I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and while the staff were courteous and tried to be helpful, the overall experience was far below what you would expect from a property advertised as 3-star.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom showerhead had visible mold, which is a basic cleanliness issue that should never be overlooked. It raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and overall maintenance.

The handling of late checkout was equally disappointing. I was initially told it wouldn’t be a problem, but the next day I was informed I would be charged $15 per hour. This inconsistency is unprofessional and misleading. More importantly, charging by the hour gives the impression of an hourly-rate motel, which is not what guests expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level.

Between the poor maintenance and inconsistent policies, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again.

Great location with many good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle service was very good. The manager, Elizabeth was amazing, she went above and beyond to assist us. Only disappointment was the pool that was very small with one table and only a couple chairs. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future before our cruise again.

Convenience was optimal (airport shuttle included, breakfast buffet included, walkable to restaurants and shops), but the hotel itself was passable. I wouldn’t stay there if the airport wasn’t my #1 priority. Rooms were big and everything was clean, but rooms, halls, lobby need a bit of a refresh. Pool was sad, freezing, an afterthought.

Breakfast was very inadequate, milk was out, asked for more and they said ok but didn’t bring any. No water in the lobby as a welcome.
Called for a shuttle from airport, they didn’t write it down and forgot us. Called again, waited a total of 1 1/2 hours then the driver was rude.
Front desk couldn’t understand or speak English.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Many other places near here that must be better.

Breakfast was fresh. Only complaint I have is children crying and running up and down the hall but that is a parent problem, not a hotel problem. It eventually settled and I slept well. Nice walking distance to a few restaurants so I was able to get dinner after a long flight. I felt safe walking in the \"dark\" because it was well lit area and had a nice late dinner.

The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location near the airport. There are lots of places close to the hotel to eat and shop at. This hotel does not have much of a gym, only a few cardio machines and no weights. The breakfast area ran out of food 45 min before they were supposed to stop serving breakfast. There is very limited parking in the front of the hotel.

We only stayed in one room and it was a Handicapped room. There was plenty of room for a push wheelchair with a roll in shower. The bathroom needed work. The mounting bracket for the shower sprayer did not hold the sprayer. The drain did not drain well so water filled the entire bathroom floor and I almost slipped. The wall toilet paper holder kept coming out of the wall every time you needed toilet paper. We asked for it to be fixed and the drain was draining by the time we got back to the room later that day. The rooms were clean, the staff was sparse but very accommodating when asking for anything. The breakfast was more than just continental and tasted very good.

Overall I was pleased with the location, condition, services, staff, and pricing at the hotel.

It was conveniently located to the airport and offered free shuttle service back and forth. There were also a number of descent places to eat and shop during the short stay there.

I would suggest that the hotel carry a few over the counter conveniences, such as pain medications, antacids, etc for its guests since there was no local pharmacies within walking distance.

Surfaces were fine but the bathroom tiles and floor look like they have only been damp mopped in a very long time. Air conditioner smelled musty but it was cool outside so I could turn it off and the smell got better. It worked well for me.

BUT the first floor room they assigned us ( 120 ), developed an “outside exhaust” smell that came in through the heating and cooling system.

This started around 10pm and went on and off into the morning.

It was too late to change rooms as we had to leave for the airport at 3:30am

Investigating in the morning, I discovered that outside our room window was some sort of propane burner and the exhaust port was in an area too close to our room window and the heating and cooling system.

This should be corrected.

When we arrived, the lady was not there, she came out of the back room on her phone, and finished her text before saying hi.
Carpet in room was a Petri dish. Disgusting. Wore shoes the entire time.
Bugs all around the microwave. Bugs in the bathroom.
We told reception on check out - and her response was “do you have pictures” - which we did not, we had already checked out.
Underneath the microwave - absolutely disgusting.
Definitely needs upgrading.
