Room and bathroom was very clean, staff at the bar were great. Building is showing its age, ice machine runs out of ice quickly, only 1 in building 3. But it’s a very comfortable place for the price. Been coming here the last 9 years and I would recommend for those not wanting to overspend.

I've stayed here maybe 10 times atleast and it seems every time it gets worse. This might have been the last time for sure. As soon as we arrived I noticed the door to enter the lobby was broken. Then there was only one person doing check in. It took forever and to make matters worse the music was skipping alot and it was driving me crazy. The only good thing was that the young lady that helped us check in was super nice and extremely helpful. Now to the rooms. We got 2 rooms and as soon as we pulled up to park in front of them there was a group of dudes standing almost in front of our rooms smoking weed . The smell went all in one of the rooms when we opened the door and I didn't feel safe with my kids anymore knowing that there seemed to be no control of groups of people hanging out smoking and drinking out here. The ac in the room was loud every time it turned on and off. At first I even thought somebody was trying to open the door. I understand you get what you pay for but like I said it started off decent the first couple of times but this time we were really disappointed.

The pool area and pool itself are spacious and really nice. Be prepared for a party atmosphere on the weekends. The lobby is clean and updated.
The rooms, however…beds are older and not comfortable, the fridge is a freezer and froze our food, the room refresh at 4 days never happened as stated, the room felt dingy and the floors felt dirty, no blankets on the beds.
We were there for six nights for volleyball nationals and I am not sure we will be back. The staff, however, was kind and accommodating. I’m just not sure it is completely organized.

The property was not very well kept. There was trash and litter all around the pool deck. Our room was ok. The bathroom needs renovation. The upside was it was beat everything on I-Drive.
We have stayed her a few times before, but I believe this will be our last time due to cleanliness.

The room smelled old and appeared to have mold. It was not as advertised online. If you book a room with two double beds, there is very little privacy. The bathroom is small, and while the vanity area is spacious, it is not separated from the sleeping area.

However, Maria Sanchez at the front desk was incredibly warm, understanding, friendly, and professional. Her excellent customer service made a positive difference during my stay. If I were to return, it would be because of the wonderful staff, not because of the room.

Es un excelente hotel. Un lugar divertido y familiar. Lo único que no me gustó es la limpieza de los pisos de los cuartos. Las nenas caminaron descalzas y sus pies negros, solicité servicio de limpieza y pasó lo mismo. Parece que no me pasan mapo al piso.

The pool area and the lobby were the nicest things about the property. The beds were terrible and the rooms seemed to be in need of repair, paint, and other things. It was a dry place. We overpaid at $100 a night. We looked and could have booked a room for $38 a night upon arrival. Police was at the hotel at least once while we were there. It really seemed like a very low cost budget hotel. Gets the job done, but nothing else.

The room was clean but outdated. The stairway light was out after Dark. We kept getting notices automatically that quiet time started at 10:00 p.m., we had to call the front office to get a party shut down in the pool bar at 11:00 p.m. even though the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. It was loud enough they should have heard it and put a stop to it earlier.
Undecided if we would stay there again.
Great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Seemed fairly safe.

Online pictures are deceiving. Lobby is very nice. Rooms have new vinyl flooring and dresser, hanger, mirror units. However, the age, poor maintenance, and lack of cleanliness of the rooms and building were evident.
We rented two rooms. One in Building 2 and the other in Building 3. Concerns included:
1) Long black hair in \"made\" bed linens upon arrival; 2) sewage smell when using shower and toilet 3) multiple requests for cleaning and restocking room never heeded; 4) slow sink drain; 5) slow toilet flushing; 6) A/C would never cool the room adequately; 7) elevator went out (floor 4); 7) window blind hanging crooked when we arrived and fell when we tried to raise it; 8) coffee pot broken; 9) telephone wouldn't work when trying to call front desk to report problems; 10) Long walk with luggage from office lobby to building 3.
NOTE: towels were promptly delivered to room when asked for at front desk. Replacement coffee pot was delivered within an hour when requested by calling front desk from my cell phone.

We stayed as a couple and had a full itinerary so we did not spend a lot of time other than sleeping. But the room was clean and had everything we needed. The TV had the important channels which was nice to us since we didn't spend time channel surfing and there was plenty of storage space around.

Up sideThe area was very close to attractions, and they do offer shuttle to area parks. The floor we were on had a great view of the Orlando Eye. The pool area was clean, with lots of seating and great pool!

Down side: The floor was sticky; the room had dirt, and bedsheets were meh (I had sand on my bed, and dirt on the floor in bathroom). If you have sore back or neck, the bed is junk! Mattress was lumpy and I used my pillows as the mattress.
The neighborhood is loud! Can hear screaming from attractions close by, lots of car revving engines, and the neighbors can be heard into the night... use your imagination.

All in all, it was fine. It was a bed, place near by with food and off the main road. Don't expect luxury. Not going there again, but would if I got a better discount.

I did not eat breakfast. I wasn’t told anything about that or where etc , finding parking was challenging, but there was enough spots to park. The Wi-Fi is horrible, the pool was good. I like the sand & the DJ,
I stayed there once I don’t think I need to go back there, but I would recommend because it’s right in the middle of I DRIVE,
Rooms were clean, the shower was ok -
There is a microwave in a fridge, the beds were fine. The pillows were great. The TV worked.

If you’re from England this is comparable to a premier in just , the sun is on the only window all day so the decrepit blind is down. The AC sounds like a hovercraft , the provided soap is from the 60s

The reception only provides Costa coffee and a poor choice of snacks all round it’s awful. There are good bars a subway and restaurants. Not a 4 star hotel on booking . Com it’s 3 star

Stayed for two nights, A/c unit was not working for first 3 hrs, had to switch rooms, bathroom exhaust fan was so loud you couldnt hear yourself think, both days and nights there wasnt a single pool towel in sight! Hot tub was so packed u couldnt even get a chance at it. No bartender half the time, housekeeping never once asked if we needed anything, phones didnt work in room, blankets and sheets were like the cheapest thinest oldest material you could use. The ac return was sooo dirty there was like thick fur covering it! Matresses were super low to the ground and hard as can be. And they charge a resort fee for all this! Definitely not one ounce of this stay was worthy of calling this a “resort”, more like a budget super 8.

The word resort is used loosely. It is a motel with a pool, small hot tub, overpriced bar and rude staff who do the bare minimum. The gap between your door and outside is large enough that it doesn't feel secure. Would not recommend.

Hotel was a below average experience that I wouldn't recommend. No vending machines or water available outside of the coffee bar closing. Rooms were tidy, but I wouldn't say they were clean. Floors were dirty and if bare foot would turn your feet black. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn't say attentive.

If you are looking for a cheap stay, this would suffice. I came for a conference and booked late where this was one of few options left. I'd stay further away and spend extra money on ride shares before booking this again.

The room smelt like stale cigarettes. You can tell it was recently renovated but possibly by crack heads. The AC leaked all over our shoes, the shower tiles were falling in and there was a dehumidifier under the sink on a painted piece of plywood. The pool was okay but there was sand in every part of it. We couldnt let our son play in the sand around the pool because there were cigarette butts, broken beer bottles and trash everywhere.

Outdoor pool was nice.Food was good but expensive. Rooms could be clean but not horrific. There was a staff person or someone working on a room on the second floor and threw down a box from the second floor to the ground and almost hit our car but worse could have hit someone else. All around it was a good stay and great location to all of the attractions near by.

Good amenities, however the room that I received wasn’t the best. As soon as I entered the room I felt like I wasn’t getting what I saw in the pictures of the booking. In the pictures the room looks well kept up and clean but as soon as I entered the room you could see that the room was run down. The worst part for me was the bathroom, as soon as you open the door the first thing that I saw was how dirty and old the tub looked. There was rust all around the drain and not to mention the drain stopper was lose and just left inside the tub. Other then that staff was helpful and I constantly saw security driving around at night.

The hotels location on I Drive is perfect as many restaurants are next door or across the road and a two minute walk to Icon Park.
Complimentary buses available from the hotel which take you to the Universal parks. Disney buses also available on request.
One of the best swimming pools on I drive.
Rooms are only cleaned every 4 days which has changed from the last time we visited.
