Clean room and premises. Close to several attractions. I did love that there was an arcade across the street and plenty of food nearby. I wasn’t really told anything about the hotel when checking in so didn’t know about perks of staying there. Staff would not speak to you coming or going. For the price, it’s a deal but don’t expect anything much.

For the money and location, the place is fine. They seemed understaffed but those who were working were very friendly and helpful. There were issues with the bathroom in my room, shower head not attached fully and toilet ran constantly, but the room felt clean and the AC worked well. The layout is a bit odd and when they would lock a door randomly it made it harder to get from my area to the snack area. No restaurant on site though it advertised one. Just the breakfast bar in the morning which, while a good buffet with decent choices, was pricey for stuff normally included at other hotels. So factor that into the price when comparing. It was $16-18 depending on if you had the coupon.

The property has a secured entrance with a security guard present around the clock. Security is present at all times walking and checking around the buildings making sure guests were safe and following all hotel rules. The property was clean and had plenty area to walk pets and provided a place to dispose of dog waste. There is a 24 hour store/cafe on the ground floor of the tower, which my family accessed multiple times during our stay. There was also a- Clean pool, mini arcade, gym, and restaurant attached. They offer a free shuttle to Universal that runs several times a day. It was nice not to have to drive, pay for parking, and walk farther to our parked car. Be aware that this property has 2 buildings. One building, the tower, has room doors only accessible through the inside of the building where the second building’s doors are accessible from the outside. We had a problem with the first room we were assigned. I called and they were able to quickly fix our problem. We enjoyed our 6 night/ 7 day stay and would stay again for the same value.

The woman who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. I am so sorry I did not catch her name. She asked if we had any preferences on room. Ive never been offered that before. She was so nice to my son as well. Hotel was extremely clean and very convenient. This will now be our go to place to stay when we are in the area.

Well it was just a quick overnight trip for the wife and I to have some private time. I was a bit agitated because we were charged another ten dollars for parking. Greedy. Had I realised that I woild have upgraded to a better hotel. We didnt receive our vip upgrade, we have stayed at Resen hotels many mant times and have never paid for parking. Not the end of the world, lol but still kinda agitated me. The hotel was supwr clean, the staff was extremely friendly. We slept there for 5 hours and were gone. Lol. I will definitely not bw staying there again as I said to many others that are very nice with more amenities for that extra ten. Some even include breakfast.

You need to add a guide for your TVs. Staff (Jordan) was very rude and short with me. I called to ask if they had any pamphlets for pizza delivery in the area. He said no. I asked if he had any recommendations, he said “No”. I asked if he could let me know some that were close that delivered here. He said “Do you have a phone?”. I said yes, he said “Google it.” He did not go one inch out of his way to help. Lady at the convenience store was very kind and approachable!

Misrepresented online. The reviews talked about shuttles to the airport and both parks. Nope. Just a shuttle to Universal. Said a rollaway would fit. If having it tilted on the window a/c means fitting then I guess so, but it blocked the door and our daughter has to sleep on a slant. Asked for towels (room had 2) for the five of us - received 2 more bath towels - no washcloths or hand towels. Rollaway and towels were left outside our exterior entrance door on the sidewalk. We found them when we can home that night from the parks at 11:30. Room door had a gap where the weather stripping was missing so we had a hole to the outside. Got up at 7am and left as soon as possible. Don’t know where all these good reviewes that fooled us came from, be very wary. It’s an old hotel that is in serious need of an update. Would never stay here again.

This location was perfect for a day at Universal and plenty of dining options nearby. The area does have A LOT of traffic though (be prepared). Went to the desk to check in the clerk ignored me after a few minutes I said hi I’m here to check in. She very rudely stated I have to finish sorting the mail have a seat in the lobby. It looked around and there was like 12 people sitting in the lobby all waiting on her to finish checking in her mail. Extremely rude took about another 30 minutes before I was able to check in. Went for the buffet breakfast in the morning. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. The buffet was extremely limited and not good. There was lukewarm eggs, some bacon and sausage that appeared to be old the fruit consisted of a bowl of pineapples there was some grits and some cold still already made pancakes. They had bagels but no cream cheese for 30 bucks. It was definitely not worth it. I basically ate a piece of bread and three bites of cold eggs. They included a gratuity which I never would’ve paid that much because it was almost impossible to get anybody to bring you coffee. This is a place because of the rudeness of the staff I will never visit again.

Breakfast was insinuated as free they they gave a 20% off ticket when O went to breakfast she said they just changed their policy and it was only 10% off they jist didnt have any new coupons. The room i was in was next to roadway very noisey. Mold around fridge smelled musty. No one cared about your stay or concerns. Will never stay here again nor recomend!

I went with my family(Husband and Daughter) it was conveniently close to many restaurants and driving distance to Universal, I liked that they had many great amenities but unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel was not available but there's plenty of places walking distance to choose from and they have a little shop inside the hotel. I stayed here 2 nights. I booked for the fitness center but was pretty underwhelmed with the only 4 things they had. My room was not very clean. Spring mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and i did not sleep well either night. Noise was very common outside and inside. The carpets need a good vacuuming. One bed had dark grime spots you could scrape off. Something had leaked out of the fridge from a previous guest that was missed during the cleaning. Bathroom was pretty clean though. Definitely wont come back. It was a lower cost though. Still north of $100 a night.

I waited for about 15 minutes to check in. There were two staff members already helping other customers. I was next in line and there was a lady customer who clearly was trying to cut in front of me. Their was one staff member who had just clocked in for her shift and when she was ready to help customers she took the lady that cut in front of me and didn’t even say sorry that she took her first. So after I waited awhile again and it was my turn to check in the staff member wasn’t really happy when I was checking in with two rooms Because the party in front of me had multiple rooms as well. She told the staff member next to her that if there was multiple room check ins after me that she was going to take them because she didn’t want to them anymore. Not the experience I was looking for after I had someone cut in front of me at check in and waiting quite awhile to check in.

Many buses right outside the door going to the Lynx Station (half and hour ride) where connections can be made to anywhere in Orlando. Staff was great and friendly. Building and rooms could use more cleaning. Visible dirt and prints on doors, dingy carpet, elevators. Good location. Rooms were quiet. No desk in the king room which I thought would be there. Makes it less convenient to work. Not a bad hotel but could use some tweaking.
