I was really disappointed every thing in the hotel is old and warned out, the beds, the towels, the pillows the sheets.
The shower was not working right.
And the attitude at the reception was not very helpful as well.
Over all is too high for what you get.

The location is good. It is possible to walk to malls and restaurants . However, the room wasn't that clean. There were hairs on the sheets , towels, and floors. We had a ocean view room, but the windows were locked, felt more like a prison that a Hilton hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and room ceiling. The staff in reception were attentive but when asked for a tax invoice they denied to provide it. The place is not worth for the price.

The location of the hotel is perfect, its near downtown Veracruz and has many bars and restaurants surrounding it. Its also near to various beaches and attractions. Its clean but could improve the facilities in the bedrooms.

La habitación tiene muy poca iluminación lo que hace difícil trabajar o incluso como mujer maquillarse.

Falta mantenimiento a los baños, en Veracruz hace mucho calor y en la regadera únicamente salía agua caliente, incluso teniendo la llave en la posición de fría, los muebles se ven desgastados.

Loved that we had access to the beach. The pool needs a little cleaning. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so it took like 45min for it to get cleaned. Felt like they were in a rush and left some dirty soap and used water bottles behind. So that made me feel like it wasn't disinfected properly. We had ocean view room but the windows are pretty dirty as well. But overall we still give it a 5 🌟.

Front desk don’t know their own policies. I was informed that my wife was able to get a key of the room before I arrived to the hotel ( since my flight was delayed and she arrived before I did) with a copy of my ID but when she arrived they told her no
They were painting the building and they splashed my car with paint.
Shower enclosure leaks water all over the room
Internet at room doesn’t work so I wasn’t able to use TV (Netflix, utube, etc). When I reported it they didn’t care
I found a few roaches in the bathroom
Ignacio (don’t know his role at the hotel) has no education whatsoever interrupts conversations and has very poor customer service skills
I can keep going but I don’t think it’s going to make a difference.
I stayed at your hotel twice a year (I visit from US) but it’s time for me to start looking for a new place to stay next time I’ll visit Boca del Rio
Kudos to the bellboys. They are the only ones with great customer service skills!

Breakfast buffet was great. Angel and Minerva are excellent employees. Beach is not easily accessible but the hotel does have a nice area with grass to kick back and watch the gulf waves. The hotel ran out of hot water one night.

I liked my staying at the hotel. The staff were super kind and attentive. Room service was amazing. Though, I consider the gym area should be improved. There was no AC and the machines were not working. I paid for a sea view, and I was not able to open the window nor see, due to the window was dirty.

Extremely clean and roomy. AC turns off when you’re not in room, but is quick to cool down. Pool area isn’t all that great, but their staff (especially Brianda), was extremely attentive. Food/ drinks are pricy, not a good good selection.

I liked the service and it was clean and overall i'd gladly stay there again. However, the only negative things were the loud hammering that wouldn't let us sleep from a construction site in front of us and another thing is that the parking is a steep and tight space. Other than that I recommend :)

There were good things and bad things. Usually in the Hiltons that I have stayed in the last 10 years, there are more good things than bad things, but in this case it was 50 - 50. The worst one was the air conditioning system. Instead of the regular AC system that you can control through an AC control panel, it was an old mini split system that uses a remote control (like the ones of the TVs) and it made a lot of noise. I was not able to sleep very well. The other bad thing was the room service since on the last service that was made they left the door open, and anyone could have entered the room. I reported that to the front desk lady. Obviously there were good things such as the beach view, the dinner was really good and the hotel facility is nice. I'm a HHonors member, and I have stayed in several hotels from the Hilton´s group (California, New Jersey, Chihuahua state and Tahiti for my honeymoon) and this is the worst Hilton so far. I think for next time if I travel to Veracruz again I will try Hampton or DoubleTree. Thanks

The hotel was okay. The most friendly staff one could ask for though. The room was dated. The safe in the closet was missing looked like it was ripped off the wall. The shower was not very user friendly constantly had to adjust temperature. The pool area is very nice. All in all I would give three and a half out of five stars. Rooms could use a little attention.

We were assigned to a room with a broken bathroom door and tv. They move us to a new room but it took a while the room transition, my family was exhausted and everything took place around 11 pm.
The cleaning ladies didn’t use mask face when cleaning the rooms, this is major over side from the hotel management that puts people at risk with Covid.

1er PUNTO MALO. Pides y PAGAS una habitación con VISTA AL MAR, y te dan la SORPRESA que las ventanas están selladas con tornillos, LITERALMENTE se supone que pides una habitación para relajarte, escuchar el mar y sentir el ambiente de la PLAYA (mientras duermes) pero te obligan a poner el aire acondicionado y el ruido tapa el sonido del mar, yo fui para recuperarme de una enfermedad y tuve que mantener el aire prendido dañando la garganta de todos porque no puedes disfrutar nada de lo que ofrece la naturaleza, (si apagas el aire, la habitación se vuelve un infierno porque no circula el aire por ningún lado) NO AL SONIDO RELAJANTE DE LAS OLAS, NO AL CALOR DE LA PLAYA, deberian de ponerlo en la descripción HABITACIÓN TIPO OXXO así deberían de anunciarlo.

2do PUNTO MALO. Solicite dos habitaciones de cama doble VISTA AL MAR para un total de 8 personas (mi familia) se supone que nos iban a dar habitaciones juntas y conectadas, me dieron las dos habitaciones pero en pisos distintos.

3er PUNTO MALO Registras a toda tu familia y en la habitación solo te ponen 2 TOALLAS para que haces el registro si al final te ponen lo que quieren!? deberian de poner 4 TOALLAS en habitaciones de 4 personas

4 PUNTO MALO, no tienen espacio suficiente en el estacionamiento tuve que pagar un estacionamiento aparte porque el personal te dice que es tu problema por llegar tarde (no sabía que ponen toque de queda) deberian de poner estacionamiento según disponibilidad, o algo así.

La alberca bien, no hay tina de hidromasaje. El cuarto con varias áreas de oportunidad: presión del agua y temperatura inestable, no había refrigerador, no ponen jabón y klennex todos los días, las persianas sucias, falta iluminación artificial (focos).

La ropa de cama y toallas estan percudidas. El colchón esta viejo y desajustado. Los vidrios estan en miy malas vondiciones o sea que la vista al mar es pésimas huele a hunedad, la puerta del baño tenía tota la manija. El agua de la regadera se sale hasta la habitación.

La habitación en muy buen estado y limpia, mi sugerencia seria dar mantenimiento a la instalacion del aire acondicionado porque se veia desprendido y se metia calor de afuera y el ruido era muy fuerte, supongo que por el viento exterior del frente frio, pero si seria bueno que fuese menos ruidoso, de ahi en fuera genial, o bueno tambien que haya toallas disponibles en la alberca porque por la tarde no hania

Dar mantenimiento a las habitaciones, hay puertas que no cierran, una regadera yo la tuve que ajustar, las mezcladoras de agua en la regadera no se podía ajustar correctamente, lavamanos tapados, habitaciones con polvo en muebles y debajo de las camas, televisiones sin funcionar, se rentaron varios cuartos por lo que las fallas son en general
