La ubicación del hotel está muy buena muy cerca de todo.
El personal todos muy amables.
La piscina estaba bastante sucia, comprendo por la cantidad de gente que había pero no me agrada a mí.
La habitación las camas eran muy pequeñas, una sabana tenía un par de pelos no de cabello de otro lado que claramente nuestro no era porque al abrir la cama estaban ahí.
El desayuno lo teníamos incluido pero eran 3 opciones un burrito, un sanguche o 5 palitos de tostadas francesas agua o juguito. Lo que pareció más agradable a nuestro gusto pedir fue el sanguche que no habían más a las 9am.

Our room at 5316 was leaking because of the rain. You could see that area was already patched. The place looks old and needs some upgrade. Staff were friendly nonetheless. We liked that it’s located in a nice area that has a lot of food spots.

If I could give it no stars I would. The lobby is beautiful and renovated however the rooms need some serious help. The paint and baseboards were peeling. The AC did not cool the room at all. The bed was terrible uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The door itself was bent allowing for hot air to enter the room, we had to place a towel to prevent hot air from coming in. The toilet did not flush properly and we had to fill the tank with water after every use. The shower/tub was bubbled and squishy. Most channels did not work on the tv. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone or stay here again. Had the option to get a refund and stay elsewhere was available we would have taken it immediately.

The pictures make this property to up notch, however when there it is a different scenario. There are 4-2 level and two towers on the property. Only being exposed to a 2 level building, is what I am speaking upon. Chicken was smooth, and easy with directions on how to sign up for the Universal studios shuttles. Upon arriving in our room, there were two shades, one sun and one dark out. There was actually no dark out shade in our room, so I had to go up and request a new room. Upon starting in the second room, blackout shade did not come down fully and mentioned it to the front desk and the next day maintenance fixed it. Each room had dark blotches all over the mirrors, warps ceiling wallpaper, chipped paint, and four ground molding, looked incredibly ran down. The second day we were there, requested four towels for the room, instead. Receive two sheets that were just left on the bed for us too Make the bed ourselves. Our final night, there were no pool towels left, and the front desk was only able to provide one towel for My husband and I.

The lobby area was nice, however when you got to the rooms, they were so old and poorly renovated. The bathtub/shower was disgusting with old stains in it. They’ve attempted to renovate the rooms but have done a poor job. I will say the beds were comfortable. We went to two ice machines that did not work. Staff was of little help. No complimentary breakfast like most hotels have.

The only plus to this hotel was the pool.

We stayed here for one night and overall felt it was a good value for the price. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. There were a few maintenance issues, including rust on the air conditioning unit and around the bathtub drain. The door leading to the exterior stairwell also did not close properly, which seemed like a security concern since anyone could potentially access the building through that entrance. The carpeted hallways had a noticeable musky odor that reminded me of old carpet or feet.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. The pool was a great size, and the splash area for younger children was a nice feature. There was quite a bit of sand in the pool, but we still enjoyed spending time there. The poolside bar was a nice touch, and there was a DJ playing upbeat, family-friendly music that created a fun atmosphere. The hotel also has a Starbucks and lobby bar, both of which looked nice, although we didn't try them. The location is convenient on International Drive, though it's a bit of a walk to ICON Park. Overall, this isn't a luxury resort, but for families traveling on a budget who want a comfortable place to sleep and a nice pool to enjoy after a day out, it's a solid option.

Decent stay for the price you pay. If you're looking for cheap and to spend most of your time at the parks, you won't be in the room anyways. Most frustrating thing was that it was near impossible to find non tap water, none at the front desk and we had to search almost every vending machine on multiple floors of each building before finding one that had a few bottles left. Morning/day staff was helpful and polite, night staff not as much. Harder to reach someone and longer waits for help. Check in and check out was easy. Rooms were a little dirty but nothing extremely off-putting. Housekeeping was prompt when requested. Hot water worked well. Air conditioning was pretty loud if that's something that bothers you, but for the most part this is what you'd expect from any basic affordable option hotel in a high traffic tourist area.

We were charged an additional $100 for a reservation fee upon arrival. (not a refundable deposit)

The room is \"refreshed\" once every 4 days additional cleaning may be an extra charge (towels and soaps can be requested).

The property is a mix of indoor and outdoor entry rooms over 6 buildings.

None of the property feels clean and neat... everything feels thrown together.

The staff was kind and personable.

But this place I do not recommend , like at all. The vicinity is in a good area for food , close to the parks. But other than that it’s a no.

Nada funcionaba en la habitación, ni el teléfono, ni la caja fuerte, ni el TV, ni el black out. Así que de afuera se veía todo lo que ocurría dentro de la habitación. Estamos solicitando la devolución de todo el dinero.
No recomiendo el lugar, ni es lo que parece y muy mala atención de la manager.

So we’ve been staying at this hotel 3-4 times a year for the last 4 years. This is the first time we’ve been back since it’s fully switched to Wyndham. DID NOT ENJOY being tricked into talking to the concierge desk. Was told to go over to pick up our “welcome package” instead we got a sales pitch and they really didn’t want to take no for an answer. We came to drink pinas coladas by the pool not buy a time share. Which we did and the pool was lovely, the view is great. Sadly we did go back to our room for dinner and when we returned the pool bar had closed early. The inside bar was open but didn’t have the same vibe. The room was great and was clean. The only other down side is the arcade has been slowly getting worse. Would be nice if it was maintained so we don’t have to go across the street.

La verdad, que decía que había microondas en la habitación, traje algo de comida para mis hijos , y también algo de leche para mi hija menor.
No había nada en la habitación, llamé para saber si podían ayudarme con uno, y lo que obtuve fue si no hay, es que no hay, y una risa sarcástica… así que nada, ofrecí comida fría a mis hijos… esto fue algo desagradable .

Room was clean hot tub was relaxing. The pool was nice very very kid friendly so just be mindful, especially to those adults that want to go to the pool for relaxation. Expect a lot of kids the only caveat I would say negative if anything would simply just have to be two things one. I’m not sure if it was just my specific room, but the AC unit is loud and a sense of it will make random loud noises while it runs and secondly, the pillows can be very, very uncomfortable and very stiff

The staff was wonderful. My room was ok, very clean. The pool area was excellent. The bathroom was sort of small and the shower curtain was too short, so the floor got soaked each time I showered. I loved the location and walkability to various things. Overall, it was quite comfortable for me, a solo traveler. I will use them for my next trip. But, please, get new shower curtains.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property is very outdated and appears to be in need of significant maintenance and upgrades. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, which made it uncomfortable after showering. Nearly every metal fixture showed signs of rust, and the bathtub was peeling, giving the room an overall worn-down appearance.

The room itself also had maintenance issues. The doorknobs felt loose and didn’t seem to work properly, which raised concerns about both quality and security.

Noise was another major problem during my stay. There were people outside yelling late into the night, and dogs barking constantly, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The only positive thing I can really say is that parking was convenient and I had no issues finding a spot.

Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Between the outdated condition of the room, the maintenance concerns, and the excessive noise, I would not choose to stay here again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The property advertises itself as a resort, but the actual room conditions and interior appearance were far below what the Wyndham name represents. The rooms looked outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like the expectations created by the branding and presentation online.

Calling this a resort is misleading. I expected comfort, cleanliness, and quality, but instead the experience felt cheap and neglected. For the price paid and the reputation attached to the Wyndham brand, this stay was unacceptable and did not deliver the standard customers are led to expect.”

My main complaint about this hotel was that I stayed there for 8 nights and for 5 nights my room was not equipped with a smoke detector/fire alarm. Sunday night the detector started beeping at 1:30 in the morning. I called the desk who said that they would have a maintenance person come to replace the batteries. I had to call again at 2am. They said that they were still looking for someone. Finally at 2:30am someone showed up and removed the entire detector stating that they would replace it later that day. They did not. Tuesday I notified the office that it was still not replaced. They put in a new ticket to have it replaced. Maintenance came and said they would try to have it fixed by the time we left. I called on Thursday and spoke with Luis. He said that he would contact maintenance and didn’t understand why it wasn’t replaced. Never heard back, no visit from anyone. Safety was not a priority for them.
Hotel has transportation to Universal all day. Transportation to Disney is a little bit later and not in time for rope drop.
Nice pool. Clean grounds. Nice room (except for the smoke detector) great location.

When I booked Avanti, I was under the impression that it was a traditional hotel and did not realize that the property was set up more like a motel, with room doors leading directly to the outside. Personally, I dislike this type of setup, and had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different property. The name and booking information did not make this clear to me, although it may have simply been an oversight on my part.

The check-in process was satisfactory. The lobby looked just as it did in the photos online and had a pleasant, welcoming scent. Although the line was quite long due to the Memorial Day weekend rush, it moved at a reasonable pace.

The room itself was clean, but the shower area felt quite small and cramped. Additionally, both the room phone and the iron were not functioning, which was inconvenient during my stay.

One of the biggest positives of the hotel was its location. It was ideally situated near a variety of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, including ICON Park, WonderWorks Orlando, The Orlando Eye, Pointe Orlando, and SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium.

The property could benefit from some updates and general improvements. My daughter and I did enjoy the pool area; however, I would suggest adding more umbrellas or covered areas, as there was limited shade and the sun was quite intense.

Overall, the stay was okay. While there were some positives, there were also a few inconveniences that impacted the overall experience.

It was a great hotel to stay at a bonus was the shuttle to Universal Studios and I will book this hotel again because it was so close to all the food places. Pizza Hut was walking distance from my hotel room and it’s really a great place if you want to see and experience Orlando.
