I have stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times the hotel was clean, service was great and breakfast was very good. When I missed a connecting flight Frontier booked me at a \"higher end\" hotel that wanted $20 for parking my rental car as a guest at their hotel. Parking at Baymont was free with my registration!

Staff was not welcoming at check out. Wrote wrong check out time. Didn’t guide us or explain anything except for breakfast times.

Breakfast was plain and boring. No protein, only waffles, cereals, toast and bagels.

I didn’t end up using the shuttle because reviews seemed negative. Got an uber to Disney.

My family and I had a wonderful experience @ this hotel. Our room was really clean, the AC was working well, there’s ample parking space; breakfast was good and the price is budget friendly. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Orlando.

Ac was making this insane noise. I’m pretty sure there was c*m on the bathroom wall, and then some more on the bedroom wall. And then the lamp shades had mold?? How do lamp shades get mold??
Staff was very nice and they refunded us, as we left the next day to stay elsewhere. If you’re easily grossed out. Don’t stay here.

This property is very old and shows no sign of updates. Furnitures are over 30 to 40 years old, the floor is falling apart in some areas, the elevator door reopens after you enter, the towels were old and dingy, and the building has an old closed up building smell.

The toilet had mold on it like it hadn’t been cleaned in months inside and behind the toilet. The bath tub was also dirty we showered with flip flops on. Had it not been that everything was expensive for the same day switch we would’ve canceled. Highly disappointed would not stay again.

This hotel was ideal for our 5 night stay. Staff were friendly, room was very clean, AC kept our room cool, water was always warm, lift was a good size, complimentary breakfast each morning. Staff always greeted us when walking past reception. Check in was quick and efficient.

Hotel situatated on carrier drive in a quiet area just back from main I Drive strip. Roughly 5 -7 min walk to the strip.

They don’t have a shuttle to the parks as advertised. It is run down, the lamp didn’t work, the beds made noise, the walls are thin so I would noise from neighbors, they didn’t clean for 6 days stay. I had to ask for toilet paper or I would have run out. They didn’t give decent sized towels. Their breakfast is only bread, bagel, or waffles. No protein. Only apples offered everyday. I would not recommend it and I would never come back. I spend over $300 in uber rides because of lack of shuttles.

This hotel is ridden with roaches and bugs. The bathroom has stains and the toilet will not flush. It smells of marijuana and the pillows and towels have hair on them. The bedsheets are stained and the walls have spots. The window will not even open to try and air out the room.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs.

The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my stay. There were hair strands scattered throughout making it obvious it had not been properly serviced after the previous guest. On top of that the fixtures were old rusted and completely outdated which made the space feel neglected and unkempt.

To make matters worse I accidentally left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the bathroom. I am absolutely certain of where I left them. By the time I realized and contacted the hotel right after my Uber had already left I was told nothing had been found. That response is extremely concerning and disappointing.

Overall this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Between the lack of cleanliness and the handling of my lost item I will be escalating this issue to corporate.

Very basic budget hotel. If you’re looking for a hotel in an area close to universal then this is it. They have tried to do some “upgrades” to an older hotel with paint and some modern furniture. They have a pool and offer a limited breakfast for free, neither of which we participated in. The hotel was clean but their effort to dress (modernize) up the bathroom left it feeling less than spotless. Caulk over old caulk, paint over light switches instead of just replacing, aging fixtures are just examples. Like I said though if you just need a quick place to stop for 1 night or are looking for a very budget friendly basic close to Universal place this is it.

Overall, the stay was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were very limited, lacking basic items such as eggs and cold cuts. The rooms showed signs of poor maintenance, including clogged bathroom drains and towels that were not properly clean. The air conditioning was also insufficient.

Additionally, while the hotel advertises transportation to certain parks, it fails to disclose that only one schedule is available, which may lead to inconvenience and misleading expectations.

On a positive note, the staff was consistently friendly and attentive.

In summary, the property requires significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and transparency of services.

Breakfast was scant. Very few items. No proteins. Only carbohydrates.
On the plus side. The place was clean and the showers had more than ample water pressure and the hot water was a delight.

Stay was good. Although it didn’t bother me too much myself but you can easily hear people walking down the hall outside the room. But the room was comfortable. The breakfast could have had a little more options. Just waffles, bagels, bread for toast, and little muffins. Yes there was juice and coffee, but would have been nice to have some kind of protein.

The room was filthy. There was hair in the shower, trash on the ground like they haven't swept in days, and lots of little roaches. I found one crawling on my toothbrush in the bathroom. It was also very loud at night. A fire alarm was going off in a nearby building, the mini fridge would turn on all the sudden and hum extremely loud, you could hear when someone turned on their water, and kids and dogs were making noise in the hallways. It was just very gross and an unpleasant stay. Would NOT recommend this hotel to family or friends.

If you are expecting the Wyndham Brand standard at \"Baymont by Wyndham\", keep driving. This property functions less like a major hotel chain and more like a neglected roadside shack that has completely given up. In a city built on hospitality, this is an embarrassing, bottom-tier failure. The phrase \"limited housekeeping\" is a convenient mask for a total absence of service. When I spilled something on my bed and requested a sheet change, I was told flatly that it wasn't possible. Apparently, once you check in, management expects you to live in whatever filth accumulates. The facilities are a laughable deception; the property looks significantly larger in photos than in reality. While the room was basic, the maintenance is a joke, the shower was literally held together by rubber bands. Connectivity is non-existent; the Wi-Fi is spotty & the area is a complete dead zone for AT&T users. Do not stay here if you need to remain reachable for work or family. Even the advertised breakfast is a bait-and-switch; staff cleared everything away significantly earlier than scheduled.
This is my final straw with the Wyndham chain. From dirty footprints in tubs to being forced to crawl across unlit, icy parking lots in Cleveland due to zero maintenance, it is clear Wyndham only cares about collecting money, not basic standards of hotel hospitality

The staff is super welcoming, everything is clean . The room has more than I expected! Fridge, microwave, coffee machine with coffee and cups, Tv, hair dryer and even an iron with a board! They’re is literally a second sink in the main room next to the fridge and microwave. If you need to work, a big desk and chair are available. There’s an open closet too, with provided hangers. For such a price, it’s so insanely worth it. Safe to say this is the most underrated hotel, guys, actually

I only stayed for one night. It was a pleasant stay. The staff was welcoming, and it was an easy check in. The room was clenaed and it had a clean smell, it was nice and cool. The restroom was nice and clean, it had clean towels and stocked with amenities. The lighting was a little low. The bed was a squeaky when we layed and moved around, i could take it fornone night. It was comfortable tho. Breakfast was good, they had a variety.

The room had no heat when Orlando temps were around freezing. The next morning, I was moved to another room that was fine. There are clothes washers, dryers, and detergents but the machines only take quarters, and the front desk doesn't make change and there are no change machines.

From day one everything was horrible the dirty room with disposable forks on the floor on one side of the bed, the beds full of hairs from previous guests, the dirty bathrooms and not enough that today that I vacated in the morning next to the bed a disgusting cockroach, Breakfast no protein, only breads, waffles, fruit but no protein, definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life.
