We had a wonderful stay! the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the shuttle service to the park was extremely convenient and well organized. Everything made our trip easy and enjoyable. The only downside was that parking is not included, but overall it was a great experience.

Although there was a lot of food, nothing was particularly good and every bit of it was lukewarm and not hot and we got there 10 min after breakfast started. We actually reserved two rooms. One to my name, one to my son's name. We called the hotel 4 days in advance asking for communicative rooms. We were told it would be done. When we arrived they were unable to give us two communicative rooms and we were 10 min in advance to the check in time !!! We had rent for 4 days and they never tried to correct the situation !!! Hard to believe that they were unable to correct the situation in 4 days.
Besides that detail, the worse situation was the morning breakfast, every morning food was missing, ustensiles were missing, tables not cleaned on time, it was just non pleasant to have breakfast there. Price was good but service bad.

I rarely ever leave reviews but I just had to note the stellar service I received this weekend. The front desk people were wonderful of course but when I tell you that everyone at this hotel is super friendly and helpful , I mean everyone - the breakfast staff I felt like I was at a restaurant, on top of all the cleaning up and refilling. The maintenance and janitorial staff you run into in the elevator greet you and ask you if everything’s ok. The hotel is beautiful and very clean but I have to say the customer service is just wonderful!!!!

The hotel was not family-friendly overall. Room cleaning was inadequate, and the toilets were not cleaned for an entire week. Basic amenities such as lotion were also not provided. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel. There were numerous additional concerns that further impacted my stay.

The breakfast was amazing; the eggs tasted like butter and the potato hash was crispy. Coffee was also great, and I liked the fact that they didn't repeat the breakfast items. Staff was very courteous. We walked to Fridays, Tabla Indian restaurant, and to the outlets. Highly recommend Tabla.The shuttle to Universal was very convenient. Carpet worn, torn in spots. Tile floor in shower was cracked, chipped, missing few spots. Mattresses very tired and should be replaced. Breakfast, good, clean, well staffed. Overall good value for dollar and would recommend for family trip to Universal.

The bed was amazing! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was within walking distance (about15 minutes) to the park with a connected walkway. However, I used the hotel shuttle. The shuttle required 24 hour reservation, but allowed you to schedule 30 minutes in advance the day of. There's a very small liitle section in the hotel lobby referred to as a \"store\" where you can purchase snacks, drinks, and microwaveable food. Outside of the hotel, there's a Walgreens and restaurants within walking distance.
