We only stayed for one night but the beds were comfortable, sower was great, spacious room. The only complaint I have it that the air freshener in the hall down stairs was WAY too strong.

Great stay, the problem was the woman next to us screaming all night and morning until the police arrived. I had to call the front desk as ai was concerned for her safety. The room on the other side had a man contemplating suicide over his lover. It was a strange first night for sure!

Worst condition of room, inside room carpet was wet, stinky smell in room, bedding was not properly washed, comforter was smelling bad and very itchy on the skin. I am gold elite member of bon voy. I complained but they refuse to give me refund or any free nights. This is not a standard of four point Sheraton at all…..not a Marriott standard at all. Room was like motel 6 kind category. Very very disappointed. Mold on the ceiling inside room near bathroom entrance.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and plenty of room for three people. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water to accommodate all of us. The beds were firm, yet comfortable. The arcade was a hotspot for my kids. The only drawback was that the pool closed at 10pm when the hours stated 11pm. The kids would have enjoyed a swim after a day at the parks. There are plenty of places to eat that you could walk to or take a short drive. I don’t think you should have to pay $20 a night to park at a hotel you are paying to stay in. But overall, I would sat here again when we come to Orlando for a weekend at the theme parks.

First it started great pulled in early to grab the shuttle to Universal Studios my room was ready so awesome early check-in. Great start right.... well with a 7 year old he wants to swim, play in the arcade, run around on the splash pad, and at the end of the night eat some pizza. Mom and son trip here we go. Welp... arcade has a handful of games geared for big teens/adults, pool is okay alittle small with it being a family hotel splash pad never turned on so not sure if was broke or not. Well now its the end of the day moms tired boy is tired and what do i do but bribe my boy if we hurry we can swim and get pizza before the close it all down at 10PM crazy i know right family hotel catering to families in the park you think they would stay open till 11 or midnight (not like their paying lifeguards) but nope 10pm bit wait heres the kicker dont believe in the posted signs everywhere telling you can get food and drinks till 10... its a lie drinks yes so grab a shot before you head out again to go find food because kitchen closes at 930 but feel free to do some miniature golf in front of the hotel people were folfing till midnight!!!! Extremely unhappy momma there... and ti TOP IT OFF I WAS ASKED AT CHECK IN IF ID BE INSTRESTED IN LOOKING INTO A TIMESHARE WITH THEIR MORE UPSCALE HOTEL JUST DOWN THE ROAD!!!!

Loved this hotel, I’ve always noticed it from the highway and it was so exciting to finally stay here!!! The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious. They have an arcade open 24 hours, my sister and I had so much fun playing air hockey and claw machines well past midnight. The location is perfect with restaurants and a 7/11 right across the street. I would 10/10 recommend.

At first glance exterior looks a bit rundown but honestly it was a really nice stay ! Very clean from from lobby to our room. . Pool area is small but big enough had some outdoor games available which we enjoyed.We had lunch at outdoor bar food was good . Staff was very friendly and location was great in walking distance to restaurants and shops . Can not beat for the price . Would definitely stay again . Thank you

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were generally courteous—especially those at the Universal booth, who were exceptionally helpful. The amenities were convenient and well-maintained. The only downside was when I asked if I could pay cash for the food/snacks in the lobby; the response wasn’t as friendly, which was a bit disappointing since I prefer cash being from outside the US. Overall, a very positive experience!

We stayed one night after our cruise so we could go to Universal Studios. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle from the hotel to and from Universal that was dependable and convenient. It's about an hour from the cruise port though so, if you are using Uber, keep in mind that it won't be cheap. We paid about $120 plus tip. My only complaint was the lack of a restaurant after breakfast hours. The have an open air bar with food in the pool area, but it was so cold and windy the night we we there that it was miserable. I waited to get cheeseburgers to go since there wasn't much else. The burgers tasted kind of like bubba burgers. I would definitely stay there again, but will eat before getting back to the hotel at night. I also noticed they charge $20/day for parking. Uber back to the airport was less than $30 plus tip.

Room was clean, housekeeping did not refresh room as requested, fourth day per 6 night stay rather than every other day. Bed was lumpy. Liked the 3 pm check in and 12 pm checkout. Breakfast attendant was very helpful and pleasant as was the front desk. View from 20th floor was amazing.

The security guard let a woman into our room while we were away. Police and outstanding ended up being called for the woman who was having a medical crisis when we returned to our room after 1am and found her. Also, the sheets in one of our three rooms were badly stained with what appeared to be blood. However, overall, the property itself was very nice and the staff were impeccable (excluding security guard).
