Close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. Checkin desk staffs are friendly. Lobby looks great. The room shows little aged but remain clean. Overall a nice stay.

Shower was leaking from the hose itself in the tire bathroom went to the desk to ask to get it fixed as we were going to leave that morning for a cruise and nobody came after half an hour so we just left very disappointed.

Very comfortable, scenic pool, bar, restaurant, free parking for guests (and their day visitors). I've stayed at this Holiday Inn, for the convenience of the shuttle, about four times. Happy every time.

Airport shuttle was unreliabel and that was an important part of choosing this hotel and location. Had to evacuate the hotel for an hour in the middle of the night to smoke alarms and told it was because someone was smoking when and where they should not have. made for a very short night.

Floors were stinky and sticky .. you cannot walk in your bare foot . We stayed at the floor and floor were wooden . The doors were not closeing properly and you need a strong man to lift and push to the side to get the door closed . Forget that a kid can open or close the door . Middle of the night 1 am the fire alarm went off and kicked all of us out to the cold . I waited for sometime and left for airport and got ready there for my travel . I tried to reach hotel 3 to 4 times to let them know that I checked out and no luck
, no one there pick the call or called me back for my VM . I will never recommend this place for any one, especially families with kids

The shuttle is hopelessly under-provisioned. From the airport three went by full before I got an Uber. On check in, I was told that the shuttle is first come first served and that there would be at least three times as many passengers as space available. I was told that it was not a core service of the hotel.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the shuttle. It was a 100% failure.

Also the room was very musty and the carpet was damp. Unpleasant.

The humidity in this room was disgusting. The room smelled like an old wet basement, mildew smell. Everything in the room felt moist, even the bed me and my child slept in. The shuttle is impossible to get in touch with and was in Spanish later in the day. Could not find the shuttle point and had to ride to the hotel with Hilton shuttle, thank goodness for that man. I would never stay here again

Property was welcoming unfortunately even with requesting early check in had to wait until almost 3 for my room. On my 3rd night of being there as I was getting ready for bed a cockroach the size of a mouse was running on the bed frame and wall. Who knows how long it had been in my room when I notified front desk they ask if I was from Florida but it’s normal. Not the way to handle the situation and offered to give me a second room. Second room wasn’t the type of room I paid for my regular room was a king bed but ended up in a double twin bed. Not pleased with how it turned out

Property was just OK but a good choice for being near the airport. My issue is with Expedia. I booked and pre-paid for the hotel for three nights as we were stuck in Orlando due to the snowstorm in NJ. Turns out we got an earlier flight home and did not have to stay the third night. I called Expedia and, after checking, they said \"there was nothing they could do about it.\" Why? We only stayed two nights. Really poor policy and customer service.

Yasmine (I'm assuming she's the Front Desk Manager/MOD) was very hospitable. She assisted us with our luggage storage before check in, gave us food recommendations near by, and was an overall superstar! Rooms were clean, location was close by the airport with a complimentary shuttle. I would definitely come back!

Room was terrible the compressor for the air conditioning is outside the room we were given. We were unaware ofthis as we checked in and went out. We got back and went to go to sleep and every two minutes the compressor went off we had zero sleep. The toilet every ti e you flushed would not stop running you had to shake the handle and flush again before it would stop running. The staff did not seem overly concerned and just said they would pass it to management Would never recommend this hotel

Only good thing about the stay was the customer service at the front desk. Although in my opinion that is the most important part of a stay, finding a wrench on my bathroom countertop when I walked in was a red flag. Then while using the restroom, I noticed black hair strands on the hand towels.

Clearly there is an issue with housekeeping and upkeep.

We appreciated being able to check in very early and enjoyed the 2 small bottles of water in our room. We were outside at 4:45 am for their shuttle and there were 12 people ahead of us already. It is for those showing up first. We had to take an Uber for $25 to the airport which was disappointing since the 5 am shuttle was full.

Staff was amazing very kind and helpful the maintenance guy even spent 30 min trying to repair the outdoor fire pit for us to enjoy. The rooms were outdated not very clean some damaged drywall hallways as well. The lobby is very nice as well.

Got stranded at the airport and needed a room quick. The positive is that I was able to book a room and they had a complimentary shuttle service.

But, this property is really run down and is in need of a major refresh. Hallways are bangd up, carpet is dirty, etc. Rooms are meh at best.

If I had to do it again, this would not be the property that I would select.

We asked our room be serviced repeatedly with a no show all day. I got stuck in the elevator . Jasmine was wonderful !!! Air contioner / heater was tempermental. Maintenance and cleaning staff did not speak a word of english?? Building was VERY dated and not kept up. No towels at pool. Bed was comfortable ( only plus ) Richard the shuttle plus driver was not reliable and made multiple excuse after telling many ppl waiting very confusing solutions on getting us to the hotel. ( 15/20 minutes turned to an hour and a half wait and he became very rude and defensive with clients waiting ) will not be returning.

The pool was fabulously warm compared to other pools experienced in FL and on our cruise. Room was super nice! We slep great and had to leave super early. We didnt get to have breakfast as the hrs are limited for an airport hotel but the shuttle was on time and convenient.

We booked a handicapped accessible room and indicated in a note that my wife was disabled and wheelchair bound. When we arrived, they had no handicapped rooms. We would not have booked there had we known that they would not provide the room we requested.

Hotel had nice entry way but hallways were very tired looking.

Highly disappointed with management here. They refused any sort of credit for a botched stay...I had no shower curtain and a wet floor, someone with a key tried twice to enter my room at midnight but luckily the door-stopper was engaged. Peephole was blacked out - why? That person was then shouting in Spanish through the door...at midnight, surely waking others. I had no sleep after that. Even though I believe that person was an employee because I could hear plastic rustling (shower curtain), management offered NO apology or credit on my stay \"because I completed the stay\". WHAT??? Orbitz customer service attempted to advocate with no results but gave me a $25 credit, so that was nice but it should have been a full refund FROM THE HOTEL.
