Room was fine, we chose this hotel for the ratings and airport shuttle. The shuttle, when it arrived (we did call upon arrival) was picking up guests who had alread been waiting 30 to 45 mins. We were told to wait for the next shittle, as long as 45 min, so we took a cab at our own expense to the hotel, a 10 min drive. $25 for the cab, not a friendly greeting and the free breakfast was mediocre at best. Room was fine. Budget an addictional $25 to your room stay to cover a trip from the airport and now you know.

Everything was wrong with this stay. The hotel is very old, with only a superficial cosmetic renovation that does not hide its poor condition. It is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The breakfast was very poor quality and not worth the price at all. The rooms are very small, dirty, and poorly maintained. Overall, the stay was terrible and far below expectations.

If you're stranded by Spirit in Orlando, this is a fine place to waste away for days until they can get you home.

No frills, but the airport shuttle and free breakfast were nice amenities.

The office chair at the desk was a little on the small side (rounded in the back) but otherwise just fine.

No complaints at all. Clean, fairly fresh remodel, reasonably priced.

I thought because it was a newer hotel it would be nice. I was wrong. The room seemed fine. What we didnt like was the guy sitting outside at night for hours asking people for money and smoking. Also didnt care for the marijuana smell in the hotel. I read reviews saying the breakfast was good but it must of been different than mine. I had a poor experience here.

I was given a key that didn’t work, when first checking in. I went up all the way to the 5th floor and then had to come back down which I wasn’t happy about

Also, I requested a one bedroom room, and instead got a room with two single beds. I called and asked about that and the person said that since I checked in late, my original room was given to someone else. That is not appropriate at all. There should be no deadline for checking in

Do not recommend if you are a female solo traveler. Someone was trying to break into my room all night. Literally had to sleep with the chair next to the door. Once I notified management she said “ok so you want to do an early checkout” and I did. There was no surprise factor that this could happen. At check in the staff said my room number so loud and there were multiple people just sitting around in the lobby. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!! Went to the Hilton and had the best stay for the remaining of my trip.

On 1 of the coldest days in Orlando, FL…. The heat was not working in our assigned room. After 90 minutes of maintenance in our room…we were moved to another room. If we hadn’t needed the heat…everything would have been fine.
