This was amazing while I was staying a lot of renovations where happening but was not disruptive in any way I stayed here in 2024 and it was amazing I chose it again in 2026 and there as many amazing upgrades the value for your money is amazing great for the kids location is amazing if you plan on walking using uber and or driving if you stay more than 7 days the resort fees and parking fees are waived so that was a huge bonus I will definitely be staying here again for the third time in my next visit and with all the upgrades in the last 2 years and everything that’s currently going on I imagine it only going to get better

We were put in the old room which needs updating. I asked to change my room to a renovated room which was way better for a small fee. I would suggest giving the guest a choice before just putting them in an old room.

The hotel has and was still being renovated. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. The design was a bit weird since there we doors connected to two other rooms and were not sound proofed at all. Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Same with the resort side. Breakfast was amazing and had a great selection, and that staff was also amazing. The hotel pool was warm so night time swimming was fun! And the water park side was fun and the lifeguards we on point. I would recommend and I would stay there again!!

Only good thing about this place is that it’s close by to many things . But do not book this place , building is old . Found roaches in my room , loud music in the pool with drunk people dancing and hogging the pool as if they own the place . Weekend proved to be full of ratchet rats . Waterpark is fun for kids but do not stay here unless you want a roach infested room . Night staff at the front were very professional when addressing a problem. But morning staff could care less they stare at you like seeing roaches is normal here . I won’t stay here again .

The waterpark area was nice with the exception that about half the umbrellas were broken. However, our rooms were a different story…we didn’t have any running water in our room for several hours which meant no one could flush or wash hands after a long travel day, and our whole floor was under major construction (noisy, drop cloths, wet paint, gutted rooms). The floor should’ve been closed during renovation. We couldn’t get calls through to the front office to get enough bedding or towels for our family, and even though we reserved a nonsmoking room, it smelled musty and smoky. Parking, resort fee and breakfast were all extra charges, but we were denied any compensation or credit for any of those extra charges, despite them not meeting the basic needs of a reservation. We paid over $200 for one night, and didn’t have running water or blankets and pillows for our family. I get it… construction happens, and If they had offered some form of credit for their inability to meet the basic needs of a hotel, I may not have felt like they scammed us. But to charge full price while not providing the agreed upon services is not acceptable. Don’t walk- Run away from this hotel!!

Don’t book here. The beds are horrible and squeak every time you move. They also don’t have irons in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. Every day there were people outside our room smoking, which made the stay uncomfortable, and the smell came into our room.

On the day we checked out, a housekeeping staff member opened our room door at 10:40 a.m. to tell us that checkout was at 11:00 a.m., which we already knew when we booked the room. That was extremely unprofessional because she did not knock first and did not know whether we were dressed or not. I would never go back.

The room was small for 4 people, the toilet kept braking, the sink plug wouldn't stay up. The outside waterpark was freezing. 2 out of the 6 nights, our neighbors were absolutely loud and woke my kods up in the middle of the night. The hotel staff were super nice and wonderful. The breakfast was your standard breakfast you would get at a hotel with addition to a few extras. The stay was okay/good. The hotel pool was excellent. Overall 6/10 stay.

Staff here are amazing! Pools and food options are good and they are in a great location.

I was traveling with my parents and só we got connecting rooms. Their room was very clean and maintained, mine unfortunately was not. My room faced the water park which was cool but toilet had issue. The daily cleaning was deff rush jobs. The cherry on top were the roaches I kept finding in the bathroom.

I informed the staff and their reaction or attempt to solve yhe issue was not great, maybe they are used to the roach complaints?

Overall we had a great time and loved the connecting rooms and space.

I paid for a package plan my hotel room I was put in from Sunday to Wednesday early morning had two double beds no closet no dresser with drawers no chairs at the table 1 of the staff workers which was a young lady she went and looked at the room and came back to the new I was put in a day before checking out and told me I was never supposed to have been put in the room the room was for a person with a wheelchair that is why the room was withooalot of amenities I spoke with staff 3 different occasions I was promised that the situation would be taken care of but instead it didn’t was just put in another full size bed room the food was not free as described on Expedia a staff worker by the name of brain works night shift said that Expedia never updated that they no longer have queen beds that kinda sucks when your miles away with a 2 year old a 3 year old 10 year old and a 30 year old daughter and a boyfriend im 51 this has been the worst they were working at early morning hrs renovating the hotel everyday you heard drills and banging like why put someone on a floor were there is noise

The property from pictures looked like a nice place to stay. The lobby looks wonderful but once we got placed in our room it was completely different. The room was very musty and smelt like dirty socks. I went down to get a new room for the 5 of us and the only thing they had at the time was a room with a king bed. We ended up getting a room the next day that was renovated but only a king bed and one pull out couch for the 5 of us. It was better than the dated room but still nothing I would return to. The sheets on the bed were dirty sheets and just not that great of quality for being recently renovated. My kids did really enjoy the pool and water park area but still does not make it worth booking there again. Do not recommend.

Although this hotel/resort is supposedly going to be renovating, at the present time this place sucks! The rooms are so outdated. The pull out couches should be burned! The mattress is paper thin. It took the staff 3 hrs just to bring an extra blanket then advised they didn’t have anymore & sent more thin sheets. Then the annoying salesman in the lobby.. No One Wants to purchase a Florida Timeshare anymore: The water park is nice though. But the rooms give “cheap motel” vibes. My room key wouldn’t work & try carrying multiple luggage’s up a flight of steps only to not be able to get in your room because the door handle should be turned upwards to open the door instead of downward. We stayed in building 7.

The room was not good. It was unsafe the outside door handle was hanging off when we walked up. The door would get stuck when trying to open it to go into the room. There was a roach in the restroom. The room had mold as well. When I called down to speak with someone they hung up.

The room was clean and the waterpark area was great to have as an option other than just the pool, and the room renovations they are doing will make the experience even better!
The only complaints we had were that the bathroom sink took forever to drain, the blinds were not functional, and the renovations they were doing on the floor directly above us created a lot of pounding late at night when we were trying to sleep. Luckily those issues will be taken care of by doing the renovations on all of the rooms. Other than that, we would honestly recommend this hotel to any family who is visiting Orlando.

The rooms are terrible and the smell is awful. The guest service is terrible as well.
I dont always write bad reviews but this hotel is a low rated one.
Only good part was the waterpark and the heated pools.
I would recommend you find some other hotels for a peaceful sleep.

It was a horrible experience. I paid additionally to check in early off of a cruise, when we asked before booking if it was available. There was roaches in the rooms we stayed in and it was a very minimal room. We did not use breakfast the morning we left but paid for it. We also did not use the water resort and the hot tub was completely packed each night. Also we were told that no one was there for Universal shuttles after 11 am. We were unhappy the entire experience and were told we would get a refund but never received it.

We went in February after a cold week, Water was freezing in the back half of the hotel with all the slides,I know they are remodeling but our older room smelled musty and we all felt dirty, the cleaner they used the smell will almost kill you in some of the lobbies. Location to everything is good and parking at the hotel is fine. Plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel. Breakfast there was great but have to pay. Pools were clean and well maintained. Air filters in ac were nice and clean always good to see. Water slides were great the kids had fun. Had a few water slide down and out of commission though.

Not what I expected. Breakfast was bad and amenities were poor maintained.
They clean rooms once a week, they bring clean towels, do your bed daily and take out trash but nothing else. Walls are made of paper, you can hear everything the neighbors next door are doing and I mean \"everything\"!!! They sell premises are family friendly but, will never bring my grandchildren to a place where there is loud music at night and moaning at the middle of the night and early morning.

Check in was easy, the lady working the desk across from check in was very pushy and not friendly because I didn’t want to listen to her talk about park tickets and other items to get a weeks vacation free. Half of the water park was closed. Room is very outdated. Was okay for a quick trip but I would never stay there longer than that. Especially having to pay a resort fee and parking fee.

This motel is very dated and the plumbing was very bad...toilets and sinks were consistently plugged. Charging $ 50 a day resort fee at this place is insane...the good thing is the property is kept exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
