Pool area was very nice but needs more attention as it collects a lot of debris from surrounding vegetation. Room was comfortable and spacious except for bathroom...very small and textured walls collect a lot of dust. Also, housekeeping comes very late in the day.

Very outdated and small room, no amenities, if I had the option to check out immediately I would have but everything was sold out for a local convention. When you walk in there’s a sign that says it’s not a Ramada it’s just using the Ramada license so it’s kind of like a scam to get you to book with them but using a higher end name. Will never stay here again.

We recently stayed in Orlando and the hotel was a big disappointment. This is a tired property that needs some upgrading. The room showed signs of chipped paint, rusted pipes showing under the toilet and what may me discolored caulking that looked like mold in the shower. We learned that you have to lean in to the elevator door when it gets stuck in order to make it close.
When we arrived and the two times we interacted with the front desk staff they did not greet us or even make eye contact.
We came back to the room after a day away to find that our room had not been visited by room service at all ... no bed service, no emptying trash cans and no towels. When we went down to the desk to request towels, we were told that if we want the room cleaned/fresh towels we need to “ask for them”.

Ramada is a known brand that we expected better of.

Our bathroom was very dirty. We requested another room, which they gave us, and the bathroom was better, but the sofa had a nasty stain. We didn’t thought it was a reason to move again because it was just a one night stay, but the person I talked to in reception didn’t care or apologize, just handed me a new set of room keys.
The blinds in the room are paper thin so it was really bright in the room at 6AM. Breakfast was free and it showed. Powder eggs, awful bacon although to give them some credit coffee was fine and there were some bananas, yogurt and cereal.
The buttons in the elevator and wall were dirty, and so was the hallway carpet.
With so many options in Orlando I will not stay here again

The upholstery on the chairs/couches in the lobby were appalling.
They claim they offer luggage storage, however they weren’t able to store anyone’s. The meeting room they use for storage was occupied for the day.

The room itself was OK. Somewhat run down, shower rod was crooked with 2 of the 4 attachment screws missing, There was a fire in the electrical room on the night we stayed. Not a false alarm, an actual fire with Orlando fire fighters on the scene. Some people evacuated outside, some to the lobby, some just stayed in their rooms. I went outside initially then back to the lobby when the firefighters arrived. This all happened around 1:30 AM. We were staying at the hotel so we could be at the airport around 7AM. So we did not get a good night's rest. With all of this happening the hotel should have provided some sort of compensation, at least a discount. They did not, and have not responded to my message. I may send a letter to see if I get a response. In any case, I DO NOT recommend this hotel!

We were looking for a convenient place to stay for an early flight that had a shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large, had comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, breakfast bar, couch, TV - it would have been a great place to stay for a few days. Although the hotel is older, they've done a good job maintaining and modernizing it. And I loved that the rooms did not have carpets. Although the hot breakfast did not start until 6:00 (and we were leaving on the 5:30 shuttle, they still had breakfast items like yogurt, pastries, etc available. The shuttle was a quick 10-15 minutes to the airport.
I definitely would stay there again - it exceeded my expectations and was a very reasonable price (I believe around $200 CAD per night)

I understand the room rate was affordable, but it is the last time I make that trade here.

The facilites are not in good shape. The carpet in the hallway has a strong bacterial smell, guests were rushing to get in the elevator to avoid it.

The room was dated - floors and surfaces (other than bathroom and sink) are not clean.

You can tell the are doing the bare minimum to get by.

First, the rooms were awfully dated. The lighting was this pale white light like a horror movie. Room service took over 90 minutes. Then, after midnight, the fire alarm blasted on 3 separate occasions, shocking us out of our beds. Nobody was particularly helpful in explaining it was a nothing burger. In the morning, the elevators didn't work. Good luck with your luggage. Unbelievable.

One notch above my normal Ramada experience. Their shuttle got us to the hotel from the airport, and the room was nice and big. All for a reasonable price. It's on the Cruise Corp list of hotels they service. They picked us up at 9:15, and we were at our cruise terminal in Port Canaveral one hour later.

Check in was quick (the rush happened right after we checked in) but lady wasn’t friendly and had a thick accent and hard to understand. She never asked about the airport shuttle so I brought it up and scheduled our time. The Fri er was on time and got us to the airport quickly (granted it was 6:15 am). I was surprised that the hotel receptionist didn’t ask if this amenity was needed. Room was fine. Bed was comfy enough. Found 2 long hairs on bathroom floor but no big deal. Very loud hotel with airplanes flying overheard. The sound proofing in this hotel isn’t very good. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store & even a liquor store.
