You should really let people know if they are facing the pool ..how loud it will be.
It was the worst experience.
Ac wasnt working.
I tried to reach front desk and never got called back.
To many people were vomiting outside their room. It was pretty gross. Ive stayed here before and this time was a horrible experience.

Room’s filthy, cops were called 4 times yesterday 4 times during our stay for fights on property, my child was so scared to stay after what she had seen at the pool area blood on the walls bottles thrown fighting, no refund given nothing.

The room wasn’t very clean. I don’t think the floors get mopped and the bathroom shower curtain was old and had shampoo or something all over it. The room was older.
The location of this place is amazing we loved the location and the swimming pool

The showers were the worst we have had in a hotel. The way there are made with the half glass door causes water to go all over the floor even running under bathroom door.

We had to use all of our towels to soak it up.

With the amount of places to eat in walking distance, avoid the on site restaurant. Sub par food with extremely high prices. Besides that the room was nice and the pool area looked nice.

The staff was nice and helpful but areas of the building was dirty and need maintenance. There was the smell of marijuana from everywhere. We had a moment of fright in the elevator. Nothing like the pictures. Wasn’t our worst hotel ever but probably won’t stay there again.

I stayed three days. Never got hot water in my room. Maintenance never came back first day. Go to desk again. They give me a key to another room. Next day at the desk. Still no hot water. Ok we will move you to another room but you have to move your stuff yourself. The new room was 2 floors higher and as far down the balconies as possible. I just stayed in my room w no water. Staff did not care about me nor my problem for three days. I’m 70 yrs old. Rude

We stayed for one night only, and unfortunately the room was not in good condition. It felt very outdated, and the walls and door were visibly dirty. The bathroom was also outdated, and the bathtub looked unclean, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.

The room clearly needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay at Avanti International Resort! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

One of the best things about this resort is its location—it’s very accessible to parks, recreation spots, and a variety of food options nearby. Everything you need is just a short distance away, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable.

Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back again!

Room was clean when we arrived but had to request a cleaning 3-4 times before someone actually came and took care of our room, security is poor people being loud all hours of the night pool was not cleaned once the whole time we stayed over 12 days over all not terrible for the price but I’ll never go back.

I booked this hotel because it had great reviews, so now I’m like the reviews are fake. The first room was smelly and moldy. The window shades dirty and torn. The bathroom looked like it was the bathroom from 1989, not fresh at all. The second room was the same except the bathroom was newer, but moldy, paint chipping, old door. Had to DoorDash Lysol to spray. When asked the housekeeper to clean she didn’t understand. The room entry door needed adjustments. Was going to move again , but looked at the rooms first and said nvm. The best thing about this hotel is the Cafe’ and its food, the lobby is clean and smells good, oh and let’s not forget it is quiet once the pool closes for the night.

The website pictures does it way to much justice - it’s old and needs a massive renovation and deep cleaning. the lobby has a strong oder of Fabuloso cleaner - you could hardly breathe. bed was old and lumpy you could see light coming in from the gaps around the door frame - easy for dust and bugs to get in - patio furniture moldy and dirty. tons of kids, that i expected. i would not/will not come back.

The floor in our room was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were brown after walking barefoot around the room. The floor was dirty to the point that when I was ironing my work shirt the sleeve had brown marks on it from hitting the floor. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and we had to call the front desk to get it fixed. They came to fix it as we were trying to get ready for our event resulting in not being able to utilize the shower/bathroom leading to us being late for the event.

Room was filthy. I dont think they’ve ever mopped those floors once. Luckily we were hardly there but to sleep at night. AC unit was loud. They had to come fix it mid stay. Had some drunk banging on our door at 2am. Staff was friendly but this place has seriously gone downhill over the years. Best feature was the pool but they didn’t have enough towels for everyone. Best aide- put money into updating the rooms. CLEAN them. Yikes.

I have been staying here since August 2021. Atleast once or twice a year since. I love the convenience here. The price is great. Kids love the pool and I can get myself a drink. It’s quiet here and I never have issues.

The condition of the rooms was so poor I could not stay there. From broken light player to doors falling apart to dirt and sand around the mattress and hair and dirt in corners of floor in bathroom. It’s very dated with o poor quality furniture , bedding , and fixtures. The hotel was probably. Ice when it was first built , but it has not been kept up. If you care about feeling good and clean where you stay do not book here. The pool area could be fun after a cocktail or two but that was in major need of uodatibg as well. Oh and the front desk number … always busy so that should be your first sign ..

This is a nice get away place to stay at. Loves the fact that the room has black out curtains and the sun doesn’t bother you. I was able to sleep in perfectly. The amenities are nice and the pool is a great place to just relax and enjoy. For sure coming back again. Hotel is right next to many food places and the strip .

Room were very dated. Shower and towel bar had mold around it. Floors were so dirty we had to wear socks the entire time. Just disgusting. We didnt even want to shower there. Went to pool one afternoon and somebody had pooped in the pool and it took maintenance at least 30 min to clean it up and then had to wait for the pool to reopen. Paying a 20 dollar a night resort fee was for what??? What a waste. Needless to stay we will never stay here again!!!

The front desk staff was amazing. The ENGINEERING staff needs work. Our room didnt have a dehumidifier, was a little musty and dank from lack of dehumidifier. I notify front desk, they said they'll let engineering know. No problem. Well, a few hours pass so i let them know again, same thing. About 11pm I call AGAIN, same answer. The next day I called, then just walked to the front desk and ask whats going on. They apologized profusely (again the front desk ppl were GREAT) and radio engineering. The guy finally shows up and starts off asking why i want a HUMIDIFIER, then after says \"just use air conditioner it will help\". After explaining that NO, it doesn't, he says \"oh we don't have any. Was supposed to be in yesterday but will be in tomorrow. There are none.\" I let him know that I'll just go change rooms then. He says \"okay fine, go change room\". So yea, I walk back to the front lobby and they changed rooms immediately and apologize again for the hassle (great front desk staff). I explain my interaction, they apologize again and get on the radio with engineering as i walked out. I go to our old room to make sure we didnt leave anything and LO AND BEHOLD A FRIGGIN DEHUMIDIFIER is suddenly there that they \"didnt have\". So yea the older, yellow jacket wearing \"engineer\" dude simply didn't want to do his job.

Everything else was fine, pool/hot tub are great and front staff was awesome. Drinks at the bar are spot on....I was just chapped by \"engineering\"

When we first arrived, everything looked nice as soon as we went inside of our hotel room we noticed the floor hasn’t had been swept or mopped. I tested the theory by grabbing one of our wipes and passing it on the floor just one swipe, and it came out black. The bathroom was dirty. It had mold or mildew in between the tile grout which was easily removed with my finger on one part. Everything looked pretty much remodeled, except the bathroom. It looked like it was from a different hotel the shower curtain holder was falling and there was some touchup that needed to be done on the drywall as well. The front door had to be pushed with my whole body in order for me to lock it because it wouldn’t seal shut completely.

The hotel and staff were great. The Starbucks was lackluster. I asked for a vanilla bean frappuccino with pepperment syrup and java chips. Not only was it over $20 but it also tasted like a vanilla milk shake. Not like it usually tastes from a real Starbucks for $6 - $7. The main issue was the computers were down when we tried to check in. I had already paid for the room but they couldn't check me in. They ended up comping us a room. The property told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I contacted Hotels.com in the morning on 3/20 to get a refund for the room. The person I spoke with in live chat tried calling the property a few times but no one answered. He said would need to email them and that i would receive a response once that was done. I still have not received a response at this time.
