Amazing place to stay in Israel
Shaul
Stayed for one night on a business trip.
The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization.

Clean room, excellent staff, parking. Often unavaklable die to parties which requires one to find sfreet parking which is often unavailable and required one to start paying after 8. A.m. very annoying. Have 3 hours and for got to renew so I Received a 100 nil ticket.
Samuel
No parking available when arrived @11pm after a full day of work.

The renovated room was great, but the unrenovated room was like being in a different hotel. I don't recommend staying in those rooms.

Still the old classic Ramada vibe.

Lovely hotel with good prices
Outside of the one parking guard who thinks that guests are subkecy yo her whims, the rest of the staff were excellent as were the facilities; however, I was surprised that there were no separate swimming hours for men and women and so I could not avail myself of the pool. Hope to go back

Parking attendant conduct reflects poorly. Nice h
Except for the shift parking/security attendant, Nicole, who was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic unhelpful and a lier, as she refused us entry into the parking lot. She said that there were no spaces and would not allow me to check. I directly me to park outside in the public parking area reequiring me to either try again in the morning or pay for parking at $3/h starting at 8 a.m. I went to check and found Seven spaces free! She again refused ro accept that and again àqqlied stating that the lot was full. I even showed her the pictures of the vacant spots!
The front desk got the head of security to check with me. As we approached the gate he saw that the FIRST space was free. She then allowed someone to use it stating that I, the guest, was rude, and continued to refused me entry
Fortunately, her shift ended and the head of security reluctenly allowed me to enter....I proceeded to park. A waste of over an hour in chully weathwr causing a neeedless argument with my wife who was worried since I faile to return to the room for such an extended period of time. I asked the front desk for compensation..nothing. They were pleasant but stated that parking wasnunder control of security. OTHERWISE, ITthe hotel is lovely with excellent daily rates....for now $183/ night Cad. Though this experience was very unpleasant, I will not let it deter me from staying at there again.

Toughly enjoyed this trip
We had a wonderful Time at this hotel. It was clean. We had a fantastic breakfast every day. It was easy to get the buses and t=light rail. The main bus station was very close.

I can't sleep comfortably anywhere outside my house. It just doesn't go, no matter how much money I pay for the hotel, and my back complains for weeks afterwards. But not here! I slept well and my back is not screaming at me for it! And the price was more than affordable. Thank you!
dana
הצוות מקסים. המלון מתיישן. אין בחדר מכונת אספרסו או 2 בקבוקי מים קטנים כמו בכל מלון שמכבד את עצמו
Wendy
Quality of breakfast decreased from previous stays. They used to have someone making eggs and served pancakes. They serve waffles now without syrup. The coffee was mostly water with a dark tint. Everything was good but i will have to go somewhere else next time because I enjoy big breakfasts.
chaim
Bed are all double even if you ask for Single.

I had to pay for taxes, and was very upset about that - your website at the time of booking said very clearly that all taxes have been paid, even for israeli citizens.

We stayed for one night and we found it very clean. And the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and everything was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed my stay there.

It was a very nice place to stay but the extra charge for having two small children in the room was very high.

Not for business user
The staff in the hotel ignore you unless you speak Hebrew.
There is no room service despite their website advertising that there is. There is no mini bar with water or snacks (despite having a mini bar it is not stocked).
The restaurant / bar staff just stand around talking to one another and you have to approach / wave at them, they take 15+ minutes to make a coffee. Don't think I saw one staff member smiling, say hello, goodbye or have a nice day. The rooms are old and need a refresh, there are stains on the walls, cupboards. The cleaning only covers the major areas and corners are caked in dust. The swimming pool is old, mouldy, the changing rooms are gross. The lockers are with padlocks that the staff DO NOT tell you about (or provide) and there are maintenance men that walk around the women's changing rooms unannounced (no signs or warnings).
Needless to say that when I return to Jerusalem I will not stay at this hotel 0/10 Do not recommend!

family stay
Facilities are horrible, very run down and the sinks and bath are half clogged. The crib was not in good condition and they didnt even have a sheet for the crib they just used a regular sheet and wrapped it underneath. Very unsafe for small babies. The service is good but it doesn't make up for the lack of facilities

Skip this place if you are not ultra Kosher
We stayed at this Ramada for 3 nights while sightseeing. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are an Orthodox Jew. We arrived on Friday just before Sabbath and learned that the hotel restaurants would be closed and there would be no room service until 9 p.m. on Saturday. We were able to get our Friday meal at a buffet that the hotel offered to visiting tour groups, but had to pay 50 USD a person for a meal that was not worth more than $20.00 Also, the sink in our bathroom didn't drain properly and we had to call twice for someone to look at it. A nice young man tried to fix it, but told me that he was an electrician not a plumber and it still didn't work. I solved the problem by pulling the stopper out completely. Since we didn't want to spend $50 dollars on Saturday night, we wanted to order from room service after Sabbath ended. However, by 9:45 we got tired of waiting so I ordered pizza from a Muslim restaurant across town. While we were sitting in the lobby lounge area having the pizza, a staff member told us that we weren't welcome there since some of the other guests might be offended if the pizza wasn't Kosher (around 10:30 at night). I assured him there were no meat toppings, but apparently the issue was whether the cheese was Kosher or not. On Sunday I was riding up the elevator up to the ninth floor when the elevator suddenly dropped 2 floors and began shaking violently. It then started going up extremely erratically before stopping - terrifying!

The parking availability is extremely short. There are a few hotels on the same property so the shortage is real. Staff showed me where to park, and not knowing, it was an illegal spot and I got a ticket...

The most wonderful stay ever. Hotel is in perfect location; walking distance to central bus station and 20 minutes to Emek Refaim and kotel. Gym and pool were the best part. Clean hotel, lovely staff who could not do enough for me. Amazing breakfast and excellent restaurant with very reasonable pricing. I will come again. Perfect in every way
