All was very clean except for the floor which was gritty and not mopped. Oddly enough - and very annoying - was the absence of a closet or something in which to hang clothes! I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking. Grrrr!

The property is an ultimate UNSAFE environment for anyone who makes safety a paramount. The person at the Front Desk lied when he told me Expedia charged my account prior to my stay, then he disappeared from the Front Desk. My walk to the room which I never found, passes several individuals sitting in dark areas, in what appeared to be abandon rooms. This place is unsafe.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the photos online were misleading — the actual property looked nothing like what was advertised.

The first room I was given had dirty linens, visible dust, and a dead bed bug on the bed, which was extremely disturbing. There were used toiletries left on the sink, coffee stains on the floor, and stained towels in the bathroom. The room also reeked of smoke despite me booking a non-smoking room, which was a serious issue as I have asthma.

I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in these conditions, so I requested a full refund and sought a room elsewhere. Although a staff member named Shadayna was helpful the next morning, the damage had already been done. I had to leave the hotel because it was simply not habitable.

This experience was unacceptable — the cleanliness and overall quality fell far below even basic standards. I hope the hotel seriously improves its housekeeping and accuracy in advertising, as no guest should have to deal with this.

One of the more sketchy hotels I have stayed in. Quite a few homeless people living around there, people aorund there not of the best character, acess to front lobby is always locked, no lock on the door.

Prive was chrap, but would not recommend staying of toy have a better option.

This place was terrible. I understand the price was cheap but its not a bargain. We arrived at the property and took about 30 minutes to get helped. No one is at the front desk to help right away. You have to call and text to get some ones attention. Once we were helped we got to our room. The floor was dirty and the sheets were damp and didnt even seemed cleaned there was dirt and stuff in between them. My partner and i tried to make the best of the situation. We picked up cleaning supplies and cleaned the room for our stay. We came to found out there was cockroaches. They kept coming out of the applicances. Thats when we decided to get out of there we had to spent another 650 on another place for our week stay. They didnt make it right because all they want to do is give you another room that is just as bad. Only thing that would make it right is a refund wich they did not do. DO NOT STAY HERE. you will regret it.

Do your research before booking. I was not impressed with this facility and it needless to say I did not feel comfortable in this area.
Upon entering, there are no elevators. I'm sure some tenants live on this property. Opening the room there was a strong over scent of bleach. Our bed did not have comforters only a top sheet. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and a blowdryer was very much needed and there as not one accessable.

Peta checked me in and there were some challenges, but they were overcome.
I stayed here because pets were allowed with no additional fees, I did not read the reviews until after booking, the reviews were so bad, to be quite honest if it was a situation where I could get a refund, I would have gone elsewhere, All of the reviews were negative, from bugs, place being dirty, rude staff etc.
This is my honest opinion, Peta provided great customer service, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as good as could be,
Because I had heard so many negative things and since I could not have a refund, I decided to TOUGH it out. I took bug spray, sanitizer, my own pillow, blankets, towels etc, I sprayed every crevice and drawers etc. During my stay I saw no evidence of any roaches or bugs. The sheets were clean, and the bathroom and floors were clean.
The TV and internet worked; the area is very quiet.
Original fridge did not work but was quickly replaced.
Telephone is hardly answered you were asked to text but the text did not usually get you an immediate response.
Two tiles in wash basin area were broken and presented a hazard, there was a funny smell to the room but disappeared after I sprayed it with bug spray, who knew bug spray could make a room smell good (smile). The outside of the property is drab, behind the fence at the rear had thick overgrowth, at nights I was very alert.
A no-frills hotel but it worked for me, Peta is a gem, and I hope management recognizes this.

The picture on the website is nothing like what the rooms are like. The was no hot water to take a shower. It smelled moldy and of cigarettes. The sink drain did not have a stopper. No TV service unless you use Roku. If it was not an emergency for the hurricane I would not have stayed. The only positive was that they were pet friendly. The area is not very safe and not even sure if the pool area was available because of all the over grown weeds.

I'm sorry to give this bad review because I always try to see the good among the bad, but, This has been my worst stay in a hotel at 58 years of age. 1. I don't know what year they took the photos of the place but it doesn't look anything like what I saw in terms of image and cleanliness. Upon arriving at the site it appears deserted as if it had not been maintained in years. 2.The Lobby has damaged Air conditioning. 3.The patio had the same used napkins on the floor throughout my stay (there is no maintenance service) 4. Cockroaches in the room 5. popcorn on the floor near the dresser. 6. Uncomfortable beds. Laundry fuera de servicio. Nevera del cuarto dañada. Among other things that I don't want to remember. It is not a hotel to go with family. Maybe because it is cheap they think it must be of poor quality. I will not come back

Roaches and rude staff, not safe

Roaches were my unwelcome guests which forced me to request another room though I really wanted to scram out of there asap but didn’t have a plan B. When I left early in the AM for a MD appt, some of my personal belongings disappeared from the hotel and no one was accountable. Will never go back there!

We paid for 5 nights but we decided not to stay there at all after when we arrived . Our rooms a/c was out the room smelled nasty . There was no trash can in our room and there was bugs and the walls were dirty. Outside in the halls it smelled like urine and just over all bad neighborhood . I would not recommend staying here.

Prior to checking into the property I was contacted that check-in was at 4pm (not notified of this when making the reservation). When I arrived they did not have my room ready. We were given a room that was already occupied, then a second room that was already occupied. The third try we were given a room on the back row that had only sheets on the beds and 1 pillow per bed, and a huge puddle of water on the floor from the refrigerator plus it smelled of cat urine. We were finally put in a room towards the front. Again, no blankets only sheets. The room was still not clean and had patches of sticky spills on the floors by the beds, behind the tables and none of the lamps were plugged in. Make sure you bring a flashlight! The back row of rooms seemed to be long term tenants and there were kids running all around with nerf guns shooting at strangers. I had a kid come up to my car and try to grab my teacup dog from between my legs as I was trying to contact the front desk. Seems like they are running a trap house here.

We trust the public photographs, the stay was disastrous, we arrived late from a flight and there was no staff at the front desk, we had to wait a long time for someone to arrive to check-in, the room assigned was very dirty, the smell of tobacco and other substances, it was very strong, not suitable for resting with babies, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and noise all night, we had to leave the hotel at dawn despite having a reservation for three nights.

First room I had was covered in mold.. it was on the chair, the bed sheets, the nightstand, the walls!! everywhere.. Asked immediately for a refund and they refused. Brought me to a new room that had literal roaches on the bed.. crawling around.

They did not work with me to find a resolution, did not refund me for the 6 night stay so we left. The property was awful.
No one at the front desk for HOURS. The power didn’t work either so I went without power so hours too.

Overall it was disgusting and not worth the money. If you do book make sure you get refunded for when they put you in a moldy room.

Rented it for two weeks and only stayed two days , I had a family emergency .They refused to give me to refund my all the other days I didn’t stay . Do not rent from them , they never never answer the front fest . The place is trashed like it’s a homeless location . Very dirty my son had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe off things and was afraid to sleep on the bed because of bed bugs . It’s not with the money . I had to rent another day for them to allow me to get my things out even though I had not sleepless there for a week and a half. Very very Rude people . Nothing like the pictures at all . This place was exactly what the name is “stayable”. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Affordable. The room could have been cleaner. There was hair hanging on the shelf in the bathroom, a fork in the sink, something on the floor by the nightstand that looked like melted candy. We were there for 6 days and they only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. When trying to get more towels, toilet paper, and a plunger (toilet was not flushing) there was no one up front and it was within their open hours to have staff there. Overall it was okay.

1. You're not gonna find three nights for 220$ ANYWHERE ELSE especically if you last minute booked like we did
2. Despite all the other reviews. I didn't find any roaches in my room. It even smelled freshly mopped with bleach...
3. If you feel like saving quite a bit of money on ubers, the two bus stops outside of the property will take you to either downtown orlando or the airport... 2 DOLLARS TO GET TO THE AIRPORT!

2. No phones ( not that big a deal)
3. No computers in lobby if you need to print something out.

Overall I would book in advance and stay at a marriot or something if you're used to newer nicer hotels

But for last minute of availability and price you get what you pay for and I was satisfied with my stay

I got what I paid for I guess…

The first 24 hours we didn’t have AC and we are in Florida, it was about 85 degrees outside and inside. They didn’t send anyone to fix the AC until I asked how I would be compensated for the uncomfortable stay. We only booked two days so half the stay was uncomfortable. There were dead roaches on the floor that they could’ve swept up before we checked in. I wanted to be moved to another room or a refund To leave and go to another hotel. They ignored the requests. I won’t be staying here again. Good luck to everyone else tho, they may have a better experience.

Horrible place, photos do not match what the real property looks like. Dangerous area with random people standing outside your room doors. Activity of prostitution right next door to us. People constantly watching you as you come in. Hotel staff was not friendly and did not accommodate us, they just referred us back to Expedia for complaints. We didn’t even stay in our room due to feeling unsafe and feeling like our room would’ve been broken into if we brought our suitcases inside.

This is a hotel for local people to stay at weekly. I would not recommend at all didnt stay there booked at another location. People hanging out in parking lot felt very not secure. Couldnt see attendants working the plexi glass was so discolored i would've recommend at all for a vacation. They wouldn't refund my stay but I will be filing with my credit card because it is not. A hotel for vacation at all. One star if that also on the door there is a note wrote in marker saying if emergency call number listed no attendants available after certain hours and I can see why !

Before heading to the hotel I asked what their incidental fee was. I was told $100. Which was fine. Check in wasn’t until 4pm but I was free and arrived by 2:17pm. Upon arrival the door to the lobby was locked and I saw a notice on the door that stayed their lobby didn’t open until 4pm-6pm. I called to see if they had luggage storage so that I may grab something to eat without lugging around 2 luggage’s and a duffel bag. However that wasn’t available. I waited outside in the humid weather for almost 2 hours since no where on hotel.com did it say you couldn’t wait in the lobby until check in. Then the front desk attendant was almost 20 minutes late so the lobby wasn’t open at 4pm as stated. Upon arriving to my room the fitted blanket was not entirely covering the bed, there was a cockroach on the side table (that I killed), the towels in the bathroom were dirty/stained, and the bathtub needed to be recaulked.

The communication with this hotel is near impossible. After telling them I would be late, I arrived at 6:10 to be locked out of the front to check in. I called repeatedly and texted the number on the door for 30 minutes with no employee in sight. After back and for math saying I was put down as a no show I was told someone would meet me at the property with a key to get in. It took 45 minutes after I arrived to get access to my room. Not a key, just the door unlocked and was told I could pick up a key at 10:30AM with check out at 11AM. Once I was in the room I could not leave as I did not have a key to re enter my room so I had doordash deliver food. The next morning I go to take my 6 year old daughter to the pool and needed a key to get into the pool which I did not have and could not retrieve. I left at 8:30AM and will NEVER stay here again. Worst experience I have ever had in my life with a hotel.

We checked in and could not even find our room. In the midst of that, we past a room with the door wide open, 4 girls passed out on beds and a guy doing and selling drugs. We immediately checked out and the pool was not kept up or swimmable. Plus all of the dirty mattresses thrown away near the dumpsters. There was more than just 3. Such a filthy property and horrible experience. We found else where to stay and I requested a full refund through Expedia. We haven’t even spent the night there.

This property was poorly kept. When I went to go check in the staff was dismissive and rude. The tv is old. The hotels rags towels and bed covers were all dirty brown marks on all. There was also roaches under in the bathroom on the towels in the hotel. The toilet was not not properly bolted down. My overall experience here was not pleasant. I ended up just leaving the the hotel to go stay in another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was easy...hand over your ID and credit card they hand it back with a room number written down and pointed in the direction of room, room was just dirty looking even when \"cleaned\" the floors could definitely use a cleaning, two of the 3 lamps didnt work, walls had spots were it was touched up to be painted or to cover dirty spots, was scared to ise the microwave so didnt, no phone in the room, one wash cloth for two guests, wifi was terrible in the rooms so had to be outside to use it, the office was closed more than it was open. We literally stayed gone just to not be in the room. Entire place needs attention. Will not return

Worst hotel ever. No AMENITIES in the room. The room was dirty. Only 1 desk lamp in the entire room. Bathroom was disgusting and no paper toilet. They even wanted to charge a fee for housekeeping and towels. I can't believe this hotel was even posted on expedia.

This property is not like the pictures, we had roaches and spider in our room, no trash can for us to use, only 2 towels per room and we were 3, front desk close early, no phone in the room in case of emergency, a/c is automatically and it was hot in the room. When A/C is off you can hear a fight next room. Won't recommend this hotel ever

This place was not professional, they billed my card right before they closed at 9pm,
i arrive at 1am and no answer on after hrs phone number. Security guard was rude and not helpful. Next day i went to place concern and get my money back, they where rude and short.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is nasty and the staff is no help when you tell them that they have roaches. I paid for 3 days and only stayed 2 days had to keep the lights and tv on to keep the roaches from coming out and they wouldn’t give me my money back for the 3rd day couldn’t handle any more. I would not recommend this place to no one.

This place is filthy, people hanging out, prostitutes in and out, rooms smell awful, and not to mention they overcharged my credit card. Really unsafe. Couldn't secure the door because it was kicked off the hindges. Then when i decided to leave, they would not refund my money. This place needs to be condemned. I left anyway
