The room that i was giving was a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. This is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It had a small kitchen but came with the comfort of home. Had a full size fridge a microwave and electric stove. All items for eating or drinking was also provided. It had 2 TV one in living room other in bedroom. The place was clean. Gym was basic but was able to get in a good work out. Swimming pool was fair is much more smaller then the picture, and not alot of sun hits it. Breakfast buffet style and it was good. One of the better free breakfast places i have stayed at. Overall i will definitely will be booking with this company again hoping its like this all over the country. Very pleased.

We were so happy to get to our room after our cruise and day at Universal. THe property was neat and very clean and the room was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone not interested in the ridiculous Disney prices. It was so close to Epic and Universal and we are so glad we stayed here. Very clean and well maintained. The buffet was amazing with all kinds of goodies as well.

We stayed at 4 different hotels from Missouri to Florida over a 2 week time frame. Our family stayed here for about 1 week. We are now at Clearwater Beach-side hotel and our whole family wants to go back to the Hyatt House. Not because of attractions, but because of how comfortable everyone was at this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and how amazing the breakfast and staff were is what make this place amazing. Everyone in the family wants to go back to Florida next year just so we can stay at the Hyatt House. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which felt like it was bigger than some apartments. We had the room serviced in the middle of our stay and those ladies are super fast and get the job done. The pool is actually perfect, my husband loved the gym and the front desk was always more than helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had with options for everyone and plenty to eat. I am telling you, everyone who works here works super hard to make sure you have everything you need and are happy. This will be our go-to hotel in the future for any Orlando trips we make.
The only negative is that I didn't know there was a $20 daily fee for parking until I checked out, but honestly totally worth it after our great experience.

The best part of my stay was the bed. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast was average as some of it was cold, though I went downstairs early so that I could eat the food while warm. The bathroom sink needed deeper cleaning. The kitchen area of the room was nice.

Room had the smell of dog urine when you first walk in. The shower handle had to be turned extra hard and I found that out after coming in and it was constantly dripping. I didn't report anything to front desk at I had already traveled all day and was tired but overall the room was decent. Comfy bed. Breakfast wasn't All that great, the pancakes were extra dry and stiff... very friendly staff.

Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again.

Buen hotel, limpio, buenas instalaciones, el desayuno bueno, variado y abundante. La habitación se arregla todos los días, lo que es bastante cómodo. No hubo agua en la habitación, al final pude descubrir que se entregaba en la recepción por pedido. Tampoco se nos entregó una funda que se entregaba a otros huéspedes. La habitación estuvo bien, el problema es que estaba integrada a otra a través de una puerta que permitía oír todo ruido, si hubiera sabido, no hubiera tomado esta habitación. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, no se necesita transporte privado. La piscina y gimnasio buenos. Especial agradecimiento a Canovlda Leal, buen trabajo y muy amable. Hotel recomendable 100% Gracias.

This hotel was a no-brainer. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and freshly stocked towels. The breakfast is nothing. To write home about but it’s more than adequate with hot and cold items available even for take away. Location is great - I was attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center and it’s a quick 15 min drive.

The room was impecable. The studios felt like a home. The bed was comfortable, the given duvet, sheets and pillows were more than enough and smelled great. Breakfast was American and it was more than enough. The location was in the middle of it all but away from the noise, crowd and traffic. I stayed with my husband and we had a great time. Plus the window view was a city scape that only Orlando International drive can give you. I loved it.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. From my check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Comfortable couches, wide rooms, great beds and a large brunch with many options to satisfy all cravings.

Rooms are actually 1 bedroom apartment with open kitchen and everything in small quantity but great to have it.
Location is great. Overall very clean.

Didn’t like:
a/c is very noisy which is built in bedroom wall. Washroom door is sliding one and there is no lock, even doesn’t close properly.
Very little water in shower and vanity faucets.

My family and I are deeply grateful for this experience; the service was excellent in every respect, and everyone was friendly and professional. The kitchen staff at breakfast were very attentive and helpful—always happy to see us each morning. They wouldn't even let us lift a dirty plate; they took care of all the cleanup themselves and were incredibly kind. Special shout-outs go to the Colombian gentleman in the kitchen, who was very attentive to me and my children, and to the lady from Nicaragua, who was very kind—she cleaned our room every day and even helped my son open the pool gate. The staff at the front desk were also a great help to my wife regarding the Spanish language. We’re coming back soon—greetings from Massachusetts!

They never replied when I messaged on the expedia app. Other than that they did good, I will probably go to this hotel again next time I go to Orlando. They do provide minimum cook ware, plates, silverware, and cups.
