Awesome Staff. Breakfast was great. The shuttle was amazing. Loved the bed. My only critique is that the room really needs a deep clean. Surfaces were fine but the bathroom tiles and floor look like they have only been damp mopped in a very long time. Air conditioner smelled musty but it was cool outside so I could turn it off and the smell got better. It worked well for me.

I was doubled charged for room. I prepaid Expedia, hotel charged me before I got there. I complained and they said I was correct, and removed the charge. When I checked my credit card the pending charge was paid. By my bank. Scam hotel

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Location is great with many things to walk to nearby. I'll also be coming back in June. The hotel could benefit from some painting and modernizing. Would recommend. Only reason I took a star away was for the modernization.

Was there less than 12 hours, shuttle pick up from airport took a long time and phone call to say we were waiting was a little over the top. We were at curb location A21 when we called, to say we were waiting on shuttle but had to call back when we were at location A4....which took all of 1 min to walk to. When calling back was on hold for 3 minutes to tell them we were at A4...just stupid.

The fact we were able to have an early check in time was so appreciated due to an early arrival flight. Loved having shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast was very nice…lots of items available! There wasn’t a restaurant as I had seen that there was one however we walked about a block and there is a couple restaurants! Would stay again

The facility was clean, but tired. Breakfast was typical continental. The only thing of note is the shuttle from the airport to hotel took close to an hour to arrive at the airport after contacting the hotel. It was a long wait with two young children.

We arrived early in our hotel. It is not ready yet as all rooms are full, they let us store our luggage in the hotel so we can start our day exploring. Room is clean, staffs are friendly

Staff were courteous and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is in need of maintenance, repair, and updates. The wallpaper is cracked. The room furniture is old and at the end of its life. The bathroom, while clean, is dated and uninspired. It is not the worst but I’m glad I only had a single night.

The room needs renovation, lacking tech and smells OLD, the carpet needs to be replaced and the drapes, I was stuffy the entire time I was there, the moment I checked out and came to another hotel, I've been good. I highly suggest better breakfast as well, eggs were too watery on two occasions and the coffee not the best. For such a prime location this hotel definitely needs to be improved in all aspects of its operation.

Room and breakfast were great. Check in process was easy. Only issue is the shuttle only runs till 1am. If you have a very late check in or the flight is delayed you have to get an Uber. Had I known the shuttle only ran for a certain amount of time I would have used another hotel. The flight I was on didn't get in until 12:35 and was delayed after that. Since it was scheduled for 12:35 I would have maybe stayed at another hotel that had better shuttle hours.

Dont be fooled by the nice lobby.Lukewarm water, dirty carpet, hard bed, noisy ac unit, hard stinky towels, peeling wall paper, no shelf in the shower, had to put everything on the floor. charged me for someone else's room when i was checking in. told the receptionist that i already paid when did the booking, but still charged me. Turned out to be for someone else's room. Also, the room key didn't work. went to reception and back to room on 4th floor 5 times. ultimately went out for dinner with heavy backpack since room wasn't accessible. they resolved the issue but i lost couple of resting hours in evening.
