Check in was a bit bumpy. They put us in a room that the key would not open the door. Then they moved us to another room. But we booked the room with a king and two twin beds, so they had to move us again. My husband left his pillow in that room and after calling the front desk they said that they check another guest in that room. They never contacted the guest to try and get the pillow. We asked several times.
Then once we left they wanted us to pay to have it shipped back to us.

Negative - On checking in we paid for X2 nights for parking our rental car. I noticed on arrival home my Revolut had been charged for an additional X5 extra parking nights (@$15 per night- $75)when we made it clear we were only renting a car for X2 nights. I am unable to find a specific email address to contact the property & was put on hold for a long period of time after explaining my issue over the phone. I trust the property sees this review and takes action to refund swiftly(we stayed in room 201 from 9th-16th August). The internet reception was very intermittent throughout our stay.

This property is very clean, quiet, safe, and convenient to restaurants, Universal Studios, and many other attractions in Orlando. We would stay here again and recommend this property 100%. We stayed in a 2 BR 3 BA unit. We never heard anyone around us and had plenty of space to enjoy. The air-conditioning works great and everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very responsive via text, call, and in-person and it is not overcrowded like many properties in the area. We enjoyed a movie at the pool one evening and they offer other daily treats and activities. We give this property at 10/10! I only took one picture as we enjoyed it so much we didn't take any others.

We had an issue with the a/c in our room and upon mentioning it, maintenance arrived within 5 minutes. After learning it wouldn’t be a quick repair, the hotel relocated us to another room. The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. The rooms are stocked with all items needed to cook and be comfortable during the stay. Upon our initial arrival, the room was not completely cleaned, but there were supplies in the room and I swept/cleaned floors. The second room was clean as are the grounds. It was a good experience and again, the hotel staff is excellent!

The accommodation provided is great for a family with a separate bedroom for the kids with it's own en-suite bathroom and the same for the main bedroom. The kichen and livingroom area are on a separate floor along with the balcony so you can stay up late without disturbing anyone. The property was clean and well air conditioned despite its size, plus its in a great location to visit all the local Orlando entertainment.

This stay was great! The rooms were large, beds very comfy. Everything was nice. The main bathroom was a little dated and could use some upgrades, but everything else was wonderful. The staff was incredible l, even the security who offered me help during a difficult time for me. We utilized the play areas for pickle ball and other things. The pool is smaller but clean and the area was well maintained and plenty of seating. Close to a lot of things with in a few miles.. traffic is overwhelming, be aware!

I wasn’t able to stay at the property I booked my reservation at. I reserved a message the day of my check in appointment stating that they couldn’t accommodate my family and I. I booked this stay thirty five days in advance because it was less than one mile away from the attractions we had tickets to. Instead, we were redirected to a location twenty two miles away which took us forty minutes each time we traveled to the attractions due to traffic and other factors. The actual unit we stayed in was nice but it doesn’t compensate for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed that the room was a condo/larger room. It was odd to not have daily cleaning (at least coming to get the trash and replacing towels and toilet paper would have been helpful). Over all nice but expected more services.

Better than expected!! First, when the hotel called me a few days before my trip, I immediately hung up on the lady thinking she was a scammer. I was so glad that she called me back. She was so sweet and explained everything to me regarding the property and the rooms. She answered all my questions and during the call I mentioned that we were coming up to universal to celebrate my daughter sweet 16 birthday.. When we arrived at the hotel after a fun filled day at universal to my pleasant surprise they had decorated the room with birthday décor and even left a Box of goodies for my daughter. It was soooo sweet and unexpected. Thank you!!

I got so much space for a great price. I almost felt bad about how much space I got for one person. I took into account price, location and quality of space and grounds. This was all for one person, so I wasn’t going for all of the space. I just wanted quality for the price for one person. I got 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and a full kitchen. Enough bed space for 6 people. It was great.
