The staff were absolutely lovely however this place is definitely more 2 stars at most. There was noise outside everyday until 4am (incredibly loud music so don’t expect to sleep!!!) The shower pressure is horrible it literally drizzles and can barely wash out my conditioner. The room itself had stains everywhere and smelt awful. The overall reception area and lifts were not in a great condition either. The bed itself was comfortable enough and the AC works well, but that’s about it. The entire hotel needs to be completely refurbished.

We were four in our room and we only had 2 bath towels. Had to call late when we got in and no one ever answered. The lobby smells like a porta potty when you walk in. Not a pleasant smell at all. Customer service could use more training as the experience wasn’t pleasant either. We walked in late and just needed my room number and the phone rang while we were there and we had to wait for this long conversation with someone on the phone who was asking about special rates instead of asked them to hold for one second and helping us with our room number and then taking the call! We were exhausted and just wanted to get to our room but had to stand and wait for her to finish the conversation. The bathroom had a tub with a shower curtain which is always disgusting. I didnt realize there wouldn’t be a regular shower in the rooms or I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. The breakfast was pretty basic and not great either. Just low quality food. We booked here bc the rating said “excellent “ but I definitely wouldn’t categorize this hotel as “excellent” It would be more like a “basic” hotel. It was close to where we needed to be so we chose it. But if we needed to come back I’d look somewhere else.

To be fair, this review would probably be 4 stars if it weren’t for one key thing. Upon check in to our hotel and settling into our room, we discovered the waste bin to still be full from the previous rooms guest, along with dirty drink ware in the kitchenettes sink. The rest of the room/bathroom appeared clean and organized. And the front desk staff was apologetic and offered to have the waste “removed immediately”, but that doesn’t fix the underlying issue. Even though the room “appears” clean, now the entirety of their thoroughness in cleaning the room comes into question. And made me wonder, just how clean my “clean” room really was.

Do you have kids? I recommend you stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. They had a pool. They have bikes and it’s near a park where you can walk and take your kids or yourself. I had a very good time with my kids and my husband definitely will come back to this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and healthy. My only issues were that the sliding bathroom door didn't close and not enough towels at first. Very convenient , was right next door to icon park and on the trolly line. The staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. Oh also the snack area was minimal not alot to purchase, but again icon park has icecream and snack food. Enjoyable stay.

The TV could not connect to any devices for streaming, the shower pressure was low, and the toilet required multiple flushes to fully clear. It was very nice and clean hotel with good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my room that had sink, fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, bottle opener. There is also a laundry in building. I didn’t need these amenities but it’s nice to know that they have them. It’s also walking distance to activities and restaurants. Excellent deal and location.

I'm not sure why there is a paid parking if next door has 2 floors free parking available. Also when I try to settle my account paying cash ahead of time I been told the settlement only happens during checkout and someone will be available 24*7 to help. But when I was checking out, Front desk told me that they don't accept cash

We were placed in a room next to the stairs and across from two barking dogs and were not accommodated. In addition, I called prior to book in and prior to our stay about the fireplace and was told it could be turned on anytime for guests and again was not accommodated. The water refreshments were empty and never replaced. We paid for valet and when we got back for the evening, were told to self park in valet which was blocked off. The evening reception was chatting with someone at the desk and was more eager to speak with the gentleman than guests. Very disappointing. Will not book again.

Hotel was great as far as proximity to theme parks. It also backed up to Icon Park, which was a bonus. Sadly, that is where the praise ends. The hotel was out of hand soap so we were given dish soap instead. Also, our room did not have a mount for hair conditioner so we only had shampoo and body wash. Big picture, these two things were not a huge issue, as we normally travel with our own toiletries. The biggest issue was breakfast. We specifically picked this hotel for the free breakfast and it was a huge let down. The first morning there, they completely ran out of food 45 mins before it ended. There were so many people scrambling for the last bits it was like a stampede! I’ve never seen anything like it before. We did manage to get food the second morning, but it wasn’t that good.

The room was good and clean but there wasn't any soap in the room at all. No hand soap no soap for the shower. That was disappointing. We stayed for several nights and we also didn't have any service to the room- no one came to clean or refresh the towels even though we left the room 8am and went back each night after 9pm. Also, the breakfast should have been good/ok but by 8am, it was empty of food and coffee. We weren't able to eat there bc there wasn't any food left by 8am. And the people who worked in the kitchen were annoyed by the guests trying to get a cold bagel or a bit of powdered eggs. Overall, wasn't the greatest experience. But the room was clean and big. If I go back to Orlando, I might stay again, but I'll have to plan better for the additional things I have to provide myself for my family

Pero cuando llegamos, nos recibieron muy mal, llegamos como a las 18.00 hrs del jueves 26 de diciembre 2025, y la señora en la recepción nos recibió muy mal, creo que fue grosera y abusiva, creo que deberían de capacitar mejor a su personal, aunque el muchacho con quien hicimos el check-out, fue todo lo contrario, creo que su nombre era \"Andrés\", el si fue amable con nosotros. El desayuno estuvo bueno al igual que la limpieza en el cuarto.
