Very surly staff. No porter and no lift. Rooms tiny with no real window. Separate seating area is a two seater bench in an alcove. Why do hotels tell lies. No parking and area had no parking. All in all a bad choice of mid priced hotels. Save your money and go somewhere decent

money over compassion

I did not stay here. A few days before my trip a close relative passed away in tragic Circumstances
I immediately called Hotels.com to try and cancel or even partially refund my stay. The hotel manager was cold hearted and did not try and consider my request. I feel that they prefer greed and money over any human compassion and therefore should not enjoy your money. It is a shame that this is what they preferred. I was willing to pay a cancellation fee. Aside from dealing with a loss of a loved one I had to deal with the financial losses.

Reasonable stay for the price.

Stayed here for a reasonable price during the lantern festival when hotel prices around the area were sky high. The hotel is a 2 minutes short walk from the main road into an alley but you will feel safe enough. Maintenance of the room needs to be better because it feels run down although it seems to be renovated not long ago. Or perhaps renovation budget got cut midway. Staff were friendly, and when we forgot our deposit and left for Chiang Rai, they went out of their way to contact our Chiang Rai hotel and made an arrangement with them to return my deposit.

Great hotel. No lifts and noone helps to take your luggage up which is difficult (we were on 4th floor). Room is lovely, spacious and very clean! Free bottled water is a plus! Front desk had only 1 person that could understand you and most dont seem like they have knowledge of where to go etc. So better off having that done yourself. Close to night markets and overall shops - close to Mcdonalds which is great for early morning breakfasts before a tour. Overall great location even if at first it seems like its down an alley it is fine. Overall happy with the hotel just better if you could have more help from front desk

It's like a hostel

Location - near to Tha Phae Gate and sunday market, walking distance 10min.
We stay 3 nights, room 306 & 307. Toilet smelly, toilet's mirror paint peel off, terrible sound prove especially from corridor.
Not many choice of restaurant nearby the hotel.
The staff always forgotten to close the door for staircase. it's dangerous when you accidentally fall down from there.

Overall hotel was fine and staff was really friendly. The hotel was not a 4.1 star in my opinion. A/C is crap and leaked all over our clothes. The WiFi was not great and the beds are really uncomfortable even by Thai standards. The location was the best part of the stay as you are right in old town. Check out the coffee shop down the road it’s great

Stayed here for Songkran 2017 and it was perfect! 3 minutes walk to Thapae Gate and so close to all of the action. Rooms were modern and elegant, price was fantastic and service was excellent as well. I will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for Our Purposes

We stayed for three nights although we spent one of those nights at the Elephant Nature Park about an hour north of Chiang Mai. One should probably be aware there is no lift in this hotel but my wife and I are both plenty fit and it was only four floors. The staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel. I imagine I will stay there again.

The hotel is very good for the price you pay. Is located in a hidden road but very near the center. The staff is very nice and always willing to help us. The room was clean, the bed was a little bit hard but ok. The shutters are not very good since it enters too much light in the room from 7 a.m. The bathroom was good but sometimes a little but smelly from the pipes. The wifi is good. Overall good experience and value for money

really nice hotel tucked away between night bazaar and old town walls. Staff friendly and helpful. But take earplugs as the walls are paper thin and an eye mask as the curtains are very light. No complaints otherwise though! xx

The hotel is centrally located next to Tapas Gate yet is in a very quiet alley so there isn't any noise from outside gr hotel. The staff at the reception are always friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and clean. There is basically everything you need inside the room. The spacious lobby is a great place to relax. The only area that can be improved:doors and bathroom \"windows\" (actually openings).They are not all all soundproof. The cleaning staff usually start moving their equipment around and discussing their work pretty loudly between 8:00-9:00 am. and it could be disturbing if the guests are still sleeping.

Great hotel for a good price

Hotel is great location just outside of the city walls and walkable distance to night bizzare. Really warm welcome when we arrived and allowed to check in early. Staff took the time to go through Chiang Mai map and point out good places to go. Staff continued to be excellent and friendly throughout stay. Room was lovely with comfy bed. For the price we payed we were very happy and would stay again if we got the chance to go back to Chiang Mai.

Lovely little boutique budget hotel

Great budget hotel perfectly situated in Chiang Mai. The hotel staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you. The room was always immaculately cleaned. The room lacked a few facilities that would have made it better, namely kettle, cups & saucers, iron & ironing board. The bed was also very hard, at the point of being uncomfortable (and we like a very firm mattress). However, there was nothing that would put me off recommending this hotel, if you want a centrally located, budget, boutique style hotel. Very good value!

We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel, and I am glad we didn't as there were great places just inside the wall of the old city, a five minute stroll away. Our favourite being The Coffee Lounge, that offered great breakfast options.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. I didn't really like the fact that this hotel required a 1000 THB deposit payable only in cash. However, since I was going to be in Thailand 4 more days after check out, it wasn't that big of a deal. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel, quiet neighborhood. One caveat...

This is a tough one... The hotel is beautiful, clean, and inviting. It's in a neighborhood that's close to everything, but off a major road so you won't hear any traffic . My room was decently sized, spacious, and comfortable. Most of the rooms are face building next door so there is no real view. I had a few issues during my stay. First, i got put into a room that was separated by the adjacent room with a locked door in between. Not cool because you will hear everything going on in the next room and vice versa. Also, beginning in the evening, until well after midnight, you will hear an incessant buzzing that sounds like an electric alarm. I complained and was told that it is the frogs in the neighborhood. Whatever the cause, it is very annoying and impossible to avoid. The last complaint had to do with an extra night i had booked. When i realized how loud the external noise is, i tried to get them to cancel the extra night and they refused. it was only after i made a big stink and threatened to block the charges that they decided to be fair about it. They wound up doing the right thing, but not for the right reason. That said, when i left, the manager gave me a nice little gift to make up for the bad night i had and the hassle i had to deal with to get the next night cancelled. At the end of the day, avoid this place if you're sensitive to noise. If you're not, I think you'll be happy here (just make sure you get a room without a door in between).

Great little find

Fantastic little hotel with everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Chiang mai. Perfectly located within easy walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - recommending places to eat and even writing the names down in Thai to make it easy for drivers to find. Room was spotless, water and other free drinks replenished daily and the air conditioner was very effective. The walls are a little thin and some guests were loud walking the stairs and hallway but it didn't impact on our sleep. Great value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice room with a great location

Nice hotel and room with great location in the center of Chiang Mai. Enjoyed walking around the city and had easy access to walking from this location. Very clean and well maintained property. Also, there is computer access in the lobby downstairs as well and that is very convenient for checking your on-line accounts.

My only criticism is that the bathroom in our room is right off the hallway outside of the room, so there is really no privacy when you are in the bathroom. We found ourselves whispering while we were in the shower together.

Great Location and Service. Totally Recommend

Centrally located and a great price for what they offer. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a nice glass of tea while we waited. The rooms are great, very clean and modern.

No shower on the bathroom door and nowhere to put your bathroom supplies while bathing. However, the bathrooms are quite nice despite those little things.

What I cannot say enough about this hotel is their service. The staff was so amazing and friendly. The best of our trip.

The only other thing is this hotel does not have an elevator!!!!! So, you have to walk up some stairs. Just a little bit of an annoyance, but, everything else is amazing! I would totally come back here again and stay my entire time in chiang mai in this hotel.

We love this hotel a lot!!!! It is a new and modern hotel. Very clean n the service is gd!!! Great location! SuperRich for exchange is just a few mins walk. Main street n travel agents r also within 10 mins walk! Since it is 1 street behind the main street so it is pretty quiet. Just in the morning u might hear birds sing which is a plus for us. Night market also walkable distance for around 10-15 mins. Another dry food market also walkable distance but suggest go by taxi as need walk 20 mins. Breakfast change every day n there is 4 set choices (but if u wake up late, might be no choice), yet the breakfast is nice.

1 not very gd thing is there is no lift in this hotel. Therefore pls expect u might need to carry ur luggage up to your room. But the reception is nice and help my mum carry to luggage!

This hotel is very value for money!!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you don't mind climbing stairs, as there are no elevators. The hotel has 4 floors, so as long as you don't mind climbing then it's a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and nice along with the common areas. Internet is ok, no problems connecting.

조식은 뷔페식이 아니고 한가지 메뉴를 선택하고 나면 토스트와 과일 그리고 커피와 음료를 가져다 주시는데 맛있게 먹었습니다
떠나기 전날 밤 투숙해서 체크아웃 후에 공항으로 이동하느라 위치가 좀 애매하다 느껴지긴 했는데 타패게이트 중심으로 보자면 나쁘지 않습니다 오히려 다른 지역들에 비해 밤에 조용한게 상대적으로 좋았네요

Visitamos el hotel en el mes de setiembre. Está ubicado a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y en una locación muy práctica cerca de todo aún caminando. La calle donde está es muy tranquila, silenciosa y no hay ningún problema en andar caminando a altas horas de la noche. El personal es muy atento. En nuestro último día nos alistaron el desayuno 15 minutos antes de la hora en que abren el restaurante para que nos diera tiempo de llegar al aeropuerto. Excelente el desayuno. Es un hotel moderno, muy limpio y cómodo. Buen internet, camas y sábanas cómodas. Te ponen 2 botellas de agua todos los días y todo lo que está en la mini refri es gratis. Mis únicas quejas son: 1. Que por más que les escribimos por la página de ellos o por Facebook unos meses antes de viaje no nos respondieron, tuvimos que hacer una llamada internacional para que nos aclararan unas dudas. 2. Las paredes son muy delgadas se escuchan los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

立地は良いけど裏路地で女性は怖いかも…

ターペー門から歩いて数分なので、立地は悪くないかと思います。部屋も広いし清潔かと思います。
ただ…裏路地にあり、夜歩くには怖く感じる点、エレベーターがないので最上階の４階の時などは最悪、ドアや壁が薄いのか廊下での物音や周りの騒音がかなり聞こえる、また日本人的にバスタブがないのは残念ですが、もっと辛いのはシャワーが固定で動かないので洗いづらい、その様なマイナス点からもう泊まることはないなぁと思いました。
アメニティで歯ブラシがないのも残念でした。
従業員の方は英語も上手だし、対応もとてもいい方ばかりでそこは良かったと思います。

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße, aber dafür ganz Nahe an der Altstadt und am Night Markt.
Das Hotel war sauber und klimatisierten und das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Ich würde immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

酒店整體不錯

酒店內乾淨整齊，床夠大，但唯廁所有陣渠水臭陣及酒店位置離城門較遠，酒店樓下沒有便利店及食市！如想有較靜既環境，是適合地方！

Hotel legal, localização boa perto de lojas, restaurantes, massagem, bares, mc donalds, night bazar, etc etc. Nosso único porém foi a cama que não era das mais confortáveis. Mas voltaria e me hospedar de novo.

這次是第三次入住，一到櫃台就認出來蠻開心的。無論是櫃台人員,房務人員都能親切微笑。晚上進出大門需要感應房卡，覺得安全可靠。此飯店沒有電梯，要考量大買特買可能不適合。

居心地のよいホテル

昨年も泊まり好印象だったので、今回も宿泊しました。大きいホテルにはない、こじんまり感がとても居心地良かったです。
ターペー門から徒歩圏、ナイトバザールや市場は若干遠いかと。

附近同等条件的酒店价格在150到200之间，所以这家店价格偏高，房间比较小，淋浴间不能干湿分离。其他方面都还不错。

Location is good

Hotel staff was very kind and they are really helpful. the location of hotel is near Tapha gate from 3 or 5min walking . Breakfast is also good.But there is no elevator.
