Breakfast should start earlier maybe like 6 AM. My appointments had me leaving the hotel at 6:30 so I couldn’t access the included breakfast. The days I was able to have breakfast it was excellent but the other days they gave me a bag breakfast that was awful.

Just spent three fantastic nights at the voco Venice Mestre. The room was great—very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A major bonus was the food; both the breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of choices. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice

Good hotel near the airport.

modern business hotel. Small rooms but comfortable. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. We used the hotel for 1 night so that we could arrive on time at Venice Marco Polo Airport in time for our flight back to the US. We arrived early and were able to take a taxi into Venice (Piazza Roma) and have dinner and return to the hotel. It5 was much more convenient for our purposes than staying in Venice itself.

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the last three years. We love the location. It is quiet, has plenty of onsite parking and just a short walk to the mall and train station. If you are planning to visit Venice then the best way in is the train. For just 1 Euro 50 you can hope on the train and three short stops later you are in the middle of all the action of Venice.
The hotel room was beautiful. As well the hotel has a great restaurant and bar area. Manuel the bartender was awesome.
There is no doubt in our mind that we would stay in this hotel when we return to Venice.

Venice perfection

Beautiful hotel located within walking distance to bus to take you to Venice. Staff was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Bought bus tickets at front desk. Room were spacious and extremely clean, included everything you need. Huge showers. Breakfast was really good and had something for everyone.

Oasis of calm near Venice

This is the third time I've stayed at Voco and each time I have had a smooth, restful and overall excellent experience. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very quiet, even when you have a room next to the elevators.

Very nice, modern hotel in Mestre, close to Venice Airport, which is why we stayed there. Other than the older, head clerk at the front desk, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Andrea and Stefani in the bar/restaurant.

Problem - no Hotel pickup service from large Mestre train station with un-helpful signage. We exited the wrong side of the station and, with all luggage, went looking for a taxi and ended up on the street in front of the 2-star Hotel Columbo, in an area with boarded up buildings. It was frightening. A call to the Quid front desk for an immediate pickup was met with \"we don't call taxis for pickup at other places.\" Instead, we were told told to go into the Hotel Columbo and ask the clerk there to call us a taxi. It was getting dark, so we did that. Thankfully, the clerk there was a nice man and he recognized our plight and called us a taxi and we safely got out of there. No thanks to the older Quid front desk guy. To compound the problem, when we got to the Quid, he told us the restaurant was closed for a function, and directed us to a 10-minute walk to another restaurant. That walk led us into a desolate nearby, unlit area near the Quid so we just went back to the Quid Bar and had, of all things, cheeseburgers, which were very good.

This property is so beautiful and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If this is your first time in Venice, please keep in mind that this property is not close to the island. Although transportation is easy and cheap, I would have rather spent that 30ish minutes to Venice in Venice. If you want to stay in a new property and don't mind the commute, this is a great option for the price because when we were looking, all the newer properties in Venice were very expensive. We enjoyed our stay, nothing against the property just letting people know that it's not close if you're just coming here to visit the Islands in Venice.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during our 1 and a half month long Europe trip. The reception lady called Beatrice is rude and unhelpful. I asked her to get the room cleaned at 1pm on our second day of stay and she rolled her eyes to me. Unbelievable, Super rude and unprofessional!!!

The bed is and blankets are comfortable. The desk is a bit too close to the bed and there is exprès space beyond the bed towards the windows. I’d prefer more space coming into the room. The closet space is open but I didn’t like those colors. The bathroom is ok but the toilet area smelled like the subway. It didn’t seem clean.

Service and rooms need updating

This hotel is basic, but has the potential to be a good hotel. However the rooms are a little dated, with the bathroom smelling mouldy and a considerable amount of visible mould in the shower. The service was also not great, withy is calling for room service at 7:30pm when the restaurant opened, after waiting over 1 hour, still no dinner! After enquiring, we find they have no record of our order!!! They did rush to get the order to us and did waive the 10 euro room service charge but the food was sadly not worth waiting for, very bland!

Amazing staff! It was so nice to stay in large, modern rooms. We asked for one room for four and they gave us two connecting rooms, we were so comfortable! The room for four was more expensive than a single room for two, but not double the price. It was great value for what we paid! Breakfast was great and the lobby has a foosball machine my teenager girls loved. We would totally come back here again!

Great Hotel and the location is perfect to catch the ferry to Venice. More afordable to stay in Mestre then take the ferry boat to the island. The only problem I had was the AC was very slow and didn't work well. I was on the 9th floor and they regulate the AC. The manager was kind enough to discount my dinner from the night before for the incovenience.

During our trip around several cities of northern Italy, this hotel was by far our favorite. We wished we had booked longer! Their pricing was amazing and quality was outstanding. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The high end dining was extremely affordable, convenient and one of the best meals of our trip. The bar was excellent, providing light snacks with our drinks. We used the game area to play pool while enjoying drinks. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and sleek. Everything was up to date. All staff members were friendly, helpful and seemed genuine! I have this property saved if we ever retuen to Venice!
