This hotel is what my family needs. It was modern with a high end facade and feel. Love that it had so many lounge chairs, modern bar tables etcetc. Inside our room had small dining table with lots of space for our stuff. Our unit was located at the end so we got a good view of the city. We went shopping just across the premium outlet. Would stay here again.

Very nice clean and new hotel. Everything was enjoyable, really open space with great rooms with a lot of space, high ceilings, nice bathroom, kitchen. We loved the breakfast for the most part, hotel has a huge dining room.
Only wish it had a hot tub, or indoor pool, as the one outside is pretty but cool. And no pans in the kitchen.

The property and our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hotel complimentary breakfast. Close to shopping outlet malls and Universal parks. The only issue we encountered is the restaurant options nearby are not great and the hotel itself only has snacks for sale.

Well, here's the thing. We reserved a one-bedroom suite with a pull-out couch for our 12-year-old son. When it came time to turn the couch into a bed we realized that it wasn't actually a bed. The couch folds down and is on the floor. It feels like a box spring and it is on the ground. The sheets that we were given wouldn't even fit it. They ended up sending somebody else to try to make it accommodating, but to say the least, it was very very uncomfortable. It should not be advertised as a pull out sofa as it is not. Also, the parking situation is not very clear and there weren't very many people to explain how that actually works. I've stayed at many a town place suites, but would never recommend this one.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good assessment with whatever was left after the early rush. The pool / bar was really nice.

Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Didn’t seem Like there was an option to arrange only To find out that there is housekeeping so I am not sure why our room was left off (maybe because we have a kitchenette) Had to call down for fresh towels every day and it wasn’t assumed that towels are needed everyday.

Hotel was full and breakfast served did not catch up. Buffet Food usually finished 30min to 1 hour before the end of breakfast. Always big line ups waiting for the kitchen to restock basic things like bread, eggs and so.

Breakfast buffet is scarce, they reload every now and then with 15 slices of bread (maybe less) for hundreds of guests. guests need to fight to get some. They will eventually refill after 10min. That happens to every thing from bacon to scramble eggs. Terrible service

I booked a studio king with a sleeper sofa only to be placed in a room way smaller than that. Upon realizing I was placed in the wrong room, I told the front desk who was supposed to be cleaning a room of proper size for me and my to transfer to. Upon seeing the room, we find that we were now moved to an handicap accessible room. One, nothing against the handicapped but me nor my wife are handicapped. Two, that is not the that I booked. So now, we had to deal with not having the room type we booked, but dealing with an accessible room with its exaggerated amenities not for us. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and our backs hurting. There was no sleeper sofa in the room. We had no closet space. The ironing board was already small in the other room but even smaller in this one. It was just not a good experience at all.

We arrived late on Saturday night. I sent a message to the hotel saying we were not coming in until late. We got to the hotel and the front desk told me they overbooked and we had to go to a different hotel. So, after a 3 hr flight and 40.minute car ride. We had to drive another 20 minites to a different hotel. Then, when we went to check in the next day, the front desk person said, that I was supposed to check in the day before. It all got worked out, but we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Staffed was super friendly and nice and for me and wife the breakfast was good. Also our room was very clear and the bed was amazing. The only negative this was you have to pay for parking and if you down your car will definitely be towed. Also parking is a 3rd party but my business was in downtown which was a short drive. Worth every penny.

This hotel was very clean and the property looks well kept. The ice machine on our floor did not work. But we just went to another floor..Also, there was no safe in the room.. We got a one bedroom suite. The bed was very small like a full, not a queen. The breakfast had hot food and was pretty good except no ketchup for the potatoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful... other than the few negative things the room was very nice and I would stay here again..

Let’s start at the beginning: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was pristine and beautifully decorated. The elevator was quick and the hallways were clean. And then the room, it was perfect… above all expectations.
The stay: I wish we had booked a longer stay because it was so comfortable and spacious. I didn’t even feel like I was in an hotel. And the view our room had was perfect for our kids to watch the rides at night.
The morning: The kitchen in the room was clean and stocked with coffee mugs for an easy morning routine. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was not a hot mess like many other waffle bars.

10/10 would recommend!!

I had the pleasure staying here for 4 days while in Orlando. My main purpose was to visit the universal parks which was a 10-15 uber ride away. My sister stayed behind with the dog & explored the outlets, shopping & food areas which are all short walks from the hotel.

Rooms & bathrooms are spacious & clean. Comes with an equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, dish washer, stove & garbage disposal.
We were on the highest floor (7) & had a nice view of the pool, Deezerland & McDonalds.

Breakfast was served every morning & was good with edge, sausage, bacon, waffle station, cereal, fruits & juices. The lobby had self service coffee, tea & iced water section which was nice after coming in from a hot day.

All the employees were pleasant. The lobby, lobby bathrooms, hallways, rooms, gym, fire pit, pool & outside around the property were all kept neat & clean. Very convenient location by the outlets & food.

Accepted dogs, but didn’t provided any treats or supplies. The iced water in the lobby came in VERY HANDY for our dog. The bedroom section of the room was a bit on the dark side. Could use a stronger lamp instead of the light up decoration on the wall. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

I have two remote jobs I had to work while my husband was at a work convention. I stayed in the room, which was like a mini studio that felt like home. I was able to have an office space with reliable internet and fresh delicious breakfast in the morning!!! It was perfect for what we needed. And for the fact I spent most of the time in the room, it was comfortable and enough room to make me feel like home and not in a cramped hotel room! Highly recommend!!!

There is a hidden $32/Day if you use the parking lot. There norm in Orlando hotels is \"free parking\". This offsets your perception of your daily rate at this hotel. I would have liked to be aware of it, in advance.

We appreciated the hotel's excellent location, convenient for numerous shops, hotels and eateries, and the well-maintained building though a little added care in certain areas would elevate the experience even further.

However, I must highlight a major concern; the breakfast offering during our 8 day stay. Variety was notably limited just two to three dishes daily. On some days only two dishes were available, with scrambled eggs served each morning, yet inconsistently prepared. Additionally, a third chafing-dish warmer was always left in place, creating confusion as guests assumed more food was coming. This led to several residents waiting unnecessarily and interrupting our meal as I found myself explaining that no further items would appear, because it was not nice at all seeing.
This issue significantly impacted the breakfast experience. As there are many alternative hotels nearby, I strongly encourage management to urgently review and improve breakfast variety, consistency, and presentation. Ensuring all dishes are clearly available and replenished or removed when finished will greatly enhance guest satisfaction.

On a positive note, I would like to commend one staff member, a consistently energetic and cheerful young man who always welcomed guests with a smile and kept the breakfast area exceptionally tidy. His positive presence did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated.
I think that with these adjustments, the hotel would offer an even more compelling experience.

Careful of the parking charge surprise!!!

Surprise! A surprise charge of $27/day for parking. Price advertised did not include this fee or listed on their page. It took them 10min. to try to find it and said you have to click 'more details' to find it. I said what if I don't click on more details, which I did not when I made the reservation. Anyway, I tried to find it when I went to my room and still could not find any mention of an additional charge for parking. I was at the front desk for more than 20min. and finally said, look, I have to go to the bathroom after 3hrs. drive. We'll take care of it later. Then, got to my room, and they did not give me any instructions on how to get on WiFi. I called, they tried to talk me through it and their instructions didn't work. Then, they sent the manager up and said I have to do something to my Apple Phone first, which she showed me how, and then we went to my computer, and it still didn't work, what ever she did. So, we rebooted the phone and computer and it finally worked. Almost 20min. in my rooom, just to to get on WiFi. Crazy! Never experience this kind of poor welcome service in my life. I'll never stay here again and if they try to charge me $54 for parking, I will dispute the charge. I have screen shots to prove all of what I'm saying.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast which had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. I also really appreciated having access to the pool, which was clean and a perfect way to unwind. The location was another big plus seeing as it was close to everything I needed but still quiet enough to relax. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location with acess to shopping areas either 5 min walk or further out 10 to 20 mins. Easy to get to Universal, Sea world ,Disney.
Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The suite was very spacious; bedroom living room kitchen and bathroom for a very low price....great bargain. A downside for me was that there wasn't a safe in the room and although the coffee was great the breakfast cud have had a little more variety but was expected of a typical continental breakfast. Don't worry there is a McD nextdoor 😊. If i ever visit again this is my place to stay.

Disappointed to say the least. This place was definitely not that clean but it worked for what we needed it for. There was a hair in the shower when we got there and we were not supplied with fresh towels. The walls and shower seemed to be in a bit of disrepair. Bed was ok.. no bed bugs at least.
The biggest issue I had was that you have to pay to park and when you scan the QR code it says valet but there is definitely no valet. We paid over $400 just to park for 4 nights. Why??
It is close to a Starbucks which was great because breakfast was mediocre at best.
