Rooms were not clean(towels looked dirty/faded) - staff Appearance not very professional. Noise in the hallways at all hours. Refrigerator was pretty old and rusty/dirty on the seal.

Very upset with this hotel - would never stay there again. If the price point was cheaper - I could write it off as “you get what you pay for” but there were more economical options but I choice this because of the brand/flag.

Please do not over clean the room with bleach and harsh cleaners to cover up the musty cat smell and mop the floor so if we walk barefoot our feet do not stick and we have to wash our feet of the black substance that feels sticky. Thanks

Checked into a room that had roaches. Was moved to a second room that room was not clean. Walked in drawers were full and open, beds were not made. I Was finally moved to a third room that was a lot better. I was told I would receive a refund for one of my ten nights I booked it’s been a month and I haven’t received a refund or any updates.

This property was absolutely atrocious! I was in room 334 and on my left was 336 with individuals that actually lived in the hotel. Yelling and cursing and slamming doors all night, one of the residents from 336 walked by me and bumped me with no apology. I spoke to the front desk who stated their manager would reach out to me since I was at a conference all day and no one ever called. I returned and asked for the update that I never received and the front desk representative stated she would handle the issue. This issue wasn’t handled and I requested for checkout and the manager stated for me to call Expedia and then left the property. No apology, no sense of care or concern she just walked out and left. You’re better off staying in your vehicle than this place. Also the shower had shower cream and hair all over the walls. The room smelled like a bad roach infestation, this place is disgusting!

The room was clean. You will not get the room that they advertise with pictures as \"renovated.\"
On the 3rd floor I saw 1 room that looked like the images they are advertising with. They were updating curtains when I was there so room doors were open. Hotel was quiet and very convient to food and attractions. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The pet owners need to stop letting their pets pee right outside the back doors. The hotel should spray in that area regularly as it probably will be an ongoing issue.

Awesome location. So close to everything and looks renovated compared to other affordable hotels that I’ve stayed in the area before. Breakfast is supposed to be served but it’s just a “ to go” breakfast with coffee and muffins according to what the front desk lady told us.

The tub in our room was disgusting. Stained and dated. There was hair 8n the shower, on the wall and mold on the ground. The face of the tub looked like it had never been cleaned. We couldn't take showers because we were so grossed out by it. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.The beds were good. The rooms are very basic. Its didn't seem very inviting. Almost more accommodating to a transiate client base. The front desk staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The elevator smelled like weed. The bathroom especially the shower really was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this hotel 2–3 days in advance for a trip with my family of six (myself, my girl, our two kids, and my in-laws). After driving nearly 3 hours, we arrived—only to walk into a completely unattended front desk. After waiting a while, a woman finally showed up, but she was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to be there.

To make things worse, our room wasn’t even ready, and she told us that they didn’t know there would be six of us, even though it was clearly part of the reservation. She said they might not have sheets for us because no one had washed them. Seriously?

We finally got a room key, but she didn’t even tell us where the room was—we had to figure it out ourselves. When we got to the room, it was disgusting. The table had burn marks, and when I checked the drawers (because we have kids), I found a drug bag in one of them.

At that point, we had enough. We handed the keys right back and left without staying the night. We had to book another hotel last minute just to have somewhere to sleep after that long drive.

Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here.

The property is conveniently located for business and leisure activities. However the property was undergoing renovation and we were not told about this when making our reservation. The bedroom was ok but the external areas were a mess. The breakfast was basic and I would recommend that after renovation, the hotel try to provide more breakfast options.

When I booked this reservation several months ago, there was no notification on Expedia that they were going through renovations. When we arrived late in the evening, they put us on the first floor at the very end. Two days later at 7:30 am on the Fourth of July construction started on all the rooms around us with shouting, power tools, hammers – what you would expect for renovations. I can tell you it’s desperately needed at this facility, but the fact that they didn’t give us a heads up and move us the next day knowing renovations were going to start was inconsiderate. After I complained, they did move us to the third floor to a renovated room. It’s definitely better, but the mattresses were really hard. The “renovated” furnishings are clearly used, but the sleeper sofa was an improvement. The pool was nice, but the hot tub doesn’t work.The breakfast is coffee, granola bars, and make your own Quaker oatmeal/grits. The staff really are very helpful and friendly, but I must say but I don’t see us staying at an Extended Stay again. Not that one anyway. There are better options for just a few dollars more.

This hotel has the be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I walked through the halls and there were pots and garbage all over. In my room dog pee as I entered the room. The tub was black on the floor. The carpet beyond disgusting that I put a towel on the floor to walk from the bed to the bathroom. I had a shower and went to blow dry my hair. There is none. I had to go downstairs to get one. I will sleep with one eye open and lights on to make sure there are no roaches. Extended Stay used to be a decent place but standards are disgusting now. I was just too tired to call Expedia to argue with changing hotels. Even the staff agreed standards dropped when I told them that this is not a typical Extended Stay. Very disappointed to say the least. Never again.

Worst hotel I have ever stepped foot into. This hotel was nasty at the check in desk and got even worse inside our room. A live cockroach was crawling around and the pull out couch had visible springs and different colors of mold growing on the mattress. All that the offered was a cover to go on top. Absolutely horrendous hotel and I absolutely do not ever recommend anyone ever staying at this here for any reason at all. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Trust me it's not worth your time.

We stayed here in 2012 and really enjoyed it,so booked again for 2024. Couldn't believe the change.
The only outdoor seating is inside the pool area and even then it's only a couple of deckchairs and loungers.
The pool needed cleaning, in the two weeks we stayed here,we didn't see anyone cleaning it.
The breakfast is grab and go and consisted of cereal bars, muffins, porridge and grits. There was limited choice available if you got there a little late. The coffee was available in a big urn,but didn't get topped up.
There was no drink available at any other time apart from a vending machine.
Rooms are very dated,which isn't really a problem when you're just sleeping there,but they only clean them once a fortnight.
It seems that people also live in the hotel and random people just wander in and get chased out by the reception staff.

On the second week of our stay,the lift broke down and was still out of order when we left,four days later. The reception staff had no idea when it was going to be fixed,as no one told them

Inexpensive But Still Not Worth the Cost

I didn't have high expectations, given the cost, but the hotel managed to not even meet my low expectations. The sink in the room would not drain, we killed multiple bugs during our two-night stay, and it lacked in basic items you would expect for a room with 3 beds and a small kitchen. We had to request cooking supplies and dishes, to which they gave us a small collection of items, not enough for our family of 5, and what they gave us had clearly not been cleaned well. The biggest problem wasn't in the room, however. The main lobby, elevator, and hallways of the hotel were terrible. The smell throughout was borderline nauseating; a mix of food, trash, smoke (and not just cigarette smoke, if you get my drift), and general funk. The stairwell had bags of trash and the elevator landing on our floor had tubs with dirty dishes on the floor.

I waited over 20 minutes for someone to even be at the desk to check in. When an employee came by for what seemed unrelated purposes (she was pushing a cart), she rudely asked “so do you need something or what?” I know it was late, and I was trying to give grace, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Walking to the room, the carpets smelled extremely sour/moldy. The room was clean enough, and was a fit for the family. But the rest really made us not want to return.

Since we have been here the stove burner did not work. Yes I did report it. When the man did switch it out was worse. All it did was smoke we still couldn’t cook. The unit to cool or heat the room only blow straight cold air. I do feel the prices of the room I should have proper working items. When I did report the issues it was ok nothing else. Don’t stay here if you can find better.

Old and outdated on the inside but that wasn’t a big deal to us since it was 2 night stay.

Pros: Convenient location to icon park, restaurants and amusement parks, free parking, well lit parking lot, no bugs in room, clean-ish, decent water pressure in shower, clean linens, surprisingly quiet even though there were people who actually lived there.

Cons: unfriendly staff, no security cameras, 2nd floor smells like marijuana, no actual grab and go breakfast (coffee with only flavored creamer.) they say they offer muffins and granola bars. All that was offered was coffee and oatmeal but no utensils, pull out couch was disgusting with questionable stains, bathroom was no bigger than a closet, mattress was old and had an indent.

I expected a cleaner and friendlier hotel for $125/night. I don’t recommend staying here and will not give this place a second chance. Make sure to read further into the reviews unlike me. There are far better options for the price.

This was the worst hotel stay experience we have had. I can't believe we paid @237.35 for 2 nights stay at this crappy place.

I can list down some of the things we experienced at this horrible hotel:
1. The hallways and the room had terrible smell of marijuana or something. It was difficult to even breathe when walking through the hallways and elevator.
2. The room was so terrible, everything was sticky and felt terrible to touch, including walls, switches, sink, taps, beds, sofa, table, etc
3. The room was infested with red ants and cockroaches everywhere
4. There bedsheets and blankets and pillow covers had terrible stains and terrible smell.
5. The bathroom towels were untouchable, we had to go buy new towels from outside.
6. The advertised continental breakfast was a BIG joke. They had not warm coffee and few small muffins, thats it.

The room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and weed. There was a shower cap on the fire detector. The bathroom was dirty and swamped with cockroaches. The sheets on the bed were definitely not washed. I booked the room for 2 nights but checked out at 6am after the first night. The front desk person could not print me a receipt and said the manager will email me one later. Of course that didn’t happen. I emailed the hotel twice just asking for a receipt - but was ignored.

Bad Desicion.

A hotel with a bad smell of mold, cigarettes and humidity. The seals on the refrigerator in the room are full of fungus, they should not call a cup of coffee (which you will hardly find) and a muffin breakfast. They put up no smoking notices and not even their own staff respects them. The sofa is horrible to try to take a nap. This hotel is not recommended at all, there are better options for the same price.We saw a young woman sleeping in the hallway in front of a room all morning

Not worth saving some money

Front desk clerk was wonderful. However. The room smelled, we saw live roaches, hair on the towels, stains on the carpet. It was just really gross.
