I put them in my room was wonderful and I really appreciate the ADA accommodation. It made it much easier for me to move around the room and to take a nice shower. The breakfast this morning was really good and filling. My room was incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will be here again in a week and a half and looking forward to my return stay

Shuttle drivers George at the front desk is an absolutely a professional and personable. Great hotel near the airport to stay Clean, big rooms. Delicious breakfast. Free airport shuttle. The shuttle is also available to go to restaurants nearby which is a really nice service!! very convenient

The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and personable. When we checked out the next morning I couldn’t believe she was still there! I guess a staff Merner had not come in she was pushing a shift from 2 pm the day before. It was 5 when we checked out and she was so friendly and in good spirits. I wish I could Remeber her name but you definetly have a gem of an employee!

The staff. The night staff on Saturday night January 31st. The one lady was so wonderful on the phone, I had to call about the shuttle. Then when we checked in, the same lady was again wonderful and pleasant. Gave us helpful information and made us feel welcomed..

Our room was very nice. Nicely decorated and clean. Bed was soft and slept very comfortably. The 1 thing was the way the bathroom is arranged. Only 1 side of the shower opens. So to get out and in, you are next to the toilet, hence not much space to move. Then the door that opens, is the one away from the shower head. Which means you have to reach and step into the shower to turn it on. I have very short arms, so I didn’t like getting into the shower to turn the water on and get cold water all on me.

The room wasn’t clean and the bedsheets were not done properly. When I was there the neighboring dog kept barking, and when we asked the front desk about it, it just told us they couldn’t do anything about this and hang up the phone. We understand it’s pet friendly however the service was unexpected.

One thing that was not as descriptive as in description - it is they said they have a stove top in some of the rooms but actually you would need to request a portable stove from the front desk. There’s no cooking pot or pan in the room, so not very useful. There are two bbq outdoor near the pool. Breakfast options not a lot of variety.

We checked into the hotel on Sundayevening. The water supply was cut off on Monday morning. Initially, we were informed that it would be repaired within three hours. However, the water was not restored until 8:00 PM.

To make matters worse, the water was cut off again just one hour later. We were left without any running water for the entire day. During this period, we requested bottled water from the front desk as a basic necessity, but they refused to provide it.

We are extremely dissatisfied with this travel experience, as the hotel failed to provide the most basic living essentials. Therefore, we request a full refund for our stay.

The rooms and the hotel itself are very nice. I had a problem at the beginning. I had an adjoining room. I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. And when I called to asked to be moved, she called next-door. I could hear the whole conversation it was very uncomfortable. I was on a work trip. I had class and I needed quiet so I could study. That was really inappropriate to call to mention that I could hear everything. Some other things too but overall once I was settled in it was fine but the hotel was nice. The staff was OK.

The zink in the bathrooms was clog and the tub was clog as well airports shuttle was fine from the airport to the hotel the driver was friendly nice and very professional how ever the friver back from the hotel on monday was not friendly or nice when he pull up in sit in the van did not come out to help with the luggage another passanger help me with my luggage and help me in and out of the van the room was ok the staff was excellent breakfast was not what i expected

Very nice hotel, I was surprised and impressed with my room. The kitchen was a good size with very nice appliances, hardware and all essential items.
The issue I had was with the A/C, the filter was completely covered with dust. The mattress had a sink hole, the bathroom exhaust fan also covered with dust and the bathroom sink faucet splashed water wildly everywhere.

We chose this location because of its great reviews. However, our bathroom was not cleaned as well as it should have been. There was dirt and hair in the corners that should have been swept before renting out again. The hotel clerk was constantly on his cell phone and we had to interrupt more than once when we went to the desk. He seemed very nice and friendly, just unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

I booked this hotel on hotels.com and then cancelled it the same day (2 weeks prior of the reservation date) but was still charged and the hotel refused to give me my money back.

Hotels.com was contacted and they refuse to assist with my refund. They see that I never entered that hotel but was charged for staying.

Room wasn't clean, especially bathroom, strong musty smell in room, and they were waiting on food delivery so there wasn't juice or other items available. I would suggest some anti-slip tape for the shower floor as I almost fell, so slippery. Sofa bed was awful.
