Clean and Convenient no frills beach motel with awesome view of the ocean.

Clean rooms, everything we used was in good working order (shower, tv, elevator) We had linoleum floors in the hotel room which is a must near the beach, no sandy carpets.

Check in process was fast and easy. Spacious parking. TV had great channel options.

Traveling through on a busy summer weekend and needed a clean comfortable bed. Met our needs and would stay again.

This is an ok place to stay. But the cheapness came through in the fact that we stayed 2 nights and had only 1 bathtowel each for both nites, and they were threadbare. There was only 1 tiny bar of soap to wash your hands. The size of a quarter. Only 1 wastebasket for the entire room. Microwave was discolored with age.
The bathtub shower had those attached to the wall dispensers which had Dial soap. Yuk. I chose this hotel because it had a tub I could use for soaks but it did not have a stopper to keep water in!?
I would not stay here again, on the top floor with a beautiful view of the ocean marred by 2 huge cables. This place was overpriced for what we got.

Our room was clean. The property needs a little TLC, but it wasn’t bad. The breakfast was good, but I would recommend starting it a little earlier. There were a ton of people in a little area all at 8 am. Parking was great, they have an huge overflow lot. Overall it was a good stay.

Pool area needed more attention. Towels were not restocked not swept nightly and the jets in the hot tub did not work but the water was clean / warm and nice addition if you want a pool. Had a bathroom and shower in the pool area and that was nice.

The access to the beach is a block and a half walk so keep that in mind but overall I was happy with our stay and the continental breakfast was nice.

Great Hotel. The rooms were nice, the ocean views were spectacular. There was a free breakfast from 8 am - 10 am and it was very good. The breakfast included: Waffles, Bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, milk, juices, bread, yogurt, and string cheese. In addition, the indoor pool, dry sauna, and hot tub were very nice and sheltered from the elements. I would recommend this hotel to others for sure. I had a family of 8 people in two rooms. Great staff as well, super nice and very responsive.

This property is run down and dirty. The room had a stale, old smell. The bathroom had hair stuck to the walls, drip marks running down the doors, missing bolt on the main door lock, uncomfortable old spring beds and dirty floors. The elevator was gross! Spilled booze all over. I do not recommend! Worst hotel we have stayed at.

Jaeden, at the front desk, was very professional and extremely helpful. This hotel is older and two of the three-story buildings do not have elevators. Only the last building has an elevator, so be aware if stair climbing is difficult for you. Jaeden offered to carry our overnight luggage to the 3rd floor. This was most helpful. Also be aware there is no beach access at the hotel. It's a very short drive to get to public parking and beach access. The ocean view was very nice. The only thing that would have made it nicer is to have an outdoor area to enjoy the view.

Stayed here for 2 days with family an unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was not in good condition and barely met the basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. What was even more concerning was the exterior of the property—there was a dead bird on the stairway that remained there during our stay, along with a large amount of bird droppings covering the stairs. It was unhygienic, unpleasant, and made the property feel poorly maintained.

I really felt the place was a dump. It's very poorly maintained. Difficult to get a hold of someone here because no one is at the desk. Not very clean either. I was sadly disappointed. The Pics do nothing for what your about to see when you arrive. Really ruined our entire trip. Management was difficult to deal with as well. I felt ripped off!

The room we stayed in the floors were warped by water. It just looked not so great. The room there were two beds and 1 bed was terrible and squeaked and the other bed was good. The poop was amazing the hot tub the jets didn’t work. The breakfast was good. It was also pretty quiet while there.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and we felt safe. The breakfast was good, just not many places to sit to eat. Had to climb 3 flights of steps as there is no elevator. Got an ocean view room, but there were electrical wires going across the window. Nice shops and decent restaurant at the beach just down the road from the hotel.

The pool is an outside building from the complex, which made the off-season visit not reasonable because of the cold rain trying to get there. Breakfast was okay but pretty minimal. Had an amazing stay matter of fact we booked an extra night. Room was clean and quite, beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was absolutely the best, she was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard waffles, coffee, yogurt, juice etc. But it was always stocked up and the staff kept it clean. Didn't use the air conditioner but the heater worked great. Only downside was the bubbles in the hot tub didn't work and being on the third floor hauling all your stuff up and down stairs kinda sacked. But regardless of that I will most definitely being staying again

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our ocean view and slept so peacefully listening to the ocean beneath our window. The breakfast was fun with their delicious waffles and other breakfast items. We also enjoyed the guests, who were very considerate of others. It was a quick walk to major areas of interest--galleries, restaurants, and Nye Beach. I will undoubtedly book there again in the future.

The staff, especially Emily and Carrie, were so kind and helpful. They really added to the positive experience.
The hotel is older but the rooms don't smell old! The walls are thick so you can't hear what's going on next door! Their prices are fair and they don't gouge you!

4 stars because when we asked for additional pillows, were told they dont keep any due to prior people stealing them. So you get three tiny pillows which kinda sucks. Bed was super comfy, room was clean. Unfortunately people who stay here dispatcher cigarettes all over the property (just more work for the staff to clean up). Right near the beach and shops.

Rooms were comfortable, ample parking and great location - about a block from the beach. Simple take-away breakfast (bagel, waffle, yogurt). Pool was open; we didn't use it but saw lots of families walking to it. It also had a dedicated lawn area for the dogs with poo bag dispenser. What made this place stand out was the staff - extremely friendly, helpful, kind. Thanks for a great stay.

We rented two rooms during Mother's Day weekend. Both rooms smelled like smokers. My mom is allergic so we complained but they didn't have any open rooms. The staff ran ozone which helped a little but the smell was still very strong. We ended up renting another room at a different hotel for the second night.

The staff were great! For a lower budget motel we had a pretty decent stay. Was a quiet place to sleep before heading out at 6am. Can’t say anything about breakfast because we left before it starts at 8am. The pool was nice but my family kept slipping on the hot tub steps so watch out for that, it’s very slippery!

Great ocean view from the 2nd floor room and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious with self made waffles with the two waffle makers! I also got yogurt, bagel, string cheese, fruit and juice but there's also cereal & coffee + hot cocoa. In a separate building, there's a good sized swimming and a hot tub but unfortunately during my stay, the hot tub jets weren't working. Other than that, it's a great value and staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommended and I'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. My biggest disappointment was that I paid for an ocean view room, and really feel that what we were given was a partial view room, due to the next property over blocking the view. The breakfast offerings were good, but not well stocked, despite everything being in the kitchen just waiting to be put out. Even after the desk person returned they showed no interest in wanting to be sure breakfast items were put out. Overall we would likely stay again, but only if the price was right.
