treppen und Lifte zu erreichen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Garten mit einem Teich, welcher auch zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel von der Autobahn aus Brno gut erreichbar. Das Hotel besitzt einen Fitnessbereich, Wellnesszentrum und Tennishalle. Das Hotel bietet neben Frühstück auch Halbpension jeweils in Buffetform an. In der Bierstube gibt es neben frisch gezapften Bier auch Essen a la card zu normalen Preisen.

TOP Hotel mit ****Landeskathegorie welche es auch wert ist. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Prag 11 Chodov und ist mit Auto als auch ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle vom Bus (direkt vorm Hotel) ist Městský archiv Chodovec. Wer 10 min Fußweg nicht scheut sollte die Bushaltestelle Chodovec nutzen. Von hier ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Prag. Das Hotel ist ein Kongresshotel mit vielen Konferenzräumen, einem Wellnesszentrum mit Pool(nicht getestet),einer Tennishalle und einem Garten in dem man sitzen und sich entspannen kann. Die Zimmer sind allesamt sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Det är som att gå in i 80-talet på detta hotellet. Slitet och dåligt underhållet med trasiga mattor, lite söndrigt kakel här och där, rost och gräsliga färger. Men stora och rena rum vilket ändå tar upp medelbetyget. Frukostbuffén lämnar en hel del att önska.

Zimmer im Hotel sind in guten Zuständen.
Wir (Gruppe) kommen gegen Mitternacht.
Unsere Reservierung an der Rezeption
haben nach 10 Minuten gefunden.
Hässliche und unkopetennte Verhältnisse zu Hotelsgästen beim Empfang. Blonde Mitarbeiter war sehr nervös (etwas später er hat um Entschuldigung gebeten).
Was geht um Parkplatz - war auch volle unkompetenz. Am Anfang war Parking direkt vom Hotel erlaubt, dann in halbe Stunde sagen an andere Plätze fahren.
Alle andere Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr angenehme, fachkompetente und freundliche.
Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte man die Handtücher wechseln und Zimmer etwas aufräumen. Was hier nicht der Fall war. Fernbedienung vom Fernseher war keiner in der Lage die Batterie zu wechseln. Mußte ich selber machen. Da sind mache 4 Sterne Hotels wesentlich besser.

Leider war das Frühstück eine reinste Katastrophe.. viel zu wenig Auswahl, nichts für Vegetarier/Veganer.. Personal leider ebenso enttäuschend.. die Lage war ok, zwar schon etwas weiter weg von allem (der Stadt etc.) aber direkt vor dem Hotel gab es eine Bushaltestelle. Das Zimmer war schön groß und es wurde jeden Tag das bette gemacht neue Handtücher usw. gebracht. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel aber leider nicht besuchen wollen..

Har varit i Praha många gånger, men första gången vi var på det här hotellet. Litet trevligt hotell som ligger bra till för att passa oss, nära till tunnelbanan och spårvagnar. Jättebra frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Vi återkommer!

Einzigartig ist die Größe dieses Hotels, muss ich nicht immer haben.
Das Zimmer war zwar groß, aber die Matratzen hart, die Toilette sehr niedrig, kein Kaffee/Tee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Im Restaurant keine Bedienung.

Check in k 14.00, Jono oli pitkä, siis 30 min kuluttua he otti meitä vastaan. Yllätyksenä kyllä oli että meidän varausta ei ollut heillä olemassa. Kun teidän työntekijä laitoi oman nimen mun nimin sijan. Siis puolihoito mikä minä tilasin ja maksoin etukäteen hellä ei ollut merkinnyt ja me emme saaneet illallisia. 2 päivän jälkeen en päässyt huoneeseen sen takia kun hellä oli merkitty että meillä vain 2 eikä 3 yötä varattu

Vi reste ner för att se en innebandycup och hotellets läge var alldeles utmärkt för detta ändamål. Vi bodde bra och fick en OK frukost men personalen behöver verkligen gå en kurs i hur man bemöter sina gäster. Det fanns ingen som helst servicekänsla utan man kände mer att man var till besvär.

공산주의 시대 호텔 향수를 느끼고 싶다면...

방은 엄청 넓어요 주변에 아무것도 없지만 바로 앞에 만물상같은 편의점있고 호텔앞에서 버스타면 유럽최대(?)쇼핑몰가요. 엄청커요. 물도 안주고 커피포트도 컵도 없어요. 추워서 욕조에 뜨거운 물채워서 덮였어요. 커튼도 떨어지고.. post communism 노스탤지어를 느낄수 있다고 프론트에서 말해요. 공산주의시대때 호텔이라 생각하니 엄청 호화스런 호텔였을거같아요.

Poměr ceny a kvality ubytování se mi zdá nedostate

Hlavní pozitivum vidím v naprostém klidu...nic mě nerušilo.
Očekával jsem však trochu lepší vybavení pokoje, tento měl i ledničku, TV, fén, toaletu se sprchovým koutem.. vstupní hala je ohromující a krásná...ale ze standartního pokoje jsem byl v rozpacích...staré vybavení a nábytek, špatný signál kabelové televize (asi špatný kabel) , malý polštář - málo pod hlavou, postel typu starých gaučů... ale vzhledem k naprostému klidu na chodbě jsem se vyspal skvěle...

Hieronta oli loistava! Yleiset tilat hienot ja Business huone ihan ok. Palvelu todella tympeää ja töykeää. Ravintoloista auki vain Buffa joka näytti niin kamalalle ettei uskaltanut mennä ja intialainen jonka ruoka oli todella pahaa. Kanasalaatti oli syömäkelvotonta ja täysin eri mitä listassa luki. Leipä ja kastike loppu eikä tosiaan edes pahoittelua vaikka ei pystynyt syömään kun kastike oli korvattu jollain hirveällä öljy mauste hommalla. 300 metrin päässä loistava ravintola columna, kannattaa käydä. Huikea palvelu ja hienot ruuat ja viinipullo noin 30€ kahdelta! Hotellin Kylpylää ei voi sanoa kylpyläksi kun höyrysauna ja poreallas pois käytöstä niinkuin melkein kaikki palvelut muutenkin hotellissa eli kylpylä on yksi uima allas ja yhteis sauna missä keskitasonen lämpö ilman löylyn heitto mahdollisuutta. Hieno kauppakeskus ja metroasema kävelymatkan päässä mistä pääsee helposti keskustaan todella halvalla. 20km päässä myös upea eläintarha mihin liput 8€ aikuiselta. Aamupalalla paljon leivoksia ja makeaa syötävää. Suolaiset jutut eikä leivät ole hyviä mutta kyllä jtn syötävää löysi.

Træt udseende af personale og hotel med potentiale

Der var 2 brugbare restauranter, der begge var blottet for charme. I lobbybaren bar personalet præg af mange arbejdstimer. I receptionen virkede personalet uinspireret, men i wellness afdelingen var personalet venlige. Vores suite havde ligesom hotellet iøvrigt mange faciliteter og alt blev holdt fint rent. Haveanlæg og facader ikke vedligeholdt.

Sovjetbau mit verblassetem Glanz und unfreundlich

Wir sind etwa 20min vor der ofiziellen Xheck-in Zeit um 14h angekommen. Statt einem höflichen 'Willkommen\" oder sonstigen Gruss der Dame an der Rezeptoion, fuhr uns diese in harschem Ton an: \"Check-in starts at 14h\". Um 14 dann der Check-in. Erneut weder Begrüssung oder sonstigen Informationen - und dass bei einem Gast der eine Suite gebucht hatte. Im Schwimmbereich war abends eher eine düstere Stimmung da trotz Betriebs, nur sehr wenige Lampen an waren. Statt offiziell um 22h, hat man die Badegäste bereits um 21:45h aus dem Schwimmbereich verjagt. Leider waren die Teppiche im Zimmer nur mässig sauber, scheinen schon Jahrzehnte dort zu liegen. In den Gängen brannte zumeist kein Licht, daher sehr dunkel und düster. Ein Hotel dass sich mit tollem Service, Ambiente ud höherpreisig brüstet, sollte auch die dementsprechenden Umgangsformen beherrschen. Ich persönlich kann dieses Hotel daher nicht vollumfänglich empfehlen.

400人くらいの会議場だったため２週間近く宿泊した。市の中心部から離れているので、プラハ城や市内観光スポットに行くには40分ほどかかり観光にはちょっとお勧めできない。共産党時代に建てられたような大きなホテルで、団体客が時々朝食時に大賑わいをしていた。レセプションには人が少なく、かなり待たされるのはNG。安めの部屋だったからか、冷蔵庫はあったが湯沸かし、カップ無く、湯沸かし持参で良かった。レストランがいくつもあるが、宿泊中インドレストラン、ビールバー、

Verspätete Anreise, ( Flugausfall) Zimmer wurde weiter vermittelt. Meine Buchung war nicht mehr auffindbar im System. Wir haben nicht diese Unterkunft erhalten, wie wir Sie auf der Seite gebucht haben. Waren müde vom Nachreisen und sauer.

Godt hotel med ringe service

Hotellet i sig selv er lækkert med pæne værelser, men servicen var ikke tilfredsstillende. De løb tør for håndklæder flere gange, de kunne ikke fylde minibaren op, lobbybaren løb tør for flere drikkevarer, bowlingbanen og urte-dampbadet var ude af drift, de har selv flere restauranter men kun én var åben i den tid vi var der (kedelig mad). Alt hvad der gør det 4-stjernet fungerede ikke. Men de var søde i receptionen.

Cela ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles

Spacieux hôtel mais excentré, triste surtout en soirée. Personnel semble peu expérimenté. Activités et équipements de bon niveau. L'hotel aurait besoin d'être un peu + entretenu et rafraîchit..le petit déjeuner est infecte sauf si vous prenez celui qui coûte 14 €..

Ein schönes Hotel , dass einige sportliche Aktivitäten anbietet. Es liegt etwas außerhalb , ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebunden.

Large. Needs a facelift. Mostly bad service.

Not all of the staff, a couple were really nice, but the majority was amazingly uncaring and even rude.
EXCEPTION was the professional massage.
Restaurants were sometimes closed when they should have been open.
Indian restaurant was acceptable but the big one was mediocre.
Go för a superior room for okay standard.
A bit shabby rooms but clean and well cleaned which was a big plus.
If the staff had been serviceminded it would have been an okay place but not more.
