Great location. The bathroom really needed some attention to the flooring other than that it fairly clean. The blankets were hard and crispy they definitely need to upgrade the bedding. The pool area and bar were very nice. Pool towels were always available. The pool had nice lounge chairs around it. I would recommend this Hotel for families.

Value hotel. Not quite what I expected from a Wyndham. Building was old and Loud. Linoleum flooring from a bad 70’s movie. Right next to highway. Pool bar was nice. Coffee shop was nice with extended hours. Conference center was also good.

The toilet was bad. It wasn't clogged, it just didn't have a strong flush. It can flush solid waste but very slow and weak. Could take multiple flushes. Toilet paper and anything light just floated and will never make it past the pipes as the water drained.

The door to our room was not secure. Even without a keycard, I can push the door open. I asked my partner to lock the door from the inside but I can still open the door without the keycard. The only thing that worked was the metal safety tab we can flip but that only works if we are in the room.

I did speak to the reception desk. The staff were friendly but they had no rooms available for a change. The staff said they can get maintenence to take a look at it later and if it's not fixed, we can request a room. We came back very late and it was not fixed...I pushed open the door without a keycard as usual. Nothing was fixed or worked on.

When we checked in and got to our room the room was not made and very dirty, we then had to go back to the lobby to get another room. The next room smelt like cigarettes and cleaning solutions. Overall it’s fine for a short stay but I would not look forward to relaxing after a long day at a park or pool day at this hotel.

Staff was amazing to work with. Room was under par. Dirty, worn, and upkeep was nonexistent. Recommend if you’re looking for a 1 night stay while you wait for your long term hotel if you arrive early. Pictures presented for booking were false advertisement of room condition. If you book here for the duration of your vacation stay may taint your experience.

The staff was amazing with dealing w my refund the fact that I needed the refund because the hotel was a complete disaster and nothing they showed on their online websites. The first room they put me in was like a motel and had a mold smell in the air. The second room they put me in was I guess for the more rich people, but I still woke up in that room to my room being flooded and so did many others.

Took forever to check in, paid for KING bed was placed in 2 QUEENS, to tired to complain. LONG LINES for food, inconvenient to say the last! Should have breakfast included for all that!

However, Pool area is beautiful! Derrick the bartender was amazing and the food we did order was good too!

The hotel staff never came to clean the room or bring fresh towels during our three-night stay. We also had to go to the front desk to get shampoo refills. The room was clean enough, but there was chipped paint all over, and the room lacked outlets. When we arrived, I discussed the shuttle times with the lady at the desk, and she gave me an expired sheet with all the wrong times on it, causing my family to wait over an hour before we eventually ubered. I spoke with the concierge, and she informed me of the actual shuttle schedule. She said that the front desk staff had been informed multiple times of the schedule change, but continued to give out incorrect information. Finally, on our last day, they had no hot showers, and we all had to take cold ones. When I called the front desk to try and find a solution, they said \"I don't know\". Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Triple charged for the room. When booked on line i was told to put a card on file to reserve room but pay once i arrive. When checking in a used a specific card for the hotel. The following day i noticed they charged the card on file also. Then charged the card i paid with 2 more times even though i had talked with manage and paid in full.

The lobby people were excellent. The first hotel I have stay at that you did not get clean towels every day. We finally had to ask for them on the third day. They came to clean our room on the 5th day. I would make sure that they check the HVAC units ours was full of dust and needed to be cleaned. The pool area was wonderful.

The bar in the lobby and by the pool were great. The rooms needed a serious makeover in my opinion. Half the outlets didn’t work, the spray over paint job on the ceiling was creeping me out so bad. It was just extremely rundown. With that said you get what you pay for and if it was cheaper the next time I go I would stay again. Beds were comfy brought my own blanket and pillow so can’t judge that. Super close to universal which was also a huge bonus. If you’re only staying for a (long)weekend then it will be fine

The room was good, and staff was very nice.
The only down side was the air conditioning would go on and off during the whole night, and stayed on in the morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The resort fee is extremely expensive and not justified, especially since I only used the pool once during my stay.

Additionally, my interaction with one of the front desk staff members was very unpleasant. When I went to ask for ice, she spoke to me in a rude and inappropriate manner, which made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this was not the case.

Very disappointed with our stay from 2/12/26 - 2/17/26. The hotel is extremely outdated and in serious need of renovation. Everything feels worn down and old. We didn't have hot water for two days and the only thing they offered us was free breakfast at a restaurant that was closed for a corporate group during our entire stay.

The noise level was unbearable — you can hear everything through the walls, from conversations to doors closing and people walking around. It made it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

On top of that, the front desk staff came across as uninterested and unfriendly, almost as if they hated being there. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately it was lacking

Would not stay here again and would not recommend. If I had the option to get a refund, I would have canceled and gone to a different hotel on our first night.

The staff was overall nice and helpful, the rooms needs some updates, they looked bare and kind of dirty. When asking for room service the second night of my stay they stated it need to be requested 24 hours in advance which I didn’t like and the Disney shuttle did not show up for pick up to the parks and took over an hour past time to pick up from parks due to traffic! The water in the shower was trickling out and the cold water seemed to be working on and off and the air unit only blew out cold, even though it was cold at night. Overall the outside appearance looks better then the inside of the rooms and the location is prime right by everything perfect place to stay if you won’t be staying much in your room!

Great pool area but they kept running out of towels. The onsite cafe had very good food. Our room was nice and clean but they seemed to struggle keeping the hallways clean. They didn't have luggage carts available when we needed them. We asked at the desk when we checked in and we were made to give a drivers license to get a cart...return the cart get your license back. This was inconvenient but understandable. When we went to checkout there were no carts and the desk clerk had no clue where they were and why there was no way to track them. She didn't seem to be aware of the policy about securing one with your license. We had to make several trips to the car and back. This resort has hundreds of rooms and couldn't provide their guests with needed luggage carts.

Charged resort fee which I didn't use, when initially told price included all fees. First room had bad water leak in bathroom, TV didn't work and window shade jammed. After a few calls, management didn't respond, finally moved to a second room. Second room smelled like mildew, TV didn't work, and phone didn't work so couldn't call for help. Worst hotel and would not go back there!

Our toilet was clogged the ENTIRE STAY. When we would request a plunger it took a full day to receive one and then they would take it back after we had gotten it unclogged. The AC was sooo loud that it would wake us up in the middle of the night when on auto. We stay here every few month and this was by far the worst time. We won’t be returning unless serious changes are made. Unfortunate because of family of 6 enjoyed the pool area

The staff were friendly at check in, the pool area was very nice and the location was great. The hotel room is the reason for my rating. I wouldn’t necessarily say dirty but it’s clear that our room was in need of a remodeling. Discolored grout in the tub, wobbly toilet, water stains on the ceiling. A fresh coat of paint and new epoxy of the tub could do wonders for the condition of the room. However the unbearable part was the bed. I tossed and turned the entire night and woke up with the worst back ache. The bed was hard as a rock. Honestly if the beds were upgraded or a mattress topper would be provided I would book again.

So many extra fees. $ 60+ “resort fees for a Red roof quality stay. WiFi was horrible. Pool table felt is worn out and all of the cues are in poor shape. The rooms are decent size but just ran down, toilet doesn’t flush without holding down the handle for extended time. Staff list one of our rooms and we had to stop what we were doing and come back to the hotel and prove we had a third room. If I’m paying a resort fee I expect a resort. Nice towels beds and quite HVAC. Lamps that work.i know this place is older but that’s no excuse for cleanliness. This is a cheap place to stay with a pool if you don’t expect much. Would not recommend.
