Parking is terrible if you have a sports car. This is not for you. The ramps on the two floors are extreme causing undercarriage scraping.

Room was clean and super comfortable. Beds were huge and the view was fantastic. The location couldn't be better. We parked in the hotel garage and walked everywhere. It was kind of odd having to walk through the parking garage to get to the pool, but once you get out there it's great. Breakfast was laughable. Extremely limited and nowhere to sit. I found myself wishing that we would have brought a box of cereal from home. But the coffee was hot and the cookies in the evening were delicious. Overall, a nice place to stay, but don't be surprised when you're hungry an hour after breakfast.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, it sits right on Nye Beach, which is a beautiful walkable beach. Howeve, the hotel looks nice in the pics but our room (Double King Oceanfront) was run down and not clean. The balcony glass barrier was so dirty you could not see through it, the carpet was ripped up, and there was a blood stain on the comforter. The staff were always friendly, which was a plus.

The beds were so high, it was difficult to get on them. They were also very soft and pretty uncomfortable. In the description, it said it included “breakfast” which normally means a full breakfast to me. In actuality, it was just a continental breakfast. This is deceptive to me.

When I checked in to my suite I was told because there were 5 of us, 3 young kids with me and my wife that I would have to book another room. They had a 4 person limit. My room had two king beds and a couch. I was told there was no other option so I was forced to book another room or find a different hotel after my 9 hr drive. I ended up booking the additional room which went unused. They didn’t or couldn’t enforce their rule but yet I had to pay over $400 for a room to go empty. There was plenty of room for my family in one room. This staff has a complete lack of common sense. Additionally the rooms were not nice, I couldn’t wait to leave.

The staff were friendly and we were checked in fairly quick. They did have an issue with one of the elevators, but it was fixed the day we got there. We were bummed we weren’t able to use the fire pit area because we brought our dog. It was one reason I booked there, as I didn’t see anything on here about that area being off limits to people with pets and it was not mentioned when I called to confirm room availability for bringing our dog. It wasn’t until I read the flyer we received at checkin that we saw anything about that restriction. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is located right above the beach , is clean, fairly quiet, and has very helpful, friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty standard continental faire. But a reasonable selection to get your days started. There is not really a dining area but that's what we used our balcony for. Why eat inside when you can relax overlooking the beach and ocean! There is always water bottles and coffee available and they do an evening chowder and cookie offering every night which was actually better than a couple restaurants we ate at! My only opportunity for improvement would be direct beach access versus having to walk couple properties up to get it. NOT a big deal! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff and team, you guys ROCK!

The view of the beach from the room is excellent. The breakfast was very poor. The shower was very good. The room was clean and it was quiet. They need to repaint the parking area roof as the paint kept chipping off onto our car.

Everything was great! Absolutely loved our stay. They had delicious smoked salmon chowder that was served at 5pm every evening in the lobby which saved us some money on dinner. It was SO good. Would 100% stay here again and again. The only complaint would be accessibility for beach access. The walk is quite a walk and pretty steep but luckily Nye beach is near by which is probably the most accessible beach in newport

Room was gorgeous - fully renovated, wonderfully comfortable king beds. Used the fireplace but not the outside amenities due to chilly weather. Staff was responsive to our requests. Parking garage rather than a parking lot is a plus. The only possible area for improvement (if space allows) is a step up from grab and go breakfast. BTW - evening chowder and cookies were a very nice treat. Overall, I'd most definitely stay there again.

Only issue is the bed, They need to be lowered some. It seemed like they were taller than when we were last there but we didn’t have a renovated room last time. We stayed at the Elizabeth Street Inn, right on the beach for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The room was amazing. The bed is so comfortable and we could see the ocean from the balcony and hear the sounds of the ocean all night long. Very friendly staff.

The NOT so good … The beds are insanely high … like … bring a step stool- high. I am 5’3 and I used the ottoman to help me get into bed comfortably. No joke. I literally do not understand why a bed would need to be that tall. Not only that, but the giant, heavy platform that the bed sits on is so big and heavy, it obviously can’t be moved to clean around it and the filth and nastiness between the head of the bed and the wall … DISGUSTING to say the least. So awful.

Probably only impacted my room or a few others but saddest oceanfront view ever from the balcony. Spoke to staff about it and apparently would be prohibitively expensive and dangerous to remove. So maybe it’s just part of the charm for a few rooms.

We loved the balcony which was right next to the beach and ocean - no roads or buildings to ruin the view. Shower was amazing with good pressure. Room was very clean. Electric firepits outside with chairs were very nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. They served a smoked salmon chowder soup at 5 pm that was free and cookies at 7 pm. Delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the entry down into the parking garage was a little steep and our sedan scraped on the pavement.

Beautiful view from our 4th floor Oceanside room. Fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves through the screen door. Hot tub was a welcome respite after a long day, and grateful the hotel was next door to a few restaurants for an evening stroll. It was nice, but you have to go outside and through garage to get to the hot tub and pool. Also, the property is experiencing erosion and it was a little disconcerting to look up at it from the beach and see a corner of the garage have a sharp drop off.

Great hotel, we love to stay at the beach and this property was right there, ocean view room, so quiet, our room even had a fireplace. We definitely enjoyed our time there. Not to mention small sandy area behind with fire pits as well. Overall we would love to comeback

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach view was good. The air conditioning didn't work but thankfully it wasn't that hot outside. We did alert the hotel staff about it and they changed the batteries in the thermostat but that didn't fix the issue. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was grab and go style. Not many choices. Walk to the beach access was about 5 minutes away via walking. Nice hotel overall.

Staff was superior. We made a last minute adjustment and booked here last minute. The staff was so accommodating and we felt welcomed immediately. The room was beautiful and view was spectacular. Will stay here every time we pass through.

The room was awesome with 2 spacious king size beds and a balcony that looked over the expansive beach and ocean. Comfy robes were provided that kept us warm while enjoying wine on the balcony in late March. The staff were very friendly and informative of local spots to check out and tide pool locations for our kids. I would definitely stay here again!

The view was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Overall a great stay. My only gripes are small ones that can be easily overlooked, the breakfast was lackluster, the trashcans are weirdly small given that i rented a king suite for a couple of nights, there wasnt any sugar or sweetener for the coffee in the room, there was no place to hang the hand towels after washing your hands so it was just awkwardly on the counter the whole time, and the TV loved to act up whenever we tried chrome-casting to it. Again, super small gripes that are easily overlooked.
The hot tub was nice, the fact that it was a stones toss away from the beach was amazing, and the feng shui of the lobby and king suite was homey, cozy, and appealing.
Overall a great experience! Would reccomend, especially if you like an ocean view.
