Beach-front hotel offers a variety of different rooms. We had a two-level room this time, and previously had gotten a single level room. We know now that we need to specify a single level room in the future. The parking lot can be very tight to navigate, and you must hand-carry or tote your luggage in a large garden cart to your room. The rooms are very nice and homey, with a view of the ocean and easy access to tidepools if you don't mind wading through a small stream.

The property management was excellent--communicative, friendly and fast. The 2BR/2BA property we stayed in had ants, a dirty carpet (mostly in the dining room) and a really loud buzz from the fridge that would go off about once every half hour (maybe an ice maker? Not sure). However, it was spacious, all the beds and couch were very comfy/clean, the view was amazing from every room and it felt homey.

Me and my brother stayed for a night as we wanted to visit the coast. Stay was ‘ok’. Couple things need attention by the hosts for sure-
1. The king size bed we used was poor quality. Not comfortable, wear and tear has deteriorated the cushion, it sinks in as you lay down.
2. Would be helpful if host can provide liquid hand soap and body wash.
These 2 matter especially for the price they charge.

Our room was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom. Gave us a much better view of the ocean. Was a little further walk from the parking lot, but they were happy to provide assistance with what we brought since even walking a little further and up about 6 steps is s little challenging. The space was very nice and clean. Would've been great for a stay longer than 2 nights because of full kitchen. We probably would've used it more than we did. The biggest downside was that it had a tub/shower without hand rails. We'd chosen the room we reserved because it had a walk-in shower, and also because it didn't have stairs to get in. Regardless, we'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Penthouse and it was awesome, no complaints. Just be aware there are 49 stairs to climb to get there, so be prepared. The penthouse and view were incredible and so were the staff.

There were bad stains on the carpet going up the stairs. The drawers in the kitchen hit the refrigerator when opening. There were stains on the inside shower curtain, and the living room drapes. We have stayed there 4 times and this is the first time we have experienced so many stains.

Check in was quick and easy. The condo was super clean, housekeeping does a nice job. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Bathroom had extra towels. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The view was lovely. Chairs were provided on the covered deck. It was very quiet other than occasional sounds from the guests below. Beach access is adjacent to the property. Be advised, walking through up to 12 inches of water is necessary to get down to the beach because of the creek runoff directly in front of the propery. So, either roll up your pant legs and get your feet wet or bring tall boots. We will stay here again.

This place is amazing. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. My 4 kids, wife and I had plenty of room. Beautiful bathrooms with huge tubs and big showers. Had a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, plates and pretty much everything you need to cook with and eat with at the huge dining table. The couch is massive with a view you will love. Also it is a very short walk to the beach like 2 minutes and your at the Beach. I definitely would recommend

Great, great location! Ocean view and very walkable. Close drive to Nye Beach. Our views out on the balconies were absolutely amazing! Don’t think there’s no unit that would not have the great views. Loved our unit- easy to get to, and a lot of space. The little cons- the unit smelled stuffy when we first walked in- need sliding glass doors to be opened up to air out the unit. Otherwise very clean, comfortable. Need cookie sheet in kitchen- such a very basic must! And
spend a fee extra dollars on paper towels and toilet paper… sooo thin! Kitchen was tiny but workable for one person. The outside property was well cared for. So happy they are dog friendly and fee is not so expensive like some places. We would stay here again!

First off the staff are second to none. They go out of there way t9 accomodate you and are really friendly. This includes the cleaning staff. The rooms are just amazing. Why pay for a hotel bill when they provide basically a condo. Not our first stay. It was my fiances birthday while we were there. I called ahead and was abke to get chocolates, roses, and wine staged in our room. The views of the oceans sunsets from our room really just put the cherry on top. In fact its been 2 months and i still have a sunset picture as my screen saver. Cant say eniygh good things about our stay. Im not usually one to write reviews unless something really made an impression one way or the other. 10 out of 10.

If you have kids, this is the only place you need to worry about. Fully equipped kitchen, dining, even boots and games in the closet! We felt literally at home. I will suggest if you have kids to ask for a ground floor unit. We were on the bottom floor with our kids and the people above us had a stampede going on all night. Not the property's fault, I didn't call and complain. I will never book another place after staying here. Staff was also so fantastic and the place was spotless. Zero complaints.
