Be careful with the shower: while my husband was taking a shower, he slipped and fell twice in the shower. The surface was extremely slippery. We informed the front desk upon check-out; as my husband was hurt. The front desk staff was dismissive, we asked if we needed to file an incident report, She said no, "You're good to go." She did not inquire about his condition or whether he needed medical assistance. This incident negatively impacted our vacation, as my husband has been in pain.

What a beautiful hotel with the perfect location! We have been traveling quite a lot lately and have stayed in hotel after hotel. Even knocked them all out of the water in cleanliness and beauty and more. I knew the minute we walked in the door that our room was going to be nice, I just didn't know how nice. Top to bottom, it was spotless. In addition to being beautiful and clean, the beds were beyond comfortable. It took us all of 8 minutes to get to Orlando International airport the next morning. Thank you for the perfect ending to our trip! We will highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

We booked a room with a Peloton and mini-gym (bands with wall hooks, yoga mat, etc.) and got back on track after our cruise. We got the cruise line bus to the airport, then called for the hotel shuttle. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and I actually found the premade salad to be very good (could be because I didn't get a chance to eat before leaving the ship!)

My only complaint is that the in-room safe wasn't working, so I lugged my laptop bag along when we went out. Otherwise, a nice stay.

We drove here from the airport and parking was very easy. The room was great, had everything we needed and was very spacious. We had booked breakfast but this was a serious disappointment. We waited an hour to be served and quality was low. We didn't even get the drinks we ordered despite asking again. The breakfast service was chaotic. We found the next day that we had been overcharged upon check out and it has proved impossible to find a route to raise a billing query.

Even though it’s conveniently located near the airport, they don’t allow parking. Instead, they provide a shuttle service to the airport, but you can’t leave your vehicle. The room was clean with great amenities. Hotel is in an awesome location- close to MCO airport. The only downside is because it’s close to the airport and the walls in the room are thin, there is a lot of noise. Nothing ear plugs can’t fix. But for an immediate stay, cleanliness, and customer friendly, this hotel is a great stay.

Waited on phone for 10 min when I called for a shuttle from the airport-would have been longer but I finally hung up and called back.

Reserved a 5am shuttle that never came-had to get my own uber and pay for it.

It was not a good idea to recommend a solo female with Asthma to stay there. It is in the middle of nowhere and full of male contractor workers. The room had a terrible chemical Oder which triggered a terrible asthma attack therefore causing me to have to leave. I had been in the room for 10 minutes. Came out to the desk explaining and stating I had to leave. I was having breathing problems and the clerk never ask if he could assist me so went outside and called another Uber to take me elsewhere. I am now having to demand a refund. Still having received it for my 10 minutes of he’ll.

There were a lot of issues with the computer at the front desk each day we were there. We had actually stayed an extra 2 days from 13-15. The front desk personnel seemed to always have a hard time getting in to access our account.
We did not have coffee our first night and morning due to coffee machine not working. We had to wait until next day for maintenance to bring another machine.
We went down to the bar to have a snack and wine our first evening. The bar did not have Chardonnay. Not sure if they were out or did not carry it. The bartender could not answer that question. So we left.
Overall it was a great stay. Employees were very nice, helpful, and accommodating and pleasant to interact with
