Room was nice and everyone was very friendly. Downfall the water for a shower was only warmish it never got hot. Also they didn’t have breakfast for some reason. But other than that is was nice.

The room was a good size (one bedroom), so that was awesome, but pull out bed looked old and slightly dirty. Sheets were clean, and beds were comfortable. My son used the small gym and said it was good. One downside was that our smoke detector started beeping at 3 AM (low battery). Overall, a pretty average hotel experience.

I spent the last two weeks of the year at StaySky Hotel, and overall it was a good stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit, which really made a difference. The location is ideal and very convenient.
However, the hotel is in need of updates. The carpet looked very dirty and had an unpleasant smell, the sofa bed was a nightmare and extremely uncomfortable, and most of the appliances appeared very old and outdated.
With some renovations and better maintenance, this hotel could be much better. The staff and location are definitely its strongest points, but the condition of the rooms needs improvement.

The a/c did not work so I was moved to the enclave hotel which is the sister hotel and was told I did not have to pay anything and when I got there I had to pay another deposit. So I had to pay 2 deposits for my trip and also I did not get the same room. I paid for a 1 bedroom with a kitchen and I got a studio with no kitchen. The a/c at first did not work either for the 2nd hotel and the room was small the bed was very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was horrible. My entire stay was very bad. I will never stay here again

Desde que llegue la atención al cliente pésima, luego entras al cuarto y una peste a mariguana super fuerte al igual en los pasillos. Me quede dos noches y no pude dormir en las dos noches, los del cuarto de al lado se pasaban la noche fajados dando gritos. It was “okay.” Room was clean enough but just musty as it was old. I felt like my allergies were flaring when I woke up. Breakfast was not being served and there was no notification. The available theme park shuttle was not really helpful as its times/locations were extremely limited. I wouldn’t go back and pay what I paid without an updated room and breakfast.

I booked this hotel so I could go the gym and also have access to breakfast. Online it said they had both however upon arrival the gym and the breakfast were permanently closed falsely advertised very disappointed. When I got to my room my carpet was wet, the walls were filthy and there was curly hair stuck all over the door frame so gross. Plus 3 of the plugs didn’t work. Place needs up keep bad.

The overall stay was good. Easy check in and no real issues with the room. The front desk woman was not friendly but, also not rude. You can see that some rooms are being remodeled, although I think hearing the tools being used all morning was a bit much. Ours was not remodeled and could tell the furniture was old. If we were in a pinch again for a hotel room, I’d recommend.

Room was initially clean, but furniture, TV, kitchen things were all very out dated and old. They were in middle of renovations so maybe they will update the rooms. They also did not have any coffee or breakfast options as that was closed for painting, a little inconvenient. They also did not have enough things for a working kitchen like a sharp knife, old pans etc. But we made it work.

Property seems outdated. No air in hallway. Carpeting throughout building was filthy. Room smelled old, pull out bed was hard and didn’t come with blankets and upon asking the front desk for blankets was told they didn’t have any, but that they could provide an extra set of sheets. Thankfully I always travel with my own pillow and comforter or the stay would’ve been even more miserable. Only stayed the 1st night because we were already charged and told it was non refundable otherwise we wouldn’t have checked in at all. We finished our trip a different hotel.

Furniture is very tired. Needs serious updating. Towels only changed every 3 days.
Staff I interacted with were friendly.
I would not recommend to anyone due to the worn and tired furniture. Kitchen worktop had burn stains and was badly chipped.

The keycard lock didn't work, it took 3 sets of keycards before the door card reader was repaired. No breakfast was provided, the hall and room carpets were stain spotted and in need of cleaning or replacement. There are much better options in the area. The pool and hot tub were good. I did overhear a conversation between reception and a pest removal company representative, which means that there is an issue, but they are doing something about it. What bothered me most is on one occasion they printed off two sheets with no issue or cost. When I went back to ask again, they told me that it is $1 per page. They wouldn’t allow me to add it to the room bill, they wanted payment right away. On another occasion I asked for clean towels, but had to go back to my room to get dirty ones to exchange for fresh ones. In general I will say that the front desk attendants do not smile. I will not be returning.

The building could use some updates, which it appeared they were doing work in some rooms while we were there. Carpet on the main floor was nasty, but our floor and room was much nicer. We booked the Exec room with a queen bed and ended up with 2 beds which was great, but the room didn’t have a safe. Asked the front desk, and they didn’t have one for us so that was disappointing as it was listed as part of the room. Otherwise, parking was good, close to lots of restaurants, bars, activities on I-drive and area, beds were comfy, pool looked nice.

Outdated, toilet flushes every minuut for 7 days straight, no one could fix it. Package had delay due to snowstorm, staff excepted my package after I checked out and now dont want to give me it. Entire hotel smelled like weed. Pool was closed the whole week. Good location but not worth it. Won't go back

Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets were all soft and nice. I saw one particular man working at all hours so was super impressed by him, he was even the one to bring us TP when we called down. Big props to him! Hot tub was nice and pool area was clean. We would definitely stay again but would want to be assured the water was warmed up!

My husband and I stayed here for EDCO. staySky Suites is a no-frills hotel with a lot of space including full kitchen. Pool area was nice. Very basic and modest accommodations, we would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping was amazing! When we asked for things they were quick to get them to us. A couple of reasons I won’t rate this property 5 stars is because 1. When we showed up, they changed our room from a king to a 2 double queen bed bc the AC wasn’t working. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Nothing was done to compensate in the difference of rooms. 2. When we got into our double queen room there were sandals in the room from the previous guest and also a big spider web on the ceiling above one of the beds. Other than that, it was good price for the stay. Just would’ve been nice to have a heads up on the AC issue or have another king room ready for us. We went for EDC weekend and shuttle was not even two mins away. I’d probably stay here again but this hotel needs better communication with their guests.

The hot water almost never worked, I found two roaches in the bathroom, and the air conditioner only served to keep the room lukewarm. The staff didn't help when we contacted them about the hot water problem either. Combine all of that with the moldy smell and sticky carpets and you have a certified roach motel.

It was conveniently located, the pool area was neat and tidy. The hot tub could have been hotter. The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen didn't have an egg flipper so we made scrambled eggs. But everything in the room work great. Always good to have two TV's, in the 1 bedroom suite.

This place is awful. Location is not good. The hotel room was dirty and very poorly kept. We were told they had no housekeeping. We called down for more towels and toilet paper 3 times, and never received them. After the third time we went down to the main desk and asked for them again and were very rudely told they had them down there for us. But never called to let us know that. No hot water for two of our showers. There is no safety features for hotel guest as far as a key to get up the elevator so anyone could come up the elevator to your floor and break into your room. Poor location with nothing surrounding it. Rude front desk staff. Pool and hot tube were dirty. The price draws you in but that is because it is an awful hotel, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The place was decent but could be better. The website said they had free breakfast but when I got there they did NOT. They only do room service every 3 days so I had to ask for more stuff like towels, wash cloths, soap, etc. We booked for 6 people but the room only had stuff for 4 people. Also could use a good deep cleaning.

The hall way and the room we stayed were too stinky. We had to go to Walmart and bought 3 plug in air fresheners.
This hotel pictures and room pictures were probably years ago when it was new that makes customers think they are going to stay in a nice, clean hotel.
They are not going to change your bed sheets or clean your room if you stay there less than 3 days. And if you need clean towels or toilet paper dont ask the front desk before 9am because I was told by Ricardo \"house keeping workers are not here yet\". Stay away.

Overall it was an okay experience. Mattress seems very old and cushion was comfortable to sleep. One of the Bed frame was making loud sound. Bathroom and room door locks were not working. Bathroom shower was very scattered and it was very hard to bath. You pay for laundry dryer and clothes were still wet. There was no water coming from drinking area near reception nor they jad any water bottles in their cooler. Good things were like receptionist communication was convenient and was available all the time. Pool was working.

I went with my kids to fun spots and i choose this hotel for the price and location. So when we got there the location was very good for kids fun places most of them are less then 15 minutes away as well as food places. the room was good size and clean with a mini kitchen if you need it the only issue we had is the heater wasn't working but the manager was nice and offer me an other room but was in 5th floor and far from elevator so in general was good stay and quiet for the price we paid thanks to staysky condo hotel.

I did like that it was close to a area where I could caught a bus to the conviction Center . I was very up set we didn't every have any hot water. I had to take lite warm shower for 4 day:((. The Elevator is super slow :(( I stay here back in 2019 and they had a great breakfast .Nov 2023 still no Breakfast even the hotel next to them do have free breakfast.. I want stay here because know at the front desk could tell when I would get hot water. They said sorry the day I check out Nov 17, 2023

We actually didn’t end up staying at this property. The night we checked in, we immediately checked out. The only good thing about this experience was that Cesar and the staff were patient and understanding. The room we were given REEKED of cigarettes which, my party unfortunately has allergy sensitivities. We also didn’t want the cleaning staff to think we were the ones smoking in the room, so my fiancé and I walked downstairs to explain the concern. We were given a new room and, same issue, still reeked of cigarettes AND bacon. The room itself was also disgusting, the couches were stained with who knows what. The carpets felt sticky underneath our shoes. I hate to make this comment but honestly, both rooms literally could have been the set to the Netflix show, Dahmer, if you moved the couch to the right side of the room and added a fish tank to the left. It was very eerie. Another downside is the hallways and lobby’s have no AC running so it feels like you’re walking through a humid, hot hotel.

It sucks to have to write a bad review but literally cannot believe they charge so much to have you stay in such conditions :/

This property is unsafe. The doors do not close in the rooms. There were drugs in the room as well as cockroaches and we were with children. When we spoke to the person downstairs and explained the situation, they said that someone would come up. No one came. We left and they said they would refund us the money and they never have.
