Room was clean. Room service is every 3rd day. Can't leave drapes open because of layout of property. Everyone pass by the room and can look in. Poolside seating is adequate and comfortable.

PRO: Clean room and friendly staff. About a 1.25 mile walk to Security Entrance of Universal Citywalk.
CON: They didn’t have “DO NOT DISTURB” signs for rooms and tv channels selection wasn’t very good.
I would stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend had a 4 night stay at the hotel and we had no issues. The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast could have been more options but it was very good. If we travel to orlando we will definitely choose this hotel to stay at again!

Right from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out there wasnt anything i could complain about! The staff was always in a good mood and professional even in appearance and the property/room was very clean! The breakfast had a slight change each morning which was nice because it wasnt always the same thing. Location wise is great theres plenty to do in walking distance or a short ride away! I would definitely stay here again

While the hotel boasts an excellent location, good breakfast and a truly helpful staff, my stay was dampened by a persistent humid smell in the room. Despite the team's efforts to resolve it including room service and a new shower curtain the odor remained throughout my visit.

This hotel looks cheap from the outside but has been completely remodeled. It’s sparkling clean, the staff and breakfast are fantastic, and the beds were SO comfy. Traveling with 2 kids who were entertained by the amenities on an off day between theme parks, and they are also in a great location with a free shuttle and free parking. Top notch - highly recommend!

Would stay again as it’s convenient to parks, clean, and not too pricey. Complimentary breakfast included waffles, so a nice perk, too.

The things that got to me were (1) the very uncomfortable mattress and (2) how I could hear everything just outside my room. They did and do provide excellent pillows, so I made a layer to support my body as the mattress wasn’t cutting it.

I stayed for four nights .. shortly let me list what i dont have in my room. No bathroom door lock, no light to mirror, floor was felt like water swamp, i put AC to drain the moisture, finally the main door was not opening and i happened to locked our for hours with my kids outside and they broke the lock and i happened to stay in the same room over night.. i liked the shuttle and food room wise not at all ok

Had to go through 3 rooms to find a decently clean one ( one of the rooms even had mold). Also had a terrible experience where someone tried to get in our room at 4:45 am because the staff assigned them to our room. Only thing decent was the breakfast other than that it was a terrible experience overall.

We rented 3 rooms. The floor in the rooms were filthy, socks were BLACK after walking on them. Bed sheet, although it had been washed, was stained. The toilet nearly overflowed before it finally went down. No coffee in the room. Elevator was LOUD everytime it moved. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee cups were 6 oz styrofoam cups. Although it stated recently renovated, it was just window dressing on an old structure.

Booked this place because the price was good, breakfast was included and there was a shuttle to Universal. Our room wasn't the cleanest. The floor was dirty and there were leaves under the blankets on the beds. The shower curtain would also let a lot of water through so the whole bathroom floor was wet. The door to the bathroom would get stuck in the door frame because one of the hinges was broken. One of the hooks in the bathroom is very loose. The coffee was also not great. It tasted powdery and the creamer was also powder. Breakfast was inconsistent. There would be more items one day and not the other. Be aware that the shuttle picks you up early from the park. If you want to stay till closing to see the fireworks or any last minute rides, you might want to consider getting an uber. Other then that the staff is really friendly.

This entire hotel is one giant case of “landlord special”. We walked into our room and immediately noticed the strong odor of mold. The bathroom and under the sink had swollen baseboards that were splitting open from water damage, covered in duct tape and were painted over. The bathtub also leaked and had black duct tape painted over to attempt to stop the leak. The pull out sofa bed my son was supposed to sleep on had food falling out of it, the floors were disgusting, lighting fixtures and the shower head were barely affixed to the walls. And people were smoking weed in the rooms nearby so heavily that the halls wreaked of it. The breakfast area had sticky floors and tables, and there was a very limited selection served for guests. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this hotel. I would rather pay $300 per night elsewhere for a clean and comfortable stay than save that money staying here.

My room was clean , staff were nice they have a tv outside and have life sized board games and a gated little jungle gym for kids it was a really nice property and very close to the theme parks .

first off, my room was advertised as a pool view room & it was not. my view was all trees/shrubs. i walk in, the smoke detector is on the floor. horrible lighting situation. don’t even get me started. toilet so low to the ground, i’m short but good god it’s like it was made for a child. speaking of toilets, it was backed up. as was every single room that told me go check & it should be fine. 5 rooms. i ran around the hotel to check em out. she sent me out there to look knowing good and well that they’re ALL backed up, she “didn’t know what to tell me” & did not inform me of the back up until i asked if there’s anyone else complaining about this. one of the toilets in a room i was sent to was even leaking water on the floor. not to mention the sad excuse for water pressure in every room. rooms smelled musty too. couldn’t get the smell out, lingered on some of my stuff. i left early & had to book another hotel the night before i departed orlando. it was my fiancés gift and a vacation for us both that we do not get very often and this place absolutely sucked. messed up all my plans. definitely not what was advertised. i would only recommend this place to someone i truly hated. 0/10 stars.

Bare bones hotel with clueless staff. Keys didn't work the first time, so we hauled our luggage back down stairs and ALL THE WAY back to the front of the property to ask for another set.

Spoiler: They gave us keys to someone else's room, and thank goodness their security lock was being used.

We attempted to enter the room 2 separate times with 2 separate sets of keys until a maintenance man accompanied us and then knocked loud enough (at midnight) to wake up the poor soul that was sleeping. Imagine if we had entered and he'd been carrying for self defense?!

They offered us nothing for the inconvenience of lugging out things all over the property in the middle of the night and potentially creating a very dangerous situation for us.

I would never stay at this property again.

Awesome property, rooms are maintain beautifully. Neat & clean. Huge Tv, good view cool vibes nice surroundings. Not able to use the pool but feels like to jump in.
Property is near to all Disney parks, they do have a guide help us to book the ticket for Disney & guide us through find nearby activities.
Don’t need to mention about their breakfast. Delicious hungry man special service. We enjoy our stay at the hotel.
It’s not what we see from outside. Property itself is very beautiful. I give 5*.

Honestly didn't expect much going in, but this place won me over pretty quickly. Rooms were bigger than I anticipated, everything was clean, and the whole experience just felt comfortable and easy.

The staff really made the difference though. Everyone was helpful, but Tyreke at the front desk was a standout - super friendly and genuinely went out of his way to be informative. That kind of hospitality is hard to come by and doesn't go unnoticed.
Didn't make it to the pool or the Splash Bar this time but saw other guests getting good use out of both — definitely on the list for next time.
Would come back without hesitation. Solid value all around.

I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. Upon arrival, the room had a noticeable moldy odor and the floors felt damp and sticky. We also struggled with a plumbing issue where the toilet required manual filling to flush properly.
We were surprised to learn on day two that housekeeping only services rooms every three days—a policy we weren't informed of at check-in. While I understand having set schedules, I was disappointed that no exception could be made even after we reported the floor conditions and ran out of dry towels. This hotel has potential, but the lack of basic maintenance and the rigid service policy made for an uncomfortable stay. I hope these areas are improved for future guests.

The pool was a little deep for younger ones .. even the “shallow” end .. says 3 ft but definitely more than that . Rooms were as expected .. shower was good . Beds were 7/10 on comfort scale . Wish they had more options for breakfast but it was still pretty good! Would stay again!

My floor in my room was disgustingly gross. I can’t even explain how truly dirty my floor was. Just taking clothes off and stepping on the shower floor your feet get covered in black filth. Coming out of shower I threw a towel down to step on to walk towards my bed. Got dressed and when I picked up the towel it was black. This just grossed me out. This made me completely think twice about even attempting to sleep on the bed. We left and went elsewhere

The pool was opened and they had movies for kids in the evening. When we arrive at the hotel, at least the room was clean, but the water pressure to flush the toilets was terrible, the sink was also slow to drain and terrible. The room was to be cleaned every 3 days, but it was never cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels twice to be replaced. We had to empty out the garbage ourselves. The outside grounds by the parking lot Building B was always ditty, full of leaves and garbage the other people would throw out. Most of it was scattered on the floor, because the garbage bins were small and garbage was not picked up that often . They charged a resort fee which shouldn't even br charged. That location is not a resort. Breakfast was a goodie box with an egg sandwich, a pastry or an apple. Coffee and juice available at the cabana where they gave you the breakfast box. No coffee maker in the rooms either. The location of the hotel is the only good thing about it. This hotel needs to be updated and renovated. The cleaning crew hardly speak any English and it wa gard to even ask them for towel replacements and to throw out the garbage. It's sad but true.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Pool area is very nice.

Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault!

Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again.

No vents in the bathrooms. Doors and windows are extremely thin and can hear everyone’s conversation. The pictures does not resemble the hotel upon arrival. A shelf under the sink was broken and falling off. When checking out the front desk staff named Alfredo attempted to take payment from me even though I told him I had already paid the full amount the moment I made the reservation through Expedia. I showed the receipt and he still tried saying I did not pay yet. He proceeded to say that he would “trust me” and wrote down my reservation number which only showed minimum information. It immediately felt like he attempted to scam me for more money because I have never heard of any hotel asking for payment at checkout. Usually it would be when checking in.

Check-in was slow. Front lobby needs work. Rooms are motel as opposed to hotel quality. Pillow cases and sheets cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Great if you just need a storage unit for your luggage, but other than that, I would say keep it moving.

Was I also disappointed because I chose this spot based off of the reviews. But when I got there, my floor wasn’t swept and also the shower wasn’t draining properly so I had to deal with Stillwater for a bit while it’s slowly drained now. Other than that, this location is OK.

We had an issue when we first got to our room that it smelled very strongly of mildew. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they changed our room right away. The second one was fine. The breakfast was so so. Limited options and nothing very healthy. One day there was some cut-up fruit, one day oranges that went fast, and one day no fruit. Otherwise it was just two choices of cereal, waffles which were actually pretty good, or a sausage egg sandwich with a Danish. It was enough to get by on as long as you weren't gluten-free. But lots and lots of Styrofoam and plastic. It would be nice if they used paper plates, bowls and cups. And the pool was very cold, not heated, colder than the ocean. We were there in mid February. So I guess the best thing about the place was the staff was really nice. And we could walk to many restaurants nearby, and also a walgreens. Excellent Indian food and Mexican food nearby! There is also a shuttle to the parks and if you're willing to walk to the Orlando Universal resort then the shuttles run more often from there. It is worth noting that it seems that all hotels in Orlando, maybe in Florida, charge a resort fee of $50 per room. We booked on Expedia and the fee wasn't included so we had to pay it when we got to the hotel. Overall the hotel was fine for the price. And I loved the staff!

The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff was great. I went to the 2026 International Builder's Show and it was a short wallk to the bus stop that I could hop on the busses that took you to the Convention Center. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the distance to the parks was perfect but I wouldn’t stay there again, the breakfast is in a box and you have no choice but to eat that, drinks were horrible watered down. The hotel info in is a photocopied paper. The room smells like clorine . I appreciate the bus to the parks. I hate not having a sheer to open my window. Not water to find for free , just coffee

Hello. We were guests on 2/14 -2/18
When we arrived very late on the 14th we were assigned room 242. When we got to the room there was a note on the door about people being caught going through stuff in the room and the police being called. If that was not nerve wracking enough we used the key card to open a room that was clearly occupied!
Very unsettling so at midnight we were back at the desk asking for another room and being told there is someone with a master key that is doing this. We were too tired to go find another hotel so we put furniture to block the door and proceeded to repack each day all our belongings to take with us since we could not trust hotel security- especially after hearing a guest complain the next morning at the desk about their room being robbed of special family jewelry.
We had a very intense schedule for three days and no time to complain or change further so we made due. Despite the insecurity and the constantly running toilet, leaky shower, bed with broken supports and unadjustable freezing temp of 54!,

The only commendable thing was the breakfast and friendly staff.

I have tried calling many today as told by the staff but no one answers and no machine. I will cut and paste this into a review if you cannot refund something to compensate for this unrelaxing stay. I was hoping to resolve this in person yesterday but noone of authority was available.

My experience was okay. I enjoyed the room and other amenities. I also appreciated the shuttle to and from the parks. Staff are friendly. However, the breakfast is lame. They place a danish and prepackaged biscuit in a to-go box for each guest. I also stayed 5 days/ 6 nights and housekeeping didn’t offer any cleaning. Definitely a one-time stay for me.
