Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door.

Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren.

Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing.

Not as good as it looks

The photos of the hotel were a bit misleading. This property is in need of renovations. Our room had a few things that needed repairs when we arrived. The staff was quick to get the job done - everyone was very friendly and professional. The views around the property are beautiful.

Party going on in next door room all night.
Tried to be patient but at 3.30am I rang reception.
I checked that they understood exactly the noise problem.
They ignored my complaint, so nearly half an hour later before 4 am I myself went in the garden outside my window to abuse these partying guests.
As an older person, I should not have had to do this.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL therefore

Hill top views with clean air.,

Wonderful position being outside the city noise and pollution. Lovely clean hilltop air, car essential though.
Rooms and bathrooms have been renovated but still could do with modernisation.
Staff were friendly and we arrived late at 2am with no problem or delay.
Breakfast was good but coffee not from dispensers wouid be welcome.
We did not use the pool.

Terrific Value for Peace and Quiet

This is a great 2.5-3 star hotel from a room perspective (slightly rundown furniture that is more college dorm than fancy hotel), with a 3-4 star lobby and a solid 4 star breakfast. Given this, it is a terrific value and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept great, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and took in some amazing views of Israel’s coastline. We did not have a chance to use the pool or the athletic equipment, but if you like that sort of thing, this is really a terrific hotel!

Aside from two mornings when fire alarms woke us at 6:30 and 7:00AM, both mistakes, we experienced no housekeeping service our first day. The bathmat, with obvious mold growing on it took three days to replace. I actually carried it down to reception to show it to them! The larger blanket which covered the”king” bed arrangement had a torn and too small duvet. The hotel, at over $200 per night was definitely disappointing. The food was plentiful and generally tasty.

Pool outside 300 mts far from the Hotel

I was disappointed because the pool wasn't in the hotel. It is a covered Pool , with heated water , in a Country Club near by 300 mts that receive people from the zone, and also free people from the Hotel . The Gymn is also in the Country Club, and must pay 50 shekel the entrance

Lovely staff and room was upgraded to a garden room. Room was great - comfortable and quiet, and well appointed. Unfortunately, current renos of the grounds includes the path to the pool adjoining the hotel. The path is along the road, so be prepared to have footwear to get there. Lovely 25 metre lap pool! For some reason the children's pool was empty...

Good potential they have to upgrade the experience

The hotel doesn’t have a sweeming pool it’s belong to a country it’s 250 m out side the hotel most of it closed for sweeping lessons for the country,you have to carry towels from your room and then to ask them to bring new ones to the room.
They don’t use the great location to nice places to seat and enjoy the view of the area.

Nice area and reasonably convenient to the airport. Heating / Air conditioning system can only be set to \"Heat\" or \"Cool\" and whole building is bound to that. Building was set to \"Heat\", our room was hot, and there was nothing that could be done.
Also, supposedly the hotel had relationships with 2 cab companies to airport, but when we needed a cab to the airport, we couldn't get one.

Peacefull option how to visit Jeruzalem

The hotel is in the outskirts, but the Jeruzalem’s public bus station is just infront of the hotel. Nearest attraction for a family is a war (Tank) museum. Realy interesting. The pool Is used as a local public pool. Although the premises are very outdated, it is compensated by very kind and intelligent staff. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. This is good option to stay in relaxibg neighborhood with easy reach of Jerusalem.

Some things about the hotel were fantastic: children friendly, constantly cleaning under the high chairs in the dining room
Some things were so/so: mainly the price and the food was good but not great
Some things need to be changed: to get to the play area, you must walk outside- not ideal for a rainy weekend. Additionally the \"queen sized\" beds must have been made for dolls. They were not quite large enough for 2 adults
Also, you have to walk to get to the pool. Again, not ideal for a rainy weekend and 2 kids. Note as well that the pool requires you to wear a bathing cap and you must bring your own towels from your room.

החדרים מתוחזקים בצורה בינונית ולא מאוד נקיים. המיטה הזוגית קטנה ולא מרווחת מספיק לזוג. הצוות לא שירותי ולא יוצא מגדרו לעזור ולעתים חסר סבלנות. נקודות חוזקה הם הפעילויות לילדים שהן רבות ומגוונות יותר מרוב המלונות. האוכל באמצע שבוע טוב מאוד ולא יקר, בשבת יותר מחצי תפריט לא מוצע ומה שמגיע מוגש בצורה לקויה.

The crew is not eager to help and service, the rooms are maintained poorly and the bed is not big enough for a couple. Strengths are: variety if activities for kids more than other hotels and good affordable food during the week. During the week-end, half of the menu is not available and the items that are, were prepared and served poorly.

We stayed here the night after our daughter's wedding at the function centre next door. It was very comfortable for what we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. 2 major complaints - breakfast finished at 9am, which is ridiculously early for a hotel breakfast, where almost all other hotels we have stayed at have breakfast till 10.30.
We thought we would forego breakfast, as it was too early for us given that we arrived back from the wedding at 2am, even though it was included in our room rate. We ended up going for breakfast at 8am in the end as we were awoken by a loud, raucous synagogue service at 7am right across from our room, which went on for an hour. So that was the end of our sleep. Why this takes place among guest rooms instead of on the ground floor I can't fathom.

Our friends who also stayed overnight were awoken by loud construction at 7am. I understand the hotel needs to renovate, but they really should be warning guests in advance!

Other than those issues (which really impacted on our short stay) I would recommend this hotel as it wa very pleasant and comfortable with an amazing breakfast, but would just warn people to ask for a quiet room.

We had a wedding to go to in the area we just didn't want to drive home afterward so we checked in to the hotel for the bed and breakfast and added a swim in the outdoor pool also!

Continuous building works, which I was not notified of before hand. The noise was excruciating. Other guests

First day was a disaster (room key didn't work, safe didn't open, room had not been cleaned, shower curtain did not stop water from spraying the bathroom floor). The manager was extremely apologetic and gave us a free (sumptuous) dinner for four people.
Besides that, the hotel has lots of stuff for kids and is suited for adults wishing a very scenic and relaxing vacation. The hotel's upkeep is not the best (e.g. torn shower curtain, frayed mats at poolside), but is passable. Everything else is very good to excellent.

Reception desk not working properl.

I was disappointed with the condition and the unprofessional work of the reception staff. First, I never received a receipt at checkout; the receptionist who checked me out when I left in the morning told me I had received a receipt when I paid at the time of arrival and she could not give me a receipt because I was already marked by the reservation system as having checked out. In fact, during my checking in I did not get a receipt because the reception clerk thought I might want to have dinner which would have to be included in my receipt.

The second problem I encountered was a leaking toilet tank, which continuously refilled the tank. This was not only noisy, but wasted water (a scarce resource in Israel.) I reported it to the attendant at the reception desk in the evening; he thanked me for reporting it, but I could see that he was not writing the information. In the morning, when I checked out I wanted to verify that the information I provided the night before was recorded, it was not.

I stayed at the hotel for one night only and these two incidences showed clearly that the reception staff does not properly follow the hotel procedures.

Beautiful place to stay, quiet area

The staff and service at this hotel was amazing. They were very fast to answer questions or bring us more towels :) We loved the Buffett dinner with so many choices. The breakfast was also excellent with great food. The people working there are all so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Easy excess to the hotel. The staff at the chek in, were very nice.
Breakfast was very good.
The pool was abut disappointing, as it took 5 min to get to the pool, with no easy acces to hotel.
Overall- I would go back- pleasant surprise:)

Good hotel on a budget

I'm a regular guest at the C-Hotel Neve Ilan, because of its convenient location for my frequent business travel, the reasonable prices and the beautiful outdoor spaces. Rooms are modest but comfortable and included breakfast is excellent. Free access to swimming pool and fitness room -- nice amenities for a moderate size boutique hotel. While there is nothing much in the immediate area, it's very well located near the main Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway, and a few minutes from the charming Arab village of Abu Ghosh.

It was as expected. The biggest drawback is that we wanted a snack in the evening after having had a full meal at noon. But there was nowheres we could find to get one. We finally drove to Mevasseret to the mall.

Entre Jerusalém e Tel Aviv.
Dentro de um Kibutz encantador com toda infraestrutura, inclusive com um dos melhores supermercados que já vi em Israel.
Atendimento fantástico, desde a recepção, através de Lua, que nos permitiu entrar antes do horário previsto.
Quarto super espaçoso, assim como banheiro e a vista incrível das montanhas da Judeia.
Bem pertinho do local onde ficou a arca da aliança.
Vale a pena, principalmente se precisar descansar para depois pegar um voo de volta!
